Loads of activities, entertainment and sports both for kids and adults. Had a wonderful time spent with family. Excellent breakfast and dinner options for vegetarians as well, loads of Indian food options was there. Kids club was fun for kids with colouring, video games, art and craft, video games, movies with bean bag. There are other activities like Zumba, aqua aerobics, uno, billiards and also table tennis, chess and the list can go on. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. But they didn't have some accessories in the room bathroom like cotton to clean face or ear buds or emergency sewing kit. Remote control had to be near TV to operate it or else it was not working. They had iPhone dock to charge it and play songs from it. Overall loved the Resort.

Very good, very clean, good food, good Frühstücksbefee. On the roof a nice pool and a pool bar thus a wonderful view of the desert and the Emirates.

The hotel is located very far away. You have to go far to buy cheap. You don't understand English here. The food is not good. Hardly any choice. More prepared for the Danish and Russian guests. Hardly any fruit, hardly any desserts on offer. For diabetics rather not recommended. Children will love this many sweets. The sea is beautiful. Some jellyfish can be met while swimming. In the afternoon, when the tide starts, many hermit crabs are on the way and you can find starfish. Nice to watch. Cleaning women don't work at all. We put 20 euros on the first day. That didn't help either. The staff is rather rude. You are hardly noticed when you sit at the table and like to order coffee. This is very frustrating. The pools are heated in March. Conclusion: Whoever has the money should pay Dubai a holiday but not in this hotel.

Great place, came with just myself and wife, next time we will bring the children. They have very nice e play areas for children. Also, book a table at the Asian restaurant, they fill up fast and you can't just walk in.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The beach is private the sunbeds and sea towels are free you can have clean every day. On the beach you can also rent canoe, sup, jetski, water games. There are 5 heated pools (very appreciated since in February the sea water is still cold). Free You can also use sauna, Turkish bath, whirlpool which are located on the 9th floor of the hotel's central body. There's free Wi-Fi.
If you do not have children ask for the room on the high floors facing the sea (we were at 5) since you enjoy a beautiful view and in the morning you see the sunrise, if you wake up early. The restaurant is of international buffet cuisine, very good to discover new flavors. The tables are also on the outside. The staff is nice. We started with the big trips and there is an Italian assistant, we found Riccardo who advises you, you book the excursions, has always been very nice and also available on the phone.
Great hotel for a relaxing sea holiday. If you think of going to Dubai every day is very distant. There's no public transport. You can go with the taxi or cars with driver that you can book in the hotel. To get to the Dubai entrance you need more than an hour without traffic.

Hi All am staying in Room number 2612 currently and the staff in all area from swimming pool, restaurants, bars to receptionist are all very good. I would recommend more people to come. The best thing is they greet u with saying good morning before u say to them. They are well groomed and have very good hospitality. Am trying to stay one more day. Thanks.

Everything in order, all perfect.

Lovely structure, a perfect mix of orient and innovation. The staff is always attentive and courteous, helpful to meet all needs. I recommend everyone to attend the Friday brunch, varied and delicious and, finally, a drink at the Anchor bar, waiting for yet another incredible sunset.

Excellent hotel and amenities, just missing a few adjustments for French tourists.

In German Winter a beautiful summer residence. However, the service does not do justice to the hotel category. Plates are already cleared while chewing. In the restaurant by the large pool (next to the playground — you come surprisingly with small children) you let the guests wait more than 20 minutes (happens in 6 days 2x), so we had to escape to the front. And night's sleep is from 23:00 — so it can happen that the techno party of the year is celebrated next to your own hotel room. All in all: A great facility, but management seems to have a moderate grip on the hotel. Little comment: The hotel is huge, maybe you can't please 2000 guests at the same time. Most of the time it was great, but the bad experiences are unfortunately remembered too.

We stayed for 2 nights, it's our company picnic. We liked the place very much. Sea view from the balcony is amazing. Lot of fun activities and water sports available. If you are a South Indian you may feel difficulty in finding suitable food otherwise you can enjoy all other kind of varieties.

