Top hotel, service, food, beach, and especially friendly staff.

We have had 5 days here in Dec 2022, the food is out of this world, the staff are very nice and friendly and the hotel overall is very clean and very tidy! However, we did all inclusive, but we found it too limiting to what you can drink and what bars you are allowed in. Our teenage son had to stay in the room after 10:30pm because he wasn’t allowed in the bar areas. The carnival day on Saturday was amazing!

If you want alcohol, you can book AI at this hotel. Located right on the beach. Food sometimes very good, sometimes mediocre. Beds comfortable. A bit old. Staff very friendly and pleasant. Overall recommended!

We’ve been here twice. August last year and yesterday. We loved the place, specially the foods at PALM GARDEN RESTAURANT. The staffs were accommodating. Mr Jojo, Mr Jonathan and Miss Lia, you guys are amazing!

in no case book "All Inclusive", because you are treated especially by some staff in the pool bar partly outrageous. Pool is very small. The hotel is not suitable for families with children. There is no program for children. In a "special" restaurant, the children are not allowed in. I didn't understand the reason.
Definitely not recommended.

I’ve stayed at the Sheraton a few times, and can say that the staff are wonderful, the breakfast is great, and the bar on the beach (Bliss Bar) lives up to it’s name.

We did Aftar dinner at SJBR … it was worse experience… food was not good … not well cooked and was not available… Quantity and Quality both were up to the mark as we were expecting from Sheraton. 🙏

Really friendly staff, good amenities, good access to beach (more like a bath but not the hotels fault) food is excellent.

My husband and I have just returned from our 5th visit. Would highly recommend this hotel for excellent service, friendly staff, great location … the list goes on. We always celebrate our joint birthdays there and were treated very well by everyone. Have to start saving for our 6th trip now, we will be back Jenny and Robert Howell.

The service is very High and the staf is Nice, open and helpfull. The rooms are big and clean, with good beds. The food is brilliant and the poolarea and the beach is very fine. A very beautiful and relaxing place to stay. The food is fresh and creative. Nearly everything you ask for will be possible.

Palm Gardens restaurant — Food is good but variety is very small… also the staff don’t listen properly or maybe don’t understand which was really annoying! We used entertainer and it says 175 aed on the app… they claimed that it’s 185 aed I know it’s only 10 aed difference but it’s about the concept and there honesty. The staff giggled at us saying it’s only 10 aed and if we don’t pay it then she will have to pay… like seriously update your prices with entertainer and no issues! This is very bad customer service… we asked to speak to a manager and they said there’s no manager on site … totally didn’t believe that.

Im a big fan of Sheraton but had a really bad experience with the Kacy beauty salon in Sheraton JBR. Sadly is under the wings of Sheraton WORST SERVICE EVER! Kacy was so rude and arrogant, he redeemed my 300 dhs voucher without being used, and just shouting:" it was used and nothing to do", that basically lost my money as it showed them used 1 hour before (when I sent them the voucher on whats app) he would consider it was their mistake, just shouting at me repeating it was u…sed, nothing to do, what part you dont understand! Unbelievable, really! Especifically this is what happened: I've Got a 300dhs gropon for hair service. I contacted them for appointment and send the groupon. After 2 mins the Groupon appeared as reedemed (one hour before). I obviously hadnt used the voucher! I wasnt there 1 hr before! so this man Kacy with very rude manners said there was NOTHING HE CAN DO. Voucher was used!. I claimed noone else could redeemed it but them in the saloon, so I asked him check if it was a mistake from their side or someone used it under my name and card details, in that case he could tell me who used it as it happened just 1 hr ago. He was soo out of place and shouting had the audacity to said ' I cant do anything! I have too many clients! I dont know who used it! Call the company! as it was non of his business shouting continuously I dont care! … I insisted: you can check who used it was used 1 hr ago, and he insisted: 'I wont tell you anything! it was used!

Could not fault. Reviews were saying the rooms were not nice but there were no issues, they are not modern which reviews I read made a big issue of but have everything you need. Very clean and tidy, could not fault. Recommend the junior suite. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great pool area, a lot of sunbeds by the pool, beach and gardens. Would go again!

This hotel is staying for the second time. By mistake. We must write not to forget reviews constantly, so as not to get into a situation like us. It just got worse.
The staff is not friendly (wild, unhappy) this is expressed in the fact that in a few days of being here, only three employees smiled and said hello. Service at 2, maximum 2.5.
I walked around the pool without seeing a single clean one. I just had to put a towel on a sun lounger, and the mattress was removed to the side.
They smoke all over the pool. Horror!
Cold water, refrigerated face towels are not carried out, as in most hotels it is an additional service. I would say that this is the norm (FREE).
It's amazing. Holidaymakers take up sunbeds with towels and go away to their needs for half a day. The lounger seems to be empty, no one uses, but you can not lie down. And employees do not pay attention to it.
Breakfast is very modest. Basically one sausage. Usually in all hotels fish is red, here you can not dream about it. Tea (Dilmah) is disgusting. Coffee is tolerable.

