The staffs, the facilities, the foods are all amazing. Highly recommended. A sad reality that being a Filipino we were most of the time being racistize. But @Swissitel Alghurair, they were fair and giving equal treatment to all guests regardless of our race and color. Salute to this amazing staff and management. Highly recommended.

The staff of the restaurant is very professional, friendly and knows how to anticipate the wishes of customers. I don't recommend to visit the hotel, book a reservation and above all talk to their STAFFS. dated Nov. 26, 2020 9:55pm we have encountered worst service and policy in my entire stay in UAE. I have been to different hotels in Dubai, RAK, Fujairah & Um Al Quwain but never experience such awful policy. I understand that policy have to be implemented but with right way. do not put yourself in a situation to invite guests in this hotel. They will be ashamed. not recommendable. I am a travel Agency Owner and this is worst Treatment.

They have a very good offer for the Gym Membership… All the facilities are all clean and nice. Two thumbs up here.

Me and my friends had a fantastic staycation at swissotel living al ghurair dubai. We booked 2 bedrooms apartment, the living room was so spacious with the beautiful view of the city. The rooms are so spacious and so clean. The kitchen are wide with complete equiptments and perfect to prepare special dish for your friends or loved ones. The location is very accessible to the metro where you can enjoy the city of dubai. But if you just feel to be within the vicinity, below the hotel is the Al Ghurair mall where you can find everything what you needed. From shopping to groceries, food, restaurants and amusement for kids. We also enjoyed our bonding time at the pool. But of course to top it all, the warm greetings and sincere service of the people who assisted us from check in to check out, making sure that everything that we needed is in the room. This is the most essential factor that make the stay super special. Two thumbs up for this property and looking forward for a staycation again soon…

Brunch at Liwan restaurant is Very nice place and well chosen staff specially the resturant manager Khaled was really nice and welcoming.
We always have hard time to find a place thats kids friendly but this place has solved this equation.
Very nice kids area and kids food and most importantly all staff are really friendly.
My son had a blast today.
The buffet had nice food selection and varieties from every where Thank you.

Stayed at Swissotel AL Gurair last night, a short trip from DXB, even though I checked in around 1 am, front desk guys were very helpful and fully aware of my arrival which made the checkin in a breeze, clean rooms with all the modern amenities including free high speed Wi-Fi and in room Cappuccino machine, there are lots of great places to eat around the property as well as onsite restaurant, swimming pool & gym were amazing, a great buffet breakfast was included with many options to choose from. Great place to stay for families and business travelers, had a pleasure of meeting Lauraine Sandrino — Assistant Sales Manager. Thank you Lauraine and your team, your doing a great job.

We held our wedding reception a month ago in Murjan 1 & 2 @Al ghurair Swissotel and I must say "No regrets". Searching for the right wedding venue is really stressful, been to many hotels and choosing Swissotel was a right decision. We were assisted by Ms. Floraida Anives who is very friendly and professional. Special thanks to her & to her colleagues for catering to all our needs from Planning, to food tasting up to the day of the event. It is worth spending your money. Presentable hotel, accommodating staffs. My guests love the place. The food was also Great. They even sent us a food in our room after the event. Though we were not able to have a loud sound system because it's Ramadan. Overall the Wedding Party/reception was a success.
We booked a classic room and unexpectedly receive a free upgrade to Deluxe Suite Room. Such a nice experience for me and my husband.
Highly recommended to those searching for a venue at this time.

Good shopping experience with a varied and rich offer.

One of the oldest shopping mall in Dubai which has been renovated to today’s requirements. A one stop shop for all. Centrally locates in the centre of the city with majority of branded hotel and restaurants around. It also has its own hotel. All essential available in mall. You don’t have go outside in heat of Dubai.

For me one of the best mall with new products and reasonable price for average purses. Prefer in the morning from 10am, the mall is almost empty, for those who do not like the crowd. ^_-

Always has a sale. Good for brand shopping. Great for sports wear and children's clothes. Great restaurants and food court. Parking is an issue. But the locality is great. Never been disappointed.

The old classic mall. Very nice with little rush. Reel cinemas also coming soon so it's gonna be good.

A shopping mall located in Deira Dubai is an attraction. Beautiful location and infrastructure. All required brands available inside. A family place to visit with amazing food court.

I think it was the first real mall in Dubai. I visited it during my honeymoon in 1986 with my wife. It was not like this at that time. Much smaller but it ignites nostalgic feelings whenever I go there. Nowadays it is so huge and it is the most favorable shopping mall to me in Dubai.

A lovely shopping mall in the heart of Deira! Very beautiful! Combines all the most leading brand shops + electronics stores + Large supermarket kerefur. There is also a cinema and various entertainment centers for children and adults. Here you can spend time with the whole family. There are also many different restaurants and cafes where you can have a tasty meal or a cup of fragrant coffee. The ideal place for shopping, it has everything you need for the whole family. Very good shopping center, located in a convenient location near the metro station and bus stop.

Local taxi drivers are sure to be the oldest shopping mall in Dubai. Well shopping mall and shopping center. On the third floor there is a nice foodcourt with a large selection of different cuisines at reasonable prices, next to the same floor there is an exchanger with a good rate and on the second floor there is a huge Carrefour in which you can paints qualitatively. The advantages of this mall somehow end for us. The rest can be bought cheaper in shops in the depths of Pakistan quarter.

Just a good shopping mall. There is a minimum of necessary shops, Foodcourt, Carrefour supermarket. TC Small, in comparison with other malls, here it is difficult to get lost.

Outdoor dining is most enjoyable during winter as it has a wide variety of good restaurants. Grocery shopping is also enjoyable as it has Carrefour. A must visit mall in UAE, very accessible by public transport, metro and bus, massive car parking available as well. A mall within the city limits and easy access to fulfill all your needs. Every popular brand / showroom available. Crowded on weekends but busy usually because of the residential apartments Mixed nationality public can be seen. Very carefully taken care of walking shoppers by providing pedestrian crossings and lots of seating area available outside the mall. One of the best works by AL Ghurair group. Must visit.

One of Dubai's many malls, it has a magnificent stream of water in its lobby. This is not the Dubai Mall fountains but the surprise effect is guaranteed. There are not as many brands as in other Mall of this part of the city.

It's a normal shopping mall when compare to dubai based malls. U can buy any house holds here in a reasonable prices. Can't expect seats in week ends in food court.

The First centre in Dubai Al Ghurair and has developed a lot since then. Many shops newly opened and a good food court and many good varieties of restaurants and coffee shops. Amazing Cinemas.

4 floor shopping mall. Having spacious car park. Top brands shops for clothing, footwear and eating. Easily accessible from union metro station. It have kids playing area special discount on Tuesday.

Very nice shopping mall. Not far from the Metrostadion. Very well attended. Gastronomy is very much there. As a woman, you can spend all day here. ☺

It is a fairly complete Mall with beautiful multicolored jets of water. The only downside is the orientation; You can get lost easily. An electronic map like the one in Dubai Mall would be of great use here.