DoubleTree is a wonderful hotel to stay. It gives lot of individual space for us. The concept of the hotel being like villas and a fantabulous view to every individual room is an awesome thing. The private beach is great and the rides they provide are worth trying. In my stay, I found the food only below the mark. Ambience, service and everything is good. Food is having lot of varieties but taste wise it's just an OK. So my suggestion is choose your Menu carefully.

For families with children.

We came to this hotel to relax on the beach from the Hilton City hotel. The beach is comfortable, clean, comfortable. There are a sufficient number of sunbeds, umbrellas. A lot of pools, near which are equipped with good recreation areas. There are a few points to issue towels and so there were never queues when receiving or renting them. There are several bars on the beach, but the prices are a bit "bite". There is a point of organization of water entertainments. There is, it seems, everything from elementary "bananas" and "buns" to hydroplane. But the prices are impressive. The hotel on the 9th floor of the main building has a decent Spacenter with hammam, saunas, jacuzzi. It's clean and nice. At the reception, guests are installed with chilled water cooler with lemon and mint and with oranges. There is a basket with dates and sometimes with cookies, coffee with cardamom. It is a trifle, and the heart is pleasant! The hotel has a lot of Russian-speaking workers (animators, excursion agents, etc. ) in general, the hotel felt quite democratic situation. We liked it. If we plan to stay in the UAE, it is possible that we will consider this hotel too.

We booked room on new year eve. Hotel was busy, reception girl act unprofessional and instead of giving us good mood of holidays she gave us bad attitude. The rest of staff in the hotel were friendly. My family, we are vegetarians. We didn't find much to eat in dinner buffet, in general food was very poor and no choices at all! Breakfast wasn't that bad, but the place for breakfast was in restaurant which is they probably forgot to clean. We couldn't continue with this hotel, and have to leave to find better place to continue our new year holidays.

We arrived at the hotel this 25th December 2017 and are there until 03 January 2018… We are still at the time of writing this opinion. We have a Deluxe triple room with sea view (2413) and the all inclusive formula. The budget devoted to this trip is more than 9.000 euros… When we talk about Dubai you will of course be expected to have full eyes and full taste buds! So what to say so far from this hotel?
As for the positive:
— the room is clean and spacious;
— the complex is also clean;
— swimming pools are heated;
— the majority of the staff is pleasant
— the weather is beautiful and warm
For the negative:
— almost no one speaks French;
— relatively small pool area and therefore the deckchairs are on each other;
As for the food this is not worth a 5 star!
For lunch: no real Nutella, no fresh cheese to spread (only feta) and when you order a fresh fruit juice you receive a mixture of concentrate and fresh!
For lunch and dinner:
Indeed we are confined since our arrival between beef and chicken in various preparation. The dessert buffet is the same since we were there, only the colors that change (see pictures). For cheese it is always the same 4 cheeses that come back constantly… At the ice level 3 perfumes and no snack at 4pm planned (pancakes, ice creams, …).
As for the themed restaurants if you have the all inclusive formula you only have access if you pay extra!

A wonderful getaway experience you can find at this hotel, far away from home and noise and traffic, where you can enjoy relaxation and swimming after a long week of work and stress. The hotel located too near to the beach and far away from the noise. Many activities can be don at the beach and it is perfect for groups to enjoy a wonderful weekend. also it's perfect to bring the kids to enjoy water activities.

A nice hotel with great views and some very tasty food. Only niggles — the pool was absolutely full of kids (not great when you're bunching) and they got weird about drinks after 4pm (long wait at the bar, only one per person) even though we had paid for an additional hour for brunch. Overall a decent experience though.

Rooms are clean, very good size rooms and washroom. A lot of pools to choose from, kids will enjoy. Needs to improve the cleanliness of the kids pools. Check the rooms near the kids area if you are booking for family. This was not discuss to us from the reception when they change our room for early check in.

Stayed in your lovely hotel with my husband last week for 3 days to escaped hassle and bustle of Dubai. Indeed a relaxing little holiday. Kudos to those working in the lobby lounge very accommodating your smiles made us come every night for a drink. And to Aubrey for her warm welcome along with the warm chocolate chip cookies. We will definitely recommend this hotel. TIP: This hotel is quite busy during weekend better to book on weekdays.