We regularly visit the Sherston Tent every Ramadan and enjoy the various iftar offerings. The Venue has become very sterile and has lost some of its previous charm Everything is white and give an impression of a medical camp. The staff are always helpful. It would help if they can add some more Vegan and Vegetarian options.

The hotel is small and very conveniently located. Its clean, sandy beach. There is always a palm pad to the beach, and there are always security guards and lifeguards on the beach. On the shore you can order a romantic evening. The beach is in the bay. The bartender brings drinks.
The hotel itself is not new but very clean, the staff are all friendly and will always help. Everyone speaks English, there are staff who speak Russian and German.
My husband and I had 10 days without children, but the children's room, playground, swing and pool is for the kids. We took half board with breakfast and dinner. The food is tasty and tastes different. There is a lot of restaurant, cafes and fast food, shops near the hotel.
The rooms are clean all there and are good size.
The pool would like another one.
When at lunch a lot of people and children are a little cramped.
The view from the room is gorgeous.
There is a restaurant on the 2nd floor and Asosion, fitness. There is a bar and advise in 1 day there to look (there are interesting suggestions)
In total, 5 stars corresponds.
Take Bus Tour on Big Bus
Next year we'll go there if we go to Dubai.

I also advise you to go to the Grill bar with green umbrellas on the street, 5 minutes from the hotel. Amazingly delicious meat and drinks to beer.

A quick look into our honeymoon at the Sheraton. Was one of our nicest trips so far! Well-maintained complex, delicious varied food & a great staff whether in the restaurant or pool bar left nothing to be desired, we felt in safe hands! :) Complete Sheraton. Can only recommend :)

2 days and 2 nights in a beautiful place. The room was excellent, the staff were excellent, the food was superb and the facilities world class! Our first time in Dubai and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful hotel!

I used to love the place, even got married there. But one day they forced one of my good friend who was an outstanding staff member (employee of the year) to resign on a cash handling issue of 40 AED. I can’t support a hotel with such disrespect of their own staff. I’m actively staying away of all Marriott owned properties.

East East East would suffice only these three words to define 1 customer service: Excellent 2 service breakfast/lunch/Dinner superlative 3 structure excellent location and access to excellent beach.

Although the Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort looks swanky in pictures, it is far from the truth. For the kind of pricing that they offer, even during off season, this hotel made for a terrible choice. Here's why — 1. Terrible service at breakfast. They don't have enough servers to make the rounds and nearly not enough seating. The menu remains consistently the same. So if you want eggs for breakfast everyday, you're good to go. 2. This one hit me hard. My hyper active toddler refused to eat very much at breakfast one day. I picked up a packaged yogurt on my way out for her. And I was stopped. No carrying anything outside the breakfast area, even for a child. That's ridiculous! 3. We booked a king sized bed, but the size was that of a queen. And if that isn't enough, we were quite dismayed with the size of the room and the fittings in the bath area. Everything was obsolete! 4. This one is for the parents out there. The TV channels are not in English, especially the cartoon channels. So carry your iPad's cause you're going to have to make your own entertainment arrangements. In a nutshell, not worth the money. You're better off at another hotel which will provide modern amenities and actually care about their customers.

The most well-groomed and expensive beach in Dubai. Rent an umbrella, towels and 2 sunbeds on average-20-25 USD. But we will visit other hotels for tourists several times here tolerated. Everything else is amazing! This place (island) is called Dubai Marina. I think that by the pace of construction and architecture of buildings New York Mathetten just "rests"! In restaurants and shops prices are moderate for visitors. To dine on 2 of them in the restaurant on the coast almost anywhere you can on average for 30-35 USD, unless of course to take local expensive delicacies. The quality of service and products is excellent! Hotels in this area are much more expensive for ordinary "average" Slavic tourists.

Very elegant hotel full of marble and elegance… Great food I put three star xk to make my double room I have been added 2 single hostel style beds and one serious me and one evening my wife had to sleep under the bedside lamp.

Service is very poor. Right on arrival we had to wait 6 hours until the room was ready.
We have booked two adults and one child 4 years.
At the hotel check-in was the first statement, if we upgrade to a room with sea view, can offer the direct one, but would cost 45 euro the night more.
Then the absolute hammer. We booked and paid for three people. We can get into the room and what's waiting for us? A bed is missing. We asked where the bed would be for our son? A baby cot was brought to our 4 year old son. 90 cm long. We say this is too small. Then they tell us no he must sleep with us in bed. If they put a normal bed in for him, we have to pay 35 euros extra.
If we don't pay the take the bed out.

Wonderful village, attentive and unique service! Magic Place, I recommend it.

