I stayed one night there room is very clean and quiet staff was frndliy and food is really delicious.

They chane room rates more often.

This hotel is very good. I stay there may times in 5 years. They renew the restaurant and lobby. And I think as well some rooms. Staff very friendly. Near metro station less that 5 mn walk. Just make sure you get a room in up floors. Because the night club is open until 3 am… I will definitely be go back again.

Nice to stay if you are having frends vitisting.

No delivery to the beach! Had to get by taxi, and it is very expensive-can be on the local bus, but before it heat to go far and go on it 48 minutes; The Metro is not very close.

Bad hotel. Insects n bugs full in hotel. In night or early morning loud noise. Service bad.

All OK! Rooms are clean and lobby is bit busy as expected in this part of Dubai. Guys at reception were quite helpful.

They dont have toothpaste & toothbrush. Even they dont have free water in rooms.

Very cozy atmosphere both in the hall and in the rooms.
Kind and sympathetic receptionist (there is a word? ) ). Helped to understand the peculiarities of the hotel, as well as the possibility and ways of moving around the city. Suggested where to find the point of exchange and how to reach the subway. (to the left of the Al Rigga station is the Exchange Exchange point. )
The rooms, as already said, are cozy. On arrival from more than 1 person offer different arrangement (1 big or 2 small beds (in many hotels of this kind does not happen. ) )
On the account of Wai-Wi-Fi: Just go and ask. You will be given both access to the general (in the lobby) and to your personal (in the room). It's free.
Need a kettle or an iron-just ask.
On account of sockets do not partes. You can just take the USB cords with the right connector. Here is the usual way out to the network through them.
What surprised: The reading of prayers is not audible. Although there are mosques nearby.
The rooms are cleaned every day at 10-12 hours.
The breakfast was very good. It's just "breakfasts"-easy food.

The hotel was cozy place to stay, and it was cheap. It was also close to metro.

This is a budget hotel. It's good value for money. No major issues. Easy walking distance to metro station.

It was one of the worst accommodation I have ever seen in my life, staff somewhat kind and want to help you. But it can't be 3 stars hotel because I tried 3 stars hotel before and it was nice to be stay with. Room was very bad specially bathroom, you must ask about everything to receive like shower gel and shampoo, believe me they want to help but I have suggestion for them (Raise the night stay price and raise your service and hygienic standards level), breakfast buffet was very very very bad, I am not upset because I predicted to be like this.

The worst experience I have ever had by booking this hotel. The way I was greeted at first was unpleasant, girl at the reception was so frustrated by the work load and in reply she was dealing with the guest that she has been doing some kind of favour to the person who booked the room by paying their listed rates. The room which was given was totally different with the one showed for viewing, I checked the satelite channels and found some of them of my liking but on the contarary, the room which was given no such channels were there or results were so bad as compared to the one I checked before checking in.! I would have given them 0 stars if there would ne that option. Not recommended at all. You can find better hotels under the same budget with staff having more courtesy and manner.!

The Wi-Fi contrary to what one makes you believe is not free, the service is petty, the people who work there are not welcoming. We missed a few minutes of breakfast and we were forced to pay breakfast for lack of delay, this hotel is suitable for the insweet and Pakistani and the slaves that resemble them.

Interior is tacky and like some of the bars in the area, the barman hawk over you pushing you to buy another drink before youve even finished. Business must be tough if you doing that to expats. Sort it out.