Great bedroom with good views. Clean, modern and comfortable. Room service was super quick and food tasty. Breakfast was very busy each morning but I guess it is a resort full of families. Gym is good too however too small for the number of guests in the resort.

We have a beach access house — it has been extremely spacious and quite surprising luxurious — the access to the beach and own area pool made life so convenient. It also had outside sitting area with a garden quite unusual for UAE to see. Hotel is well maintained — everyone is looked after. All inclusive package is a must have. There is plenty of places to eat or drink through the day and night saving fortunes. One regret — that we didn't upgrade to the highest all inclusive VIP level with free room service and extras. Besides that I would be back and I hope I will be. Worth the whole trip. And by the way it's just round the corner from Dubai not such a long drive. Catch standard taxi will cost you quarter of what black cabs will charge.

I believe it's a great family escape outside Dubai. The rooms are quite spacious and the service was good and prompt. I took a ground level room meters away from the pool which was an amazing for the kids. Pools were guarded all times and very clean. Food was nice, but so busy in the morning, yes, you wait in a long line for some time, yet, the staff were so friendly and super fast in their service, like 'Berna' with the big smile on her face all the time. Vlada was their manager and I believe she's great because it shows in their attitude.

There's three more days left. Have expected something better. Did not really correspond to our expectations. The ratings on Holidaycheck don't lie. We wouldn't come here again.

We were there for a week and we really enjoyed everything! The food was plentiful, the staff friendly and accommodating. The rooms are super equipped and really very clean. We were extremely satisfied and can only recommend the hotel at this point.

Individually staff were fab. As a team they were overwhelmed by the volume of guests. It made for long long waiting times and overall poor service levels for what was a relatively expensive hotel. Amenities were fab, water sports particularly good. Work in progress. Would go again in a quieter period.

Great resort to get away. Best place to stay is in the suits on the far left of the resort. It's not on Google maps but it's a new addition. Best place to stay if you want peace and quiet. Great food. Great staff. All round value for money.

WTF? You can't enter the hotel without paying on check post 150 AED each? Huh… Disappointing stupid rules.

A very classy hotel, the service at the height of the power of mega-cool, I recommend.

Lovely rooms, very clean there was problems in the bathroom and specially in the shower the hot water was always coming in a cycle of cold water then warm then hottt water. Pools are not controlled the adults pool had a lot of kids in it. Valet service is very professional and friendly.

The Hotel was very good. A typical 5-star Emirates Hotel. It would get 5 stars. The 4-star deduction is available for the Management. I booked for me and my girlfriend the "romantic" dinner on the beach. I was promised a romantic dinner with a beautiful view and free water. When I arrived, now in the evening with my girlfriend at the agreed location, knew at once, none of my booking. While we were a bit hung, you've built up this Dinner. Now we were led to a table. The food was good and the service also. Everything else was a flop. I paid 180Euro for 2 people for the food (And the water was not free (+10Euro) ). Next to us it was full of sun and all other hotel visitors ran beside us to go to the normal food. The was anything other than romantic. Only the candle was romantic. The marriage proposal, I was able to forget… After I contacted the Hilton Hotel and me have complained, was given to me after several back-and-forth 20% remission on the 180 Euro. This I find 1. A joke, because 144Euro I think there's still too much! and 2. I never received the 36 Euro. Sorry, but I will now avoid Hilton if Hilton comes here. So it is not the way to treat its customers. Especially if they have a Gold Status.

A very nice 5 stars hotel with an amazing facilities. The sea view is amazing with many dining options.

It's not the Hilton we really know. Starting from the totally wrong room given to us, big delays to solve any issues. Not to mention the reception where no one answers our repeated calls or has any friendly face. However, the working staff (most not all) are kind and friendly. And last, many guests there (of course not all) are totally rude and treat you like inferior. Some of them enter the swimming pools wearing their shoes or kids shoes or without washing the sands, and non speaks to them. Others smoke inside the kids playing area and again no one takes any action! I think administration should think again about changing their attitudes and organization.

