Facilities not good. Smell smoke on the hallway. Television not good specially in our room. Ac is too low even we put on high.

Dear Landmark, We would like to express our frustration, unsatisfied, unacceptable experienced with LANDMARK SUMMIT HOTEL (BANQUET). Please be informed the below details of our experienced during our wedding venue. 1. The food didn't serve in time. 2. Lack of support from your staff, regarding serving of food. 3. The chicken served raw (outside crispy but the inside uncooked meat) 4. Sound system is not working properly 5. Mr. Laksmi informed us that the food is unlimited. However, the food that had served is insufficient. 6. Chicken alfredo was served once and they changed to vegetable noodles. 7. Chicken alfredo was served dry and they poured using mushroom soup. 8. Mr. Laksmi didn't checked us, and talked to us regarding the complaint of our guest. He is hiding in cabin. 9. The sound system beside of our venue is in full blast, we complained to your staff, your staff didn't do anything. 10. Worst experience in your banquet. 11. We will not recommend landmark summit to our friends, due to your staff and we experienced. 12. We have 45 guest in our list but they charge us 50 guest with unprepared food, staff and equipment. Accordingly, we got a lot of complaint with our guest most specially they are not satisfied with the food the sound of the speaker and microphones (not working properly). Hence, our special day was ruined and we need immediate action in terms of your staff, food, service and most specially mr. Laksmi.

I will not recommend this hotel they are unprofessional. They will not advising you what is there rules. Even guest are not allowed and staff in this hotel says that this is for family. So why u need to accept none fmilies. Imagine at late night the indian receptionist guy will call you and his letting us to kick our guest and he says to make it fast and let her to go down! wtf so rude! this is our first time hotel that are not allowed visitors. We supposed to be expecting to be comfortable and enjoyed but we didnt enjoyed instead we feel disappointed a lot specially the staff there. And the nepali or indian girl receptionist asking us when we are cheking out already if we pay the tax? is she idiot to ask like that kind of question? how they are allowing us to enter the room and chekin if we did not pay taxes or anythng, and why she cant check to her computer?! and she should asking like that after cheking out.? they are super rude and the shower is too hot almost we cant used it… they are acting like they are perfect 5 star hotel or whatsoever. One more things we went to there swimminh pool and they are asking for extra money. Omg. Is there any hidden charges? you guys should informed always the guest what is do”s and dont to your hotel. So that we will not feel like we are doing anythng wrong. U should need always let your guest feel comfortable and relax and not to let them shy to other people… I will not recommend this hotel anymore. Super bad experience and disapointed!

According to my experience here… TV is not clear & mess, AC fan is on lowest only, almost of things are not working well. Room service need more enhancement.

Friendly staff & service! They also have a great concierge service here for personal needs as well as for any transportation needs that you may have. There are many banks & Money exchanges nearby on Al Riggs Road. There is also a 24-hour Life Pharmacy within 2 blocks from the hotel.

Grumpy front desk attendants. To have my passports returned to visit the city I would have to pay a security deposit. Swimming pool and sauna were to be opened until 9pm instead at 7pm. 30 for three consecutive evenings I found them closed. Pitiful food. I would definitely recommend it.

Replace the stars with crosses! Rude and incompetent dirty old hotel staff who say avoid!

Keep your hands off me! If you want to spend your time in Dubai in a rundown and filthy hotel, you've come to the right place. It gets fucked where it's only going, from the mini bar to the Frühstücksvoucher. Staff uncompetent and Rude. Unfortunately I paid online in advance and I have to "stand up" the whole thing here now. In short: prefer to pay €10 more per night and really enjoy the holiday. Never again!

Had a wonderful overnight stay at this hotel! The staff are very nice and helpful particularly their Asst. Front Office Manager, Mahmoud Youssif who took his time to ensure all our needs are met. Location is great, right at the center of the city, easy access to everything and very close to the metro station, facilities are excellent and the buffet is good. Extremely unprofessional staff, I booked 3 deluxe rooms through agoda a month before ny check in date and when I reached at the hotel so they didnt had my booking with them we werw 6 travellers and booked 3 rooms at that time I was asked by the front desk staff to wait and after a long wait of an hour when I inquired that whats wrong and why am I not getting my rooms so the duty manager just threw my booking confirmation amd told me that I cant fond your booking you talk to agoda. So is this the way to treat guest and rooms were also not good bathroom accesories were broken in room kettle was not working due to some electric problems bed side reading lights were hanging all over the head. Be careful becuase front desk staff's attitude is really awful.

We enjoyed our stay in Hotel, sure will recommend it to others. Very near to the metro station and shopping malls. The staffs were friendly and they made us feel like home away from home.

I just checked out from the Hallmark hotel. I will never go back. The rooms dirty, bad service. Even the complimentary watter bottles in the room opened. Pure dizaster.

Not what you would expect from a hotel in Dubai. Functional and correct Hotel… everything is in line with your price. The best its situation in the heart of the city, you manage well with the Metro or bus to go everywhere and even walking and it is a quiet area. The worst: Forget about the Asian luxury.
