Its soo nice view and friendly staff very accomading specially in dining area.

The ambience is amazing. The complex pool and Beach manager Mr. Sam is nothing but a delight. The Horizon Team tge supervisors Rod, Manoj, The barman prakash and the rest of the Horizon lounge team — are simply the best. It is not just a 5 star resort because of the rating but more so because of the staff here. So yes, it's worth every dime.

Food is the best 😋 all the staff are amazing and helpful.

They should train and have educated people or at least teach the security team how to talk with the customers,
as the customers paying money to use this facility, and I beleive they are getting paid because of that, so I beleive the customer deserve little bit more respect and politeness

We have been staying at this hotel for the last 5 years and absolutely love the resort. It’s perfect for children and the kids club is amazing. He is the most amazing kind and patient staff member I have ever met and the reason my son always wants to come back to your hotel. He really does go above and beyond. Beautiful hotel but should be the in house guest and hotel member for pool and beach access has different area to access… we as in hose guest ended dying to find a place to access the pool area… but over all was excellent.

Great place with beautiful beach/gardens and good nightclubs.

This Hotel has good breakfast and a nice party vibe at night around by the pool area and Barasti Restaurant. The showers are very small and leaves the floor very wet and messy. The bed is very comfortable and relaxing with a huge mirror above the headboard. The balcony has a great view of the Palm Trees, Pool and Ocean but scary at the same time. Another plus is the guest also have access to the amenities at the Westin Hotel which is right next door. I recommend that you stay at least 5 Days if you plan to do excursions this way you’ll have ample time to enjoy the resort. Also I suggest that you rent a car because the cab rides add up and the group tours rush you when you’re trying to experience their culture.

We really enjoy our staycation, my son really enjoyed the pool and food from room service is very delicious.

Great central location for everything but relaxing beach atmosphere without the hustle of downtown Dubai.
You can also share the amazing pool, restaurants and amenities of the Westin next door, so two hotels for the price of one!
I would recommend upgrading to the Club membership with stunning views and food and drink available all day until 8pm.

Nice Hotel but very disapointed about customer relationship!
We booked 14 nights and even with this long booking, they refused to upgrade us in a « simple » balcony room. (10th times in dubaï in a lot of different hotels like grosvenor, and 1st time that we faced a negative answer for a very basic request…)
I’m staying with my wife and 2 kids (5 & 1 years) and got the mariott reward program!

One of the best hotels to stay in dubai, excellent service all round, can't fault it, in anyway. 5 stars.

Overlooking the Persian Gulf, this high-end, beachfront hotel is 4 km from the Emirates Golf Club, 9 km from Wild Wadi Water Park and 10 km from the Mall of the Emirates. Elegant rooms feature gulf views, flat-screen TVs and Wi-Fi (fee). Most have balconies. Suites add separate sitting rooms and access to a club lounge with free food and Wi-Fi; 1 has a private roof terrace. There are 5 restaurants and bars including a French brasserie, a Japanese eatery and a beach bar. Other amenities include a private beach, 5 outdoor pools and 4 tennis courts. There's also a gym, a kids' club, a spa at a neighboring hotel and a water sports center.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Our mini fridge was not working and they replaced it. We were also given an early check in at 5 am when we booked for the following night. You can use the amenities of the Westin neighboring hotel. The only drawback of this hotel is the constant noise from construction. They are building a new island off the coast from this hotel and there is a lot of work being done in the marina. Just keep that in mind. Price/value is great! (during summer at least)

Beautiful hotel, clean, comfortable. Food is bad. What I don't eat on the menu is that I don't eat. Please cook on a separate order — agree. They bring the wrong one.

I appreciate only outdoor cafes, came here a couple of times to sit with friends, there are Russian staff, everything is beautiful and clean, on certain days for girls free drinks.

Hotel is at an amazing location with a beautiful beach. If you're booking a room make sure the mattress and pillow are clean, last time I stayed there pillows and mattress had yellow stains. Pretty obvious if you use the black light to detect it.

Beautiful grounds, lots of greenery. Beautiful view of Dubai Marina. This is the end Of the pros. The Dirty sea because of dust from neighboring construction, come across stones under feet. The Staff every time manages to spoil the mood, whether from the inability to speak English, or they are taught to be rude to people. You can go once to the beach to take pictures, there is no sense there to spend money.

Not as it used to be anymore. Bit in decline. Seaview is actually construction view with free excavating sounds. Rooms are okay, beds are great. Swimming pool out-of-order due to maintenance (thanks for letting us know beforehand… #not). Breakfast limited in choice and quite overprized. Staff is wonderful. Very much customer driven!

The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly, with the sunbeds no problems, the kitchen is good, Wi-Fi in all areas and in the rooms for free.