We have read in the run-up to the reviews and started with a not-so-good feeling (construction noise and secluded location of the hotel). Now we are booked for one week and Breakfast only, the end had come in the offer. Our conclusion, we have rented a car, was really very cheap, be sure to take, if you don't want to bruzzeln on the beach in very hot days and nights, and only at Breakfast, you would pay a lot of money (beer 33 Diham, wine, and 40 Diham plus eat in the Hotel) With the rental car it is 10 minutes in a Dubai shopping Mall with Local and Carefour where you can small money, with drinks, stock up. My Highlight was, we are to Dubai, in the city via a car road, as the camels went directly next to the road. In Dubai itself, you must reckon some with strong jams. Free Park possibilities, there is enough in the Malls. Now to the Hotel, the Breakfast buffet is more than adequate, the beach is super great and you always get free, staff is very friendly, construction noise was nothing at all. Nepp, the Wi-Fi in the room with 30 Diham per day and the prices in General is not in the system, if you only booked Breakfast, but the usury we got our rental car: —) It is not the Hilton standard that we know from America is definitely, no ice machines, wine out of a plastic bag! No teaspoons at Breakfast, but these are trifles.

Check in was a major issue, we were told that we will be getting sea facing room for which the check in lady requested to wait for an hour, after an hour when we got the room, it was absolute disappointment as we got garden facing room. Further, in the evening I required for the room clean and same was not done. Upon arrival to our room after dinner, we refuted for fresh towel and blankets, same was delivered only after several reminders and that too when I complained to the duty manager. Again in the afternoon I requested for the room cleaning and same was not done, when I threatened them that I will take a picture of my dirty room and post it to Facebook, then only they cleaned the room. Overall the property is good and lots to do including for kids but service quality is very bad. When I talked to some of the property staff to me it seemed they are not well motivated because they are not taken care well by the management and may be this is one of the reason for the poor quality of service. Further food quality is also very ordinary. In summary in term of facility and things to do I will rate this as a 5 star but in term of quality of service this is probably not more than 2 star.

We booked two rooms with a request of connecting rooms, went early to make sure we have smooth check in. That never happened with problems from start to finish. They did an upgrade when they couldn't find us a room. Unfortunately first room we received 2 hours late the second room received over 5 hours late. staff including higher management harassed us to check out early even though we have paid for late check out for one room and the other which was received late by 5 hours it is our right and they were informed by email. our stay was unpleasant due to continuous mishaps from the staff and serious number of harassment to the extent that the reservation supervisor Mr. Alaa and the security manager Mohamed came to harass us on the pool side when we were trying to spend our last hours and ruined the only fun day we had. Breakfast was good with a variety however the rest of the meals were stews and recycled foods. hotel was over populated, it felt as if I am swimming in a small pool in China. They give preference to those booking directly through the hotel. My booking rate for all inclusive was the Hilton booking rate for bed only. very bad unpleasant stay … it is very unfortunate with the facility they have and the brand name they have this attitude and service on all levels to senior management who was trying to drive us out of our rooms as well. Thanks Mr. Pieter, Mr. Mohamed Moniem, Mr. Mohamed — security, Mr. Alaadin for ruining our holiday.

Good Hotel on Marjan Island, a rental car, however, recommended, because it is 25 minutes to Ras al Khaimah City.

Great hotel in the outskirts of RAS al Khaimah. Several cafes and restaurants, swimming pools, gym, Spa. The rooms are not large but everything you need and great sea view almost from all rooms.

