A nice stay place in Dubai. For shoppers in Dubai this place is best at very reasonable rates and for enjoying nights this is best. Night clubs are closed during Ramdan time.

What a disgusting hotel, service is not good, the ketel is so dirty. Indians hotel!

Outdated hotel. Loud music because there is night club on the ground floor and loud music going on till 3:30AM. There was no refrigerator in the room which they delivered after multiple requests. TV wasn’t working and finally bed bug. I don’t recommend this hotel. Pay little more and get better place to stay.

Nice place to see and cooperative staff services are good.

They forcefully fined me of 300aed as there is one glass broken inside the toilet even there were no person inaide. As its is one of the oldest hotel in Dubai most of the items inside the toilet are old, Rusted, amd complaint. Any time anyone git fined unnesessorly.

It was All nice I have 10 days booking in it but to services is very low no one come in my room for water I purchased myself water and only one day they came for cleaning after they never come.

Small rooms. Small bath tub. Nonsense bar that did not let us in and we are checking in on their hotel. Very poor service we reserved 3 days ago and when we came to the hotel it took them 3 hours after 2pm to give us our rooms. And they didn't offer late check out even thou we are already late check in.

Swimming pool very dirty. Not cleaning… Wi-Fi not working properly… very small washroom. No respect for guest reception lady… don’t have bell boy. Very bad… lift door very fast closing… I think not lenser. Very dangers. Not working some times land phone also. We not going aging there. Swimming pool towel bucket is very dirty. The breakfast time we are order masala dosa… we have so many friends casein and kids. So we can’t standing there. One lady are there. She’s served us. One morning supervisor came and he told her don’t serve for them. I herd it. :very bad … very very bad.

Stay was ok ok. Washroom was very small. Internet was getting dropped every minute. Food was good. Room was smelling sometimes. Best part is near to metro station.

I've been here last July 2018. DUBAI is so hot. I will not recommend to visit during summer. Any way Marco Polo is the best. Rooms are clean and bathroom are good. Water though is so hot even the heater is off. I hope they can do something about it. The location is 10min away from the metro station but you can ride a taxi if you cant stand the heat. It has swimming pool and SPA inside. The down side of this hotel aside from the hot water is the noise at night. God please remove that club bar in the ground floor. Staff are good and accommodating. And the good side is free ice tea waiting for the guest. Dubai is hot during summer and this cold ice tea really bring back my energy. It actually taste good. And its unlimited… I guess.

Would have given it a five star if not for the noisy nights. This is the first time in UAE I am seeing an outdoor musical display. Roof top late night music that looks like a club was a nightmare. Every other thing was splendid.

Tasty, clean, beautiful! There is an administrator with knowledge of Russian. Everyone speaks English well. Lots of cool stuff in the room itself.

It's a budget hotel with good services in the vicinity of a leisure park and in walkable distance into de heart of shopping areas.

Its average place you can enjoy and also take benefits because of services. But Personal opinion its best for me. Thanks to management for the nice service. I was looking for smilar to the services but found this one. I actually don't want to waste my time here and there so thats why I chosen this place. I really love to be here. Had visited the newly renovated Bombay 2 Mumbai… The extremely talented trio from the band belted out amazing collection of songs and requests and kept us hooked on way beyond our intended plan of stay…

My stay at Hotel Marcoplo was superb. The meals are really very tasty. Very friendly and highly professional staff. The location of the hotel itself is very good because all kinds of transport available in-front of the main door of hotel. Love this place and definitely I will revisit again.

Nice rooms, well equipped but noisy and pretty poorly soundproof. Noise also from planes that take off and whose flight space hovers over the area. Quite expensive for the expected results.

Been here purely for the diners. It has got top Indian, South Indian (Kerala) and Chinese restaurants which all are fairly priced and providing you with tasty food portions. Definitely worth a visit if your around here.

The hotel is not new, I would even say tired (it is visible including the condition of the bathroom). Although, the design solution specifically of our room is quite original, with a lot of adjustable backlight. There is also a jacuzzi. The total score is almost 4.
The Metro is close by, Big Mall and Metro within walking distance.