Hotel on a shared complex with the Westin reception and room below the standards of the 5 * of the Palm but the hotel catches up with a great location, entertainment facilities at the top with 4 or 5 swimming pools, a private beach and a beach club for evening s very nice.
Ideal for a leisure/less holiday for business I recommend breakfast.

Eat at the restaurant Fish Tavern. Nice place. Nice Staff But a big problem at the price level! The portions are tiny and the prices are extremely high for a really average quality. Count 300aed per person without alcohol for a decent meal.

Lovely and clean, staff very attentive towards our needs and they even went the extra mile and left cake, flowers and a card in our room for my husbands 50th birthday… this really made his day.
The chap that cleaned our room everyday was so lovely … a special thanks to his kindness and little surprises with the towel displays, we’re sorry we can’t remember his name but he came to room 609 every morning.
Also a… special mention to the pregnant lady (sorry didn’t know her name) she worked everyday in the lounge 10th floor. She always greeted us with the most warmest of smiles. We joined the club and the benefits of same were fabulous, we particularly enjoyed the afternoon tea and cocktails in the evening overlooking the amazing marina.
The resort is so well maintained and the beach area was lovely. This was our first time visiting Dubai and we will defo be back and most definitely be staying at the this hotel again

Love this hotel. Went for a Babymoon previously and now visited with my baby. Amazing children facilities indoor and out. The staff are lovely. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Food is great. Loved my balcony. Would definitely visit again.

Such a beautiful location and restaurants, yet such dreadful business sense from some of its staff. If this hotel were in a western country I'm sure it would merit my 5 star approval. Very poor experiences whenever I go. Yet due to its location I continue to give them and it's neighbouring hotel my custom. Sometimes its simply frowned upon to be a single woman in Dubai. Wake up: I'm a woman of nearly 60 with money in my pocket who simply wants to relax at your premises. Not welcome? Lots of other places to choose from.

Great hotel. Luxurious interior. Fab staff especially the travel rep on site. Didn't get five stars as air con didn't work properly. We were so cold in our room.

The best brunch in Dubai!. Saralee, our hostess, made the experience so special. Great views, food, drinks and value. 3 hours of luxury for £60, couldn't have asked for more. Wonderful.

Nice area close to the water. I guess one of the main advantages is that you could buy alcohol here. Strange to say this, but you really misses that this is not possible in most places in Dubai. But it is also a very nice area with a beautiful skyline towards the city. There are also a lot of places to select from in this large area.

Wonderful resort with great staff! Very accommodating! Best staff I’ve meet at a resort; allowed us early check in, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a great diverse selection of foods. Lots of restaurants and venues close by to relax and enjoy. Usually we like to leave the resort to explore the area but we enjoyed the resort so much we didn’t want to leave! Will definitely stay here again and have recommended to friends :) Thanks for a great stay!

We had an excellent 2 nights here. We had a very friendly reception and were upgraded from a city view to a sea view room. The room was clean and the beds were all extremely comfortable. The bathroom was basic, but had everything we needed. The extremely friendly and helpful staff made this a very pleasant stay. The hotel has fantastic pool and beach facilities and you can also use the pool and beach facilities of the Westin hotel next door. I would highly recommend this hotel for families.

We had the opportunity to spend one week at the Le Meridien Mina Seyahi. We also attended the Gala dinner for New Year Celebrations. What an amazing party, great entertainment, fantastic food and a splendid view of all the fireworks. The few irritations we experienced was while lying on the beach trying to relax, there is a consistent noise from aircraft dropping parachutists, it's a consistent droning noise which spoils the ambience. Secondly, breakfast buffet ending at 10.30am was difficult to make. A resort of this calibre should have breakfast service until at least 11am each day. Food and beverage was excellent, room service was good and the staff were generally very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this venue as it's pricing is not over the top and it's great value for money.

Pros: location right by the water, its beach and grounds. It's a great kids' club. The hotel itself and the rooms are good, but not enough to five check-in.

Better impossible. The staff, the hotel, the food, the cleanliness. Today is my birthday and I found a cake in the room. It's all details.

I love this hotel! But My recommendation for people attending the Latest Recipe Brunch especially if you are western and like your food hot is to not expect this from the meat stations. We were very disappointed that all the meat, potatoes and veg were cold through out the whole brunch. The lamp heaters were very inadequate in keeping the food warm and the chefs were not checking or too bothered when told about it. I even asked the waiter to heat up my plate of food in the microwave and it still came back cold… twice! Christmas dinner was ruined by this as I didn't get my hot roast! But for cold starters and other items the Brunch was ok. I hope you can rectify this for the future. Thanks.

Beautiful hotel conveniently located. It felt like a little tropical paradise right smack in the middle of the city. Great restaurant options and fantastic service. Will definitely be going back!

