Large suites and huge parking space. Staff and f&b manager very accommodating.

It’s a very nice hotel and the right price cheaper than other hotels the rooms are quite big and they’re nice and clean the room I have got there is balcony as well which is quite good but the only problem in this hotel is the showers are very slow otherwise it’s very good.

I had the best time in the hotel. Great service wonderful staff that assisted me so many times especially when I left my phone in the airport. I love the spacious rooms and how quick they responded to enquires through email. I’m going back right away!

The most rude staff o had ever encountered in dubai. There was some changes for their rulea and we do unserstand but the way the staff treated the guest was ridiculous.

They don’t allow extra person in the room even we are going to pay for it. Receptionist on duty is so rude, answering quires sarcastically!

The hotel has good ambience, spacious rooms and great location. Accessible with public transport, lots of food selection around the area, near mall & tourist destinations such as Gold Souq, Al Seef, Old Dubai. I had booked at Jood for my mom’s vacation in Dubai. Hoping to get a wonderful experience in a 5 star hotel. We booked for 8 nights. It did cost a bit more than other hotels but thought it will be worth it, since I also had booked previously and had an amazing stay. Th…e stay was pleasant except the bad experience on one of their amenities which is the swimming pool. I got kicked out from it with my friend visiting me & getting humiliated in-front of other guests. I NOW fully understand that VISITORS are not allowed to use any amenities or SHOULD only be at the LOBBY! But hope I had learned it a nice manner than getting bullied by 3 men at the pool area in which caused an embarrassing experience. The term we always CATCH people like this. Doesn’t sound right for a CUSTOMER. I even asked what’s the solution? If it’s ok to pay extra or book another room? But the guys insisted about the HOTEL POLICY and made sure we are out of the area. I’ve been emotionally stressed about what happen & didn’t use the facility again. Hoping it will be handled differently next time.

Good evening chefs and community of Dubai, was my first time at the jood palace and have to say what a beautiful hotel, from driving in all the staff where super friendly and welcoming. Everyone had smiles on there faces, really felt welcomed! The evening was truly awesome food was fantastic, left very satisfied. All the partners where amazing with there products and took home a great deal of information. The networking was great and I’m super proud to be part of the guild. Thank you so much. Changing from Taj palace to Jood place. Astounding class Hospitality and high level service plus 5 star facility available in Rigga Dubai. It has become one of the most convenient hotel to reach near residence area of Rigga and available and cater to customer by providing hotel apartment service also where one can enjoy 5 star level service with affordable price. Very near to Rigga metro station so commuting there is not an issue apart from this commuting convenience, ther are enough places to visit nearby if one will choose to stay here like nearby eat out and malls for shopping and other activities to enjoy Dubai life. It is worth spending deal to enjoy 5 star facilities available Amidst of all other amenities near by. Fine dine Restaurant and kitchen for food lover and available extensive range of cuisine and dishes for customers and outsider also. One can avail health membership facilities also in order to enjoy the healthy deal while enjoying other facilities. If anybody wants to enjoy Dubai life in affordable price with five star Hospitality then definitely visit here where he can find other amusement facilities as well near by.

Breakfast great. Room excellent but smill smok all over the room. Location good nearst to airport 15 min. Nice stuff, Price in booking for 2 night was 530 SR When we arrived the price changed 689.26 AED. Booking should include the VAT, service charge. Etc as in other country hotels fees.

Hotel's location is ideal as it is in the City Center with good accessibility to public transportation. Crystal Restaurant's food is good. Friendly restaurant staff. Restaurant Manager is accommodating and checking on us. Overall experience was good. Highly recommended. Value for money.

This is a high quality hotel in the heart of Diera, Dubai. The rooms are furnished to a very good standard and comfortable. The Jood also has a good range of restaurants which are reasonably priced. The breakfast service is efficient and offers a good range. The hotel lobby is also a nice place to enjoy quality snacks or a coffee and get excellent service from Romelyn  loved the pool and gym.

The ac was never working on the 8th floor so I requested to change floors turns out tenth floor also not working. Then I was too close to the elevators, that noise that sound nonstop irritating sound couldn't sleep properly. In short this once a giant in hotel property (Taj) now jood, has lost the charm and lost the plot. The reception staff was never in a mood to help or be helpful as I was embarrassed with the amount of complaints I was making so will never be going to jood again only saveing grace is the location in DERA and a mosque right next door as it was a Friday for juma prayer.