A trip value for each of the relaxation and still time for a Trip to Dubai or even Abu Dhabi company wants to… Very clean and well maintained… a Lot of staff, a majority are migrant workers from Asia (India, Parkistan, etc) or from Eastern Europe… they are mostly attentive and very friendly and helpful. Slight compromise on voice quality. Hotel, Pool and beach are of superior quality and better than in many comparable Hotels on the Mediterranean. It is to recommend all-inclusive to book… prices of the drinks are not particularly cheap, but local custom… compromise must be in the immediate vicinity. In the environment find larger construction projects. However, this is already the booking is open and communicated in a transparent fashion, so that I for the period November 2015 to say: I would have worse expected. All in all, A successful stay with a fair price-performance ratio! A note about arrival: I can travel with Emirate Airlines only recommend, many guests from Germany with SunExpress to Ras al Khaimah flown and found no good words. Emirates to Dubai (DXB) with 45 min Transfer are About 100€ more value!

Very bad experience and ones again I regret to be in this hotel, last time I said no more, but this last weekend I join my friends saying lets try it again,, same same happened. They give you a wrong information about the packages. Starting we booked a room for 3 adults, we were clear that we are 3 adults, they gave us a room with 2 beds. Then when we arrived there and the lady in reception with very bad way she said that our package doesn't include drinks, I asked her to make a full package where we will have full access to all (this is my way always, I like to have freedom in my stay), in very bad way she gave us the all inclusive (again with a very bad way and not explaining the real situation), when we reached the room we discover that the room has only 2 beds, (we are 3 men), and very small, then when we start using our package the second surprise that not all drinks are included, (they have another package), they make you dizzy with many packages in order to catch you some where and let you pay extra, and the big surprise happened second day when we came to drink (even not happy with the menu of drinks), they said the drink start at 12. (our check out is at 12 :) ) … can you imagine the way used? the room was dirty and service was zero… I called reception more than 50 times and they answered only 2 times, after all I see very bad service, and very bad customer service, nothing to compare with rixos… I will never ever go to this hotel anymore.

Its an amazing place. Stunning location and staff are great. But this is for the management of the resort. How, for a while bar can you only have 1 waiter and 1 barman?!?! The food at the al la carte restauranta was amazing but there is simply not enough staff memebers! We waited forever for a waiter to see to us! I eventually had to go to the bar myself and get drinks. That being said, when the staff are free, they are amazing and helpful! its down to bad management and not enough staff! Sort it our guys.

I stayed there last November which I believe the best season there it was lovely experience I like the locatiin service and hotel facilities I wish I can make this year as well. Thanks a lot for my whole experience.

As a traveler and have experienced different hotels in different countries, This is not the first time I have stayed in this hotel and not even the first review I wrote for them. But because I really wanted to share my appreciation and thank the staff of this hotel for the nice stay this time, am writing this second review. I were decided to celebrate my birthday and wedding anniversary at this hotel and actually is was the right decision I took. The staff were very kind and I want to give a special thanks to Mr. Paolo Santos the front office manager who were a very hospitable and ease to speak to person. He did all his effort to make sure our stay as comfort as possible. The hotel is the right choice if you want to relax and spend time with family especially if you have kids, while it has several kids activities and play areas. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family, and I'm sure I'll be back again soon several times with them.

We were only 3 days there, but if I compare to the other hotels&resorts, it's just bad. The only thing, which was nice, were the welcome cookies at the reception and later the room service. We booked double room with sea view and there we found out, that all the rooms are with sea view, so we've paid the extra fee for nothing. The room was not clean enough and the service in the restaurant in the evenings was a nightmare. It was buffet — for the all-inclusive guest maybe good, but not for regular guests (And here I can compare with other buffets we had). We had to wait a half an hour for somebody to ask us, what we want to drink. The service on the beach was the same. I think the reason for all this are the all-inclusive guests with no claims, satisfied with just mediocre and slow service. We never come back.

I had a wonderful stay, however I was charged twice for my stay on my credit card, still not able to sort out the issue, will never go back to Hilton hotels in my life.

I've a gold IHG membership, so compared to other hotels and Resort this is just a bed and breakfast not even a resort! — bathtub not clean. — I booked directly from their reservation desk a deluxe room with see view, but I got a room with partial seaview. — they keeping mattress and beds in the corridor. — no toothpaste, cotton, combo, just shampoo and shower gel, you have to call rs. — no activities after sunset. — no welcome juice or warm chocolate cake as they mentioned. — don't waste your money in this resort.