I love this place. Mine might not be the most accurate description or review as we have never stayed here. But seeing that we live quite close and have corporate functions and birthday parties and a wedding party here I can definitely say it's one of our favorite places in Dubai. The restaurants offer a great experience. And the evening brunch was great. Also the health restaurant is worth it. If your looking at hosting a corporate function or end year party there give it a go. My wife's company have hosted their parties there for the last 3 years. And man do we eat well. All the staff are friendly and the views are just gorgeous. I would live to stay here one day on a stay cation.

I stayed in a Club Superior room and its spaciousness stimulate your creativity & gives a magnificent panoramic view of the Arabian Gulf. The complimentary airport transfers were great (requires to be booked directly with the hotel). When you arrive there is a separate check-in lounge, welcome drink, continental breakfast, tea/coffee, and a daily cocktail hour in Le Meridien Club Lounge, and VIP amenities. Other services include Wi-Fi, Lounge Access, Breakfast, Spa/Fitness, Air Conditioning, Flat Screen Television, In-room safe, Mini bar, Phone. Private beach, great pool atmosphere and Staff are very friendly.

We liked the hotel) were with two young children, very well rested, have everything you need and even more. Worth each of its stars)

Enjoying my last day here sitting by pool and thought I'd share my views: had Deluxe ocean sea view in 6th floor. Cannot fault room decor, amenities and housekeeping service. The noise coming from the bar on the ground floor cannot be ignored. It did not stop me from sleeping but you can hear the music in your room with windows closed. The main advantage of this hotel is that you can use all the facilities if the Westin where we spent most of our time and I think offered better beach and pool areas.

This place was great! A great bar (Barasti) and great service. Access to the Westin is definitely a plus. The pools and beach are really nice. For SPG gold and platinum members, the president's club is amazing: the food is delicious and varied, and the choice of alcohol is highly impressive.

This is my favourite hotel in Dubai. Having stayed there 4 times I keep returning with my husband and son. The rooms are huge, light and tastefully decorated. Half board option is fantastic. Food is of excellent quality. The staff at this hotel are amazing. They know us by name and offer an amazing personal service. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

We absolutely love this hotel and have been many times. All the staff are great, friendly yet professional, the rooms are great with comfy beds! The food is great plus the hotel surroundings & facilities are amazing. They also have an excellent gym which we use daily. We think its the best location in Dubai. We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel in a deluxe room with sea view and all the swimming pools (35m2). The service is at the rendezvous and the warm welcome as we were able to read on other reviews. Check in with a late arrival: fast and drinks, refreshing towels offered. Fruit and water bottles offered every day. Cleaning the room daily (normal). Ipod/iphone Station available in the room. Tea and coffee making facilities available. Spacious balcony. Great gym with modern equipment and very clean. With a disposal: towel, fresh water bottle, fresh orange juice (requested at the reception for the juice) and fruit skewer. Equipment of the Spa nickel and very nice: sauna, hammam and jacuzi, cloakroom with shower towel, bottle and toilet kit (shampoo, shower gel etc…) Ideal after a sports session or after a visit the bitter midday in the middle of August under the Dubai Heat. There are 3 swimming pools: main pool open until 9pm, the other 2 close at 7pm. Lots of Transat available. Ice bags are available to allow you to put your water bottles in the cooler. Breakfast Buffet a bit expensive but lots of choice (140aed). The staff is really the number one asset of this hotel. They do everything for you to be well, we always smile and available for you simplify your life. A big thank you to them!

Great location, right on the Palm Island — "The Palm — Jumairah" 10 minutes up to the "Mall od the Emirates" and about 20 minutes to the "Dubai Mall".

Service is excellent, a super pleasant so the staff tried to meet and they do so also! Unless the Organization of the return flight or whether extra with any wish!
You drove etc. With a taxi in the reception hall, the door has been opened every time and with a warm and friendly "welcome back, how what your trip to. ", is located.
The staff noted names or also the attraction and asked how our trip was and how we BSP. The "Burj Khalifa" found.
The prices were very reasonable.
Breakfast costs € 25 or is included, depending on the booking.
The breakfast buffet was varied and very tasty!
The hotel is in a very good condition and offers a wonderful holiday!

The beach is very nice, and C. Concerning "Refreshing" offers crisp water temperatures of about 32 ° c throughout the year there are still about 8 pools have :) with approximately 24 ° C for "Refreshing"
The hotel provides very high security, so at least 2 lifeguards are on a tiny pool!

New year brunch was nice. Expansive, little expensive. Choice was mammoth.

Stayed there is was SOOOO good nice lunch the beds where SOOOO comfy! I remember the door man Called Rayman He helped ALOT! And was very Helpful.
