I attended a wedding reception and it was great service overall. Delicious continental food. Beautiful venue and location outside the city. I really enjoyed.

Nice atmosphere and class service.

We arrived in the room and it was so dirty the bath tub had hair in it, horrible. Just disgusting the bed had stains everything. The reception was not even apologetic they just said oh we will clean it. This is not the atitutde to have I am not recommending this hotel to anyone at all. When we checked out they didnt even ask how our stay was because clearly they dont care. They started calling us from 10 am saying oh today is your check out when are you going to check out? well 12 o clock is standard so if we didnt by then I understand calling but not calling begining 10 am and ruin your guests sleep. Specially when we slep at 4 am because our neighbout room was playing such loud music. never recomending this place.

Nice place, very reasonable in off season.

This place is very good for entertainment during the polo season. And also have very nice villas for living with family.

Very friendly hotel, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and its warmth but close by car. The quality of the service is frankly excellent. The bedding is really quality… 11 nights spent for work and it was a great experience… See you soon

It's awesome helpful staff, nice resort. In short I love it.

The may be the best Hotel I ever know. Staff are super polite, the fo is is amazing and the facilities are spot on. Also the price are very affordable. I took the Executive Suit with my family and it is clean and comfy. Well done.

This is literally the best place I have ever stayed and I travel a lot. I have rated at Jumeirah beach Armani hotel and grand Ghaya etc. But this has been my best stay. The place is decorated elegantly the ambience is unreal and the staff so lovely. The pictures just don’t do it justice. If you Tay here hire a car as it’s about 15 min drive away from most things. But if you want relaxation away from it all in an amazing environment and learn a bit of polo whilst your at it. This is the place.

Poor roads to get in and out of, have to drive 10 extra minutes just to get back towards Dubai.

We went to ramadan Iftar and it was a horrible experience, they split us to two tables, the food was the worst ever in Dubai, cold, raw meat, bad quality of food, when we informed the manager no one cared about it.

This is a beautiful place, hotel is with superior interior gives a feel of a palace. As it's a Polo Club, obviously it has a wonderful green field. Beautiful statues of horses attract your eyes. They have nice restaurants but as I visited during Ramadan time so could use them. May be next time. Nice place to live, organise corporate meetings, parties, private or family get togethers.

Attended a wedding, lovely place, friendly staff, good delicious food. Nice place and view for a picturesque wedding, Bday celebration. If you love finger foods, walk into Tapas resturant where you have a choice of indoor or outdoor seating with a stumming view!

Attentive staff! Good food! Lots for children to do. Beautiful terrace in the shade. Would recommend for a great brunch!

Enjoyed watching Mclaren Cup today. 18 goal polo Matias Zavaleta of Bin Drai Polo Team played super strong and Bin Drai polo end on top. Next mtch saturday. Fields were perfect, Horses looked amazing, everyone mounted really well. Saint Regis Hotel very nice. If your in Dubai during polo you need to go there. World Class Polo with the Dubai magic touch.
