Nice ambience & Calm place to enjoy.

Wonderful place to say, friendly staff good food and rooms are clean daily. I ate at the bar up stairs just about everyday for the 2 weeks I was there Yousuf Fatima provided outstanding customer service for me and my coworker who were here in business, he is friendly, kind and knows how to make great mix drinks I would definitely reccomend to stay here when in dubai.

Great time with good friends. We had 7in our group including two children. The chefs made a special dinner for us including a rabbit pizza for the kids and a surprise cake for us. All the staff made us feel like family. We have spent several weekend here and have never had a bad experience. Highly recommend the Cort yard by Marriott. — с Hany Sidhom.

We love coming here, the staff has always made us feel welcomed. It’s nice when they remember your name and what you like. I highly recommend this place, they go aboveboard. The Chef is amazing, we had several friends come over for dinner with us, the Chef came to our table and talked with each of us to make sure he made our meal just as we wanted. At the end of the meal he show up to our table with a cake he made especially for us. This is what I call going that extra step to make you feel you belong here. This is our go to place every time we come to Dubai and will always be our place. S. Gregory.

Thank you for the great stay at Courtyard Marriott, Dubai Green Community. Especially to GeGe, Angela and Ahmed at reception and all the great staff at the Cucina Restaurant. A very nice hotel and friendly staff and excellent service. The rooms were great and I liked the fact that there was a small shopping center adjacent to the hotel with good value restaurants to eat out. Jgt.

Great hotel to visit if you are at the Jebel Ali end of Dubai. Excellent for business users with their coffee area designed for plugging your mobile kit to work on. Has good rooms and a great cafe pool area in the cooler winter months. Their sports bar is also good for those who want a drink. The fact that it is annexed to a small mall makes it also ideal for families. It is out of the way for those who want to be in Dubai central area but ideal for those who want access to Marina, Dubai South and the newly built DWC airport.

Very beautiful and pleasant place. Lovely staff and kitchen. Very pleased pool, huge pond and view from the window. Buffet. Very comfortable and comfortable rooms equipped with all necessary equipment. There is a souvenir shop on the ground floor. From other countries it is better to take an adapter for sockets! )

Been staying at this Marriott property for many years and they have always been very accommodating and very friendly some of the associates have been here longer than me, I feel we have been through ups and downs together! Staying now on yet another business trip and good to see in the past year or so the revamp of bars and public areas has had a very positive affect. Sat in neighbourhood as we speak tucking into a pie to die for well done Marriott yet again cracked it!

Much more better than expected. Especially Ms. Gege and Mr. Raul at the receiption, Ms. Viola at the restaurant and the housekeeping guys were all excellent! I really appreciate their kind hospitality and friendship, and be sure that you are going to feel yourself at home.

It's the closest "classy" place near my house in DIP1, so I go there a few times a week. "The Neighbourhood" bar is great to chill out after a long day, and also the pool bar called "Sobo". They also have movie nights. Like all Marriot Hotels, it has it's own class and lovely feel. The staff is super friendly and always say hello even if they are not serving you.

A very nice place to spend a we when resident. Good brunch, nice setting. Hotel not suitable for tourism because very far from the points of interest of Dubai.

I have to say that this hotel has improved so much over the 10 or so years that I've been a patron. Great for just a night out for local residents — or longer with well presented rooms. Excellent management team too. It's a little out of the old center of Dubai but perfect for new Dubai and Dubai World Central & Dubai 2020.

Nice place for business meetings. Wonderful ball rooms for business n family events. Good restaurants. Rooms for accommodation. Swimming pool for children n adults. Beautiful lobby area for visitors n guests. Easy access from Jabel Ali n Yalayis n for all Dubai Investments requirement. Cost is very competitive for everything. Staff is very friendly n supportive. Professional staff for outdoor catering n event arrangements.

A beautiful hotel with architecture reminiscent of a few touches Venitian cuisine. In a very nice Western real Estate Park with a park, restaurants and supperettes nearby. Small souvenir shop in the hotel as well as a Costa to have a coffee. Accommodations: 2 restaurants, gym, swimming pool, ball room, souvenir shop.