I loved this place since day one it will always be my chilling spot. From friendly staff to cosy rooms. The decor, name it. However the last time I visited I was so disappointed. Check in time we had to wait for more than 15minutes, before being shown to our room. And again the following day, I was still sleeping because I had like 1hr before check out but someone kept ringing the doorbell. I mean ain't they supposed to clean the room after guests check out?

This place is has a variety of dance bars to family restaurants, being from any ethinicity doesn't matter, you can find something interesting always here. They have the Palm Groove, which is another family restaurant, drinks included. It's calm and peaceful and always a good stress buster for the weekend. Even the valet service at the hotel is great, they provide the valet services with great hospitality as well.

Staff is very helpfully and kind. They even gave me a beautiful en tasty cake for my birthday. Breakfast is good, lunch and diner à la cart and from good quality. Hotel was build as a 5 star but needs an upgrade. We had a pleasant stay and sure book again when visiting Dubai.

The pros: Polite staff, cleanliness, interior decoration, decent breakfasts with an Indian bias. Water, tea, coffee in the room free of charge, alcohol and soda for a fee. Clean rooms and update stocks every day. Daily free shuttle bus to the beach and back, on request give a mat (free) and towel (at checkout took 6 dirham for 3 towels). There is a swimming pool, fitness room, laundry, restaurants and clubs. Close to many supermarkets and cafes. The staff speaks mainly English, in the evenings at the reception worked speaking girl.
Cons: Inside the room looks old-fashioned, from one bedside table stank of something strange. No iron on request. Good audibility: At night on the floor shouting Hindus and do not understand who in the neighboring rooms.

The room was modern, clean. The staff was very helpful. We manage to check in at 12pm instead of the normal hour which is 2pm. Early check in is good for us since we could put our bag and take a quick shower before we start touring in the city.

What an experience from the beginning to the end of the stay. Wanted to stay longer and get the best that life had to offer from the Management to the front desk to all those were involved hats off. I have a restaurant business to in the USA and wow it was what I would have offered it matched. My mother is 80 yrs old and was looked to all possible comfort by the staff and management. Thanks.

I have spent great time. It's very nice and comfort.

Avoid room near night club. My second stay was first class on fourth floor with included breakfast. I was more than happy with my stay. The desert safari by 4x4 plus dinner and dancing was very good with chance to see the greater area of city by day and night.

It was fine for what it was. I was looking for a "budget" hotel in a very expensive city, so I didn't have particularly high expectations to begin with. For the most part, the hotel was completely adequate. The rooms aren't super intuitive, but reception was very quick to help when I needed it. The TV didn't work in my room, but someone came up right away to fix it. There was no cold water once I turned on the water heater, and I never did figure out how to get it back on. Breakfast was definitely geared towards an Asian palette and what was provided was pretty basic. Despite confirming an airport transfer, it was never booked and they had no record of my booking despite the email confirmation I received stating it was confirmed, so I would recommend confirming with the hotel a day or two before if you want them to come pick you up. It's very easy to get a taxi to the hotel and it's cheaper too. I ended up skipping the transfers and using taxi's instead. If you don't have cash, make sure you confirm the taxi has a card reader before heading out.

We will definitely comeback and we highly recommend this place as a perfect place to relax and unwind and experience a complete staycation within the city. The Marco Polo Hotel looks pretty awesome. I think must be visit once when you will be in dubai.

The staff are friendly and attentive. The place environment is clean and for 500 Dirhams i. E. Approximately $135 for two nights, it includes breakfast and taxi to and fro the Airport. I got the deal from the Arabian Adventures desk at the Dubai International Airport. I think it's good value for money. Considering the fact that it's only 15mins walk to the Deira city center and the metro is nearby.

Great hotel very friendly we were all inclusive amazing food 5 restaurants to pick from all very good. But the Butter Chicken … in the Indian is the best. All international brands too for the drinks and entertainment every night.
5 mins walk to the Metro did the Open Top Bus 10 mins walk to the pick up it was good but spend a lot of time in traffic do the Metro must quicker. Did the jeep safari it was amazing and went up the Burj Khalifa booked this direct at the hotel good price and so easy girl was so helpful.
Only one downfall the pool it's in the shade, but there is a bus ever Day to the beach complimentary. But we used our stay as a city break seen it all massive amazing place.