A decent 5 * hotel. But the number fund requires an update. The rooms are quite spacious. Good breakfast. The monotony is very good. It is better to go to the neighboring cafes, which are an incredible amount. Nice staff. Good parking. Good beach with sunbeds.

The carnival in palm garden was very nice. Good varieties of food. Activities and special buffet for kids. We had a very good time. The live music is also very entertaining.

Sheraton is one of the oldest hotels in JBR and it definitely stands out as an outdated building. The lobby, rooms and facilities could do with a facelift. That said, the hotel is still very high end. I thoroughly enjoyed the size of the room and bathroom. There was parking for guests (rented a car) and the beach was excellent. Breakfast buffet was 5 stars! Would recommend booking if a deal is available, we got the rooms pretty cheap for the Christmas period. Also look out for events taking place, Sheraton is known for themed nights.

Down at the reception, a professional manager, a big smile on his face, promised a better room for the night. After a cup of coffee, pampered by Jose the restaurant supervisor on duty, I went back up. Back to the room I was positively surprised! An Ozone machine installed in the room cleaning the air and absorbing the smoking smell; bravo guys, you rock! It’s not about the problem itself but about how it’s handled; the manager on duty did a great job.

A huge disappointment, it's old, not maintained. It's not a 5-star. Rather the worst value for money I have ever seen.

This is my local pub (Moods Bar), and I am definitely biased. Familiarity has made me a life long fan. Simple old pub with a pool table and friendly staff. Might be a bit smokey and run-down for those with a higher level of expectation. Outdoors bars, pool and grounds are great for day trips and the chicken noodles from the Chinese restaurant might be the best in Dubai.

Nice rooms, okay-ish gym, decent spa, great breakfast, great concierge, cabs from hotel are a million times better than typical cabs… Rashid is a knowledgeable driver, Moustafa and Mohammed are great staff… pool, beach access, right at the end of "the walk" good place to stay for the JRB-wow experience.

Fine hotel, looking a bit dated for the area. The entrance is hard to locate on foot. It is around the south side of the building.

Stayed here for 4 nights in November, had a lovely time,. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The pool area is really good, its clean and the waiters are very attentive without being annoying (pool bar music could be a bit quieter, this is our only criticism of the hotel). Moods bar is the greatest. Have to say Jay, Kathy, Lillybeth and Stephanie were so friendly and welcoming. We had some really good evenings and meals tbere, you can get meals delivered to Moods from any of the restaurants in the hotel. Just ask the staff. The locals are a hoot so friendly and welcoming not at all stand offish, this is without doubt a bonus for this hotel. The rooms are really nice. We had a problem with our kettle and it was replaced within 10 minutes. The breakfast were really good something for everyone, no need to eat the same thing every day unless you wanted to. The waiting staff were attentive for coffee refills and if you require something not there they would get it for you. Would definitely stay here again.

The beutiful location, the awsome swimming pool and beach with comfortable sun beds and amazing bar, the breatshtakeble huge garden with different trees and plants were just the few points what make me interested to choose this hotel to celebrate my 2nd anniversary with my girlfriend and make an awsome surprise for her to propose her merrige.
No it wasn't just the pictures on their social medias. The hotel is absolutely one of the best in Dubai with definitely top professional, friendly and helpful staff what were all day long in contact with me on whats app looking after us for evrything we need and giving their best to make our day with them amazing and unforgettable. I will definitely highly recommend this place to evryone who wants to travel and create unforgotable experience.

My first visit to Dubai for our anniversary and my husband had to meet clients. I saw my first camel (on the beach). I walked in and around the hotel. This hotel and everything around were to die for! There is no limit to the things that can be done in and around this hotel. Oh … and the food… Take your camera and have at it!

Great location and nice pool area. Breakfast was great and Pragesh Singh made the stay memorable with taking amazingly good care of us and our kids. The rooms are a bit old but Akshay from the sales department found a room that fulfilled our needs the best. Thank you to both!

Not very large hotel with a beautiful garden and direct access to the beach, with very good service and friendly staff, the breakfast was always delicious and something for every taste, I had a very nice room that was always clean on the 7th floor with sea views and use of the Club Lounge. I will certainly come back… I felt very comfortable here :-)

Stern deduction at service right at the door afterwards with this constant intrusive Lexus taxi deals and not able to order a regular taxi, then constant reconnection of the Internet although the reception is very good but we are talking about a 5star hotel! So my conclusion service could be significantly better both friendly appearance to guest. Rooms are very clean and large but mini bar was closed although credit card was deposited. China Restaurant I personally found not good but that is flavorful pool is good just the pool bar.

Beach bar Right on the beach, ideal for relaxing and cigar smoking. Pool is chilled and clean, always free loungers. Highly recommended for weekend getaway. Reception is manned around the clock. Conference rooms of all sizes, ideal also for business appointments. Mails, faxes, copies secretarial service works. We konmen again.

