Good service. I have made my experience especially during the World Cup 2018 when the hotel was showing the games. Staff is very friendly and highlighted the offers. Food wise I have only had butter chicken which was very delicious and prepared generously.

This is my first time of this hotel, I am very glad to be choose this hotel, very nice room, & food restaurant, room cleaning is very nice, the hotel staff Krishnan he is my room cleaner I mention his name for giving good service … Sukriya… good…

Very bad location, staff, room service, food, simply it was big mistake to be in this hotel. I will publish this indication every where. The management are so arogant.

I came to Dubai as a summer getaway. From the moment I arrived the staff has always been really helpful, professional and friendly. I was given a room on the 3rd floor which was really clean, spacious and silent (+ very affordable). I'd particularly like to thank Mr Krishnan for providing good services and taking excellent care of the guests.

A no frills stay at a Premier Inn, perfect if you intend to spend much of your time sightseeing and out and about and only require a clean bedroom and breakfast. The buffet breakfast, though the same most days is recommended, has a wide variety and the chef on request will more than happily make you something off the menu. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, quick to assist and polite. There's a gym at no extra cost, though it's very basic but will keep you ticking over for a few days and there's a small pool on the roof, more suited to kids than adults, but nice for a twilight dip, just before it's shut at 10. Parking is ample at the rear and there's quite a few amenities around the hotel itself, Ramla supermarket I highly recommend paying a visit to. The main road is just around the corner putting you in easy reach of the sights of Dubai, if like us you decide to hire a car, they do however have a complimentary shuttle service which takes you to various malls etc and excursions can be bought in house, though I'd recommend to shop around for the best prices. A quite and pleasant stay, just don't expect it to match anything like the bigger hotels and as I said, treat it as bed and breakfast and you won't be disappointed. Oh and there's free Wi-Fi and a PC to use!

I liked the hotel, living is comfortable. Welcoming staff. International food, price affordable and very delicious — I enjoyed.

It was very pleasant. The rooms were very clean and the staff friendly. I would come back when the construction site is finished in front of the hotel.
The pool on top of the roof is as large and deep as a children's pool.
The breakfast buffet was very varied and delicious.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel is very comfortable and in a the heart of the Dubai investments park. So close to bus station. Good breakfast and Wi-Fi.

Good decent hotel. Value for money. Room service is good and mr. Krishnan doing excellent job. U can get here variety for breakfast n meal. There is also swimming pool and gym facility for fitness lovers.

3 Star Local category. Is much better by European standards. Is, however, in the midst of nothing. There is a mini mall 10min walk away. Otherwise you 45min drive to Dubai (without traffic! 9 and probably an hour to Abu Dhabi downtown. The Maktoum airport is about 20min by car.

The cleanliness of the room is perfect. Abdu and Abu are very hardworking.
The bed is very good.
Also the people in the kitchen are very nice. The only bad thing is the location.

It's an amazing hotel. Services have been great. Staff is very cooperative as well. The only issue is that it's far from most of the tourists' attractions. They however compensate by offering a shuttle service.

A very nice and comfortable place to deacanzar an excellent service especially the service of Melinda and give you 5 stars for your service to this hotel and is highly recommended.

The stay over here was very good. Rooms were well maintained. Staffs were friendly and very helpful. House keeping team lead by Abhu did a fantastic job. Kudos to the house keeping team. I really enjoyed my stay over here!

Decent Hotel. The pool is as big as a waterhole. The staff on the other hand are very polite and courteous. There is a possibility to take the shuttle to go to the beach and into the city.

Short but excellent stay. Friendly staff at Reception and in restaurant. Small but clean room. Parking is available so no issues there. Breakfast was good. They have a pool but we didn't use as weather was cold in the evening. Thank you and we will be back soon.

Not bad. Rooms could have been furnished in a mush smarter way. Service is good. I like the Costa coffee kiosk. It has a good variety of good food. As for the coffee it is the Costa standard which I am not a fan of but should admit that this is the best thing they have at Premier Inn. As for the price, I cannot say good "value for money".

I stayed here when I needed to get away from my apartment for a weekend and focus on finishing a project. It helped me achieve this purpose. Quiet and secluded. Had the basic facilities you would expect from an hotel of this caliber. I did have a weird episode while parking my car behind the hotel, which I reported to the security and I believe they addressed it. Also, went to one of their ladies nights and really enjoyed the food and music though they ran out of the menu options a bit quickly (before 9).

Good value for money, friendly staff, good rooms, 30 minute drive from Dubai airport unless you get lost in the ever changing road system that the sat navs can't even keep up with. Bar restaurant is a bit pricey but that goes for most of Dubai.

Excellent, professional and very friendly staff. Very clean and great breakfast / meals. For a budget hotel it is extremely good. There is absolutely nothing in this neighbourhood so not good for a holiday.

Good cheap hotel on the outskirts of Dubai, not it for family holidays but as in my case at the x time as a fitter * * * * *.
Always clean and very good food. Very easy to reach by car.

Clean rooms, nice bar, nice breakfast. Staff is nice also. There is 24/7 Costa café inside the hotel. Gym is super small with no windows and the pool on the roof has concrete walls around. Makes you fill you are in a prison. Good hotel if you are on a business trip.

Small downside of the hotel's geographical location nothing in the vicinity a car or a taxi obligatory.

Quite a chic and nice hotel for the price. However, if you intent to see the sights of Dubai, a rental car is a must as the hotel is fairly inaccessible by public transport.

Stayed there recently for four days and loved the place, the staff was very friendly and cooperative, the room I had was on smoking floor (5th, room 503). Since my training schedule was such that by the time we reached back to hotel there were no shuttles so commuting to down town Dubai was problem for us, that's the ONLY gripe I have about the place that it's far from main city and there are no stores around (atleast we were not able to find a Carrefour nearby) and you need to catch a cab to reach nearest Metro.

It's in the middle of nowhere, not a good spot for tourists to get easy transportation.

The only down side of this hotel is the location. Its far away from downtown. On the otherhand its very quiet. If you dont have a car you'll pay much for taxis.

W-LAN sturzt constantly from (every 10-15 min) or not working at all.
It sucks, that's why devaluation at the service.
