We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel in a deluxe room with sea view and all the swimming pools (35m2). The service is at the rendezvous and the warm welcome as we were able to read on other reviews. Check in with a late arrival: fast and drinks, refreshing towels offered. Fruit and water bottles offered every day. Cleaning the room daily (normal). Ipod/iphone Station available in the room. Tea and coffee making facilities available. Spacious balcony. Great gym with modern equipment and very clean. With a disposal: towel, fresh water bottle, fresh orange juice (requested at the reception for the juice) and fruit skewer. Equipment of the Spa nickel and very nice: sauna, hammam and jacuzi, cloakroom with shower towel, bottle and toilet kit (shampoo, shower gel etc…) Ideal after a sports session or after a visit the bitter midday in the middle of August under the Dubai Heat. There are 3 swimming pools: main pool open until 9pm, the other 2 close at 7pm. Lots of Transat available. Ice bags are available to allow you to put your water bottles in the cooler. Breakfast Buffet a bit expensive but lots of choice (140aed). The staff is really the number one asset of this hotel. They do everything for you to be well, we always smile and available for you simplify your life. A big thank you to them!