Nice relaxing place to have a drink. Was at the "Neighborhood" bar drinks and were good. Overlooking the DIP Green Community lake.

Very good hotel in a nice location just by the "Lake", interesting Venice style architecture, nice rooms with balcony and the view, but the best experience of this hotel is the breakfast with specail attention and care by Gege, the nicest waitress I have ever met.

Good hotel close to a shopping mall.

Lovely place! In the middle of literally nowhere! … it's like a sigh of relief to find something good in this area. There is a lake inside and quite a few restaurants with sitting available inside and outside both! Peaceful and beautiful! It's got a Choithrams as well on the side and a few other shops as well apart from the restaurants and coffee shops.

Well, very full, but you have to pay for the Wi-Fi which is something I do not understand today.

It has a rating of a 4 star hotel but the luxury they have matches lot more of a 5 star hotel with amazing views, luxurious services, ample parking space, free fast Wi-Fi, a mouthwatering restaurant to dine in with drinks 24*7 running. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and goes out of the way to help you make ur stay comfortable at there resort. Would recommend it strongly.

Front Desk Supervisor/Mgr. Mr. Quintas was very helpful and accommodating when me and my boyfriend did the check in. We were celebrating monthsary and he even made our stay special. After swimming we went back to room and found a small swan romantic set up on our bed. HE helped me to surprise my boyfriend in a way and I really appreciate that. We liked the place actually it is one of my favorit hotel since it is quiet, serene and clean. One of the guy hk staff was so polite and he made sure to deliver our request with a smile. There was quite a delay with breakfast however it was fine since food was good and they gave us more add ons for breakfast and my bf as a head chef of a hotel appreciated it. We are coming back soon to stay once again. And I appreciate every small detail of my preferences as whenever I come they always know I wanted a room with a lake view.

Fortunate to have stayed in many excellent hotels but the staff at the Courtyard are up there with the best of them. Made me feel like a very special guest and I know that is there job but they all went that extra mile to make my stay very memorable. The whole setup here is amazing and I will actually miss the place when I leave next week. The amenities of the hotel are really good but it is the staff who get my 5 stars. Thank you to you all.

Basically am from abudhabi so it was a weekdays trip in my holiday along with my buddies. I heard about this place so we want to give it a try and I dint stay in the room just to try the bar. Once we enter the hotel 5here was Asian bell man who helped us with our backpack as we don't want to hang out in bar with our bags so he gave option to store it on the store room and he has that hospitality throughout his action. Then we headed to bar which was facing lake the place was cozy and good ambiance. We choose to sat on fabricated sofa I so comfortable for the people who love to sit for long and we ordered some drinks and chicken wings. Food was so tasty and crispy also it is reasonable price. After all we wind up and came down to pick our bags the guy from front desk came out and helped us with our bags. Even thoughthoug he is counter staff but I seen he even helped with some of the luggage pick up in the lobby while I was standing there it was cool. I think marriott people trained to evrything in the hotel. Totally it was good trip along with my friends. Hatts off marriott.

Great place to unwind. Friendly staff. Outdoor seating available. Separate smoking area. Good menu. Drinks are slightly expensive, but has a good wine menu.

We love it as its like being at home for us. Rooms are of a reasonable size and it's priced fairly. The food is good and there's handy shopping close by. Importantly the staff is friendly and the service is good.

I often come for work and accommodation in this hotel for the proximity to the offices. The hotel is comfortable, the rooms are clean and the service level adequate to the category. In the hotel and in the immediate vicinity there are also some restaurants, some of a decent level.

Everything was great. The breakfast was plentiful, the environment is nice and quiet. There is a large supermarket and a WineShop directly next to the hotel. The hotel is however just outside if you want in downtown Dubai. Drive about 35 minutes or take a taxi for about 70 Durham (Burj al Arab Area).

Everything is perfect except the Italian chef…

Long check-in time, no information given on facilities, what is in your package and what they can offer. Charged 500 extra deposit for "Accidents" on arrival because we was bring 2 children. NOT a place for families.