Very nice clean hotel with a good choice of places to eat. Staff were friendly and courteous, whilst remaining professional at all times. The one thing I would say is that there is a lack of wardrobe and drawer space.

Lovely hotel and very pleasant stay. I stayed for 7 days had a corner room by the lifts which was very spacious for one person. The food in the pool bar, while pricey was delicious. Same goes for the café. Every member of staff interacted with was so lovely and polite. My favourite part about the place was the fact that the swimming pool was pumped with cold water which meant when it was 46 degrees outside, you could chill in the pool and not feel like you are going to completely melt away.

I can say it's one of the worst hotels I ever stay in. It's old building with great location that's it. The furniture not for 5 stars hotel! ants in bathroom, too many cracks in it. When I check out I gave one of the staff the ticket to get my can from parking & he get me the keys so I go get the car which they park last night! the house keeping only making beds with out change anything or replace what I use even the water! the last word the area has alot of better choices.

The hotel check in took more than a quarter of an hour due to the availability of one employee, then the driver told me that he would bring the bags from the car but I had to tell him again after he forgot so it took time. Comments were added with the reservation, including the addition of a bed for the child, but were not seen and not equipped. The garden was very beautiful, the swimming pool is wonderful and the water is mild but the beach has annoying repairs and there is bad grass spread over the sea. The room was comfortable and quiet and the air conditioning was good but when they provided the baby bed they said they only provide baby bed without a pillow or cover. The location of the hotel is generally excellent and there are many cafés, restaurants The room price was reasonable. Finally these negatives have to be corrected to deserve five stars.

I had been to bliss bar… it was a pretty amazing chilling place for winters not for SUMMERS… they have arrangements like chillers n all… but still the heat in Dubai is a bit overpowering… it has good music as well… but ya… winters can be rated as 5* but summers I guess 3* just cuz its only an open place…

We stayed here for 2 weeks during the Xmas and new year period. Excellent property with private beach and right next to the now increasingly famous "the walk". Excellent options to do scooba diving, wake boarding, surfing for the adrenaline junkies. Will surely stay again and highly recommend.

I just had dinner at the Peacock restaurant. Service and food was great. I have now moved to "AlHadiqa restaurant and tent", Horrible! Attendant, Salem, asked us to get a table for ourselves… we picked one after which he told us that we could not have it coz it was reserved. Later, ordered wine, same as we were having by bottle at peacock. They dint have it. So we went though the wine list… bottle after bottle. What I wanted was out of stock. Settled for one that was served by the glass. Supervisor, Pasha, informed that we could not taste unless we were going to take the glass. After extensively negotiating with Pasha, he accepted that I could taste. Then he served me, in a white wine glass, and poured below the full part of the glass. Upon inquiry, Pasha replied, I can give you more if you want. Pasha also told me that the manager was on a day off, so he was in charge. Very disappointed with the lack of a manager on duty and shockingly poor service quality. Pull up your socks guys! However I have to commend Imad and Arafat for their efforts at service recovery. They made us feel welcome. Hence the two stars.

Great hotel, great service, great food. Great location with pool area and direct access to the beach. Nothing bad to say about it. Can recommend BUT the other hotels on that beach might be just as good and potentially cheaper.

A great location with its own sandy beach. Free Shuttle buses to the Mall of the Emirates. Very friendly, helpful staff and the round-the-clock. In the case of half-Board extensive Breakfast and a varied dinner. Our room was clean, large, decent bed, price / performance is great, only the bathroom is a Flop. For a 5 star Hotel the bathroom should be renovated, and be otherwise equipped.

The best country in the world is dubai not as puerto rico and miami because dubai is has$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Fantastic Hotel Keep Going Back.

I stayed there for 7 days with my frinds it was fun because it have a beautiful view and is a 5-star upscale hotel with direct access to Mall of the Emirates, Ski Dubai, Dubai Metro and located barely 20 minutes away from the Dubai International Airport also the room and serves was perfect and you can use the internet from your room It also have the best staff who tried to make us happy by offer us the housekeeping all day and tour guide if we needed.

I stayed at the Jumeirah Beach Resort while in Dubai for business in September 2012 and I wish I would have had more to to spend there. The hotel was nice and comfortable. The staff was very attentive and pointed out things for us to do and went so far as to create maps of the area for us. Being right on the beach though I made sure the partake as often as possible. The hotel grounds are perfectly maintained and the rooms were very clean and fresh smelling. The food was exceptional. Breakfasts were fit for a kind and dinner was very good both times we ate in the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel, it is within walking distance to a nice and leisurely night life if you don't want to trek all the way to the downtown nightlife.

The best place for a mood.

The worst service I have ever had in a hotel — we left the hotel 2 hours after we checked-in. Warn down rooms.