After having to leave our hotel due to uncleanliness, my friend and I went to check out Jood Palace. We had friends staying there and were planning to purchase a room. We spoke with the receptionist about pricing and asked for ice. She assumed that we were prostitutes. The manager was rude to us and our friends — who were already staying at the hotel. He did not want to apologize. He used the excuse that he was misinformed and refused to take blame for taking action on unverified information. When they did apologize, it was with sarcasm. Needless to stay, we did not stay there and our friends checked out.

It is nice and value for money, walking distance to public transport and can find lots of 24/7 restaurant near by.

Many positions do not correspond to the level of a 5 star hotel. For example, in a double room with two double beds there was only one bath towel, two for hands. The room was very clean. But on our request all quickly repaired and brought. The room was clean and comfortable. I think it's from the carpet, who knows when it was washed or changed.
The pool on the roof is really decent, there is a Jacuzzi and a fitness room. We came to the pool at 10am so managed to have a great swim. There were only a few people.

Considering the price, the space, the cleanness, and the location, there doesn't seem to be anything serious to complain about. However, I'd really hesitate whether staying here again in the future. I think it's quality matches how much I paid: about 3 to 4 star grade.

Brilliant hotel. Probably one of the best I’ve visited and stayed in Dubai. Would certainly recommend this hotel. Staff are very welcoming and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Fantastic!

Although I was treated with great respect and courtesy, the room service was just so disappointing that I can't help but drop down the rating. Not only were the prices overboard, but the food was just completely bland.

Visited just recently from N. Y. Room is nice, receptionist excellent, nice location. Do not allow anyone go into ur room for clean-up while you're away. Rather keep all valuables with you when leaving. Be wise and don't buy anything from street touts from surroundings.

Exceptional hotel! Breakfast awesome!

It's a good place compared to it's price. However, I didn't like the maid place they offer, it was very small! The sheets and bath room wasn't that clean! I mean she's a human after all, so bettet fix the maid place. The place was not expensive, so I wasn't expecting fancy stuff. But overall nice experience.

Avoid booking early at Jood Palace Hotel during busy season as they might canceled your booking to sell it at a higher rate as they did it to me yesterday! They tried to charge my credit card and for some reason it didn’t work so I called them to confirm that I am coming before the check-in time, and they told me that they have canceled my booking. They didn’t even bother to call me or send me a message. Definitely I will not book with them again.

It's a nice place to stay. Less than 5 minutes walk to Al Rigga metro station. The staff are friendly and the restaurant serves best of foods.

My very first trip outdoors and it was amazing. This place is simply amazing with great ambiance and services provided by the hotel loved it. The food was not that good. But the hotel had great facilities in it. + The location was also soo good that it had door to door shops. Just a step away from the hotel you can find almost anything with easy cabs, normal shopping store and different facilities. The place might be lil over priced, but all money spent will give you 100% satisfaction.

Visitors (family relatives) were not allowed even for a few minutes just for them to join us over dinner, even if we are ready to pay for additional charges and yet it says on their elevator "Best Family Friendly Hotel in 2017" Staff manning the elevator was rude to send them out and direct them to the reception who was not helpful as well. First hotel we have experienced this treatment of visitors not being allowed. Is it because we are Filipinos? We heard that they are always this strict with Filipinos, wonder why. We have been charged additional AED 90 for internet use as they said we have exceeded the allowed no. Of users while in fact we only used additional IPAD/tablet for the kids. No advise was given upon check in that any excess user will be charged additional plus AED 90 for an overnight stay is too much! otherwise they should have ensured that the connection is locked on the allowable no. Of users so the customers will not be surprised when they checked out of and will find this additional hidden charges! The hotel aesthetics is nice but we prefer better service than that, we have been to different hotels and the service is far far better than what you can offer.

Everything and Everyone is okay room is very big spacious. Staff is well trained. One staff member was standing on the reception his name was I think cinoj that guy was very friendly and helpful.

I didn't really stay here. I just go to use their ATM but I find the staff helpful when I had an issue with the machine. I use the toilets sometimes. I'll probably stay here someday.

This hotel is best within the area. It is close to a metro station by 5 minutes walk. Restaurants, pubs and shopping centers are around too. The facilities are fantastic, room is a bit traditional and old but still cozy, elegant and spacious. The gym and pool at the 11th floor are just enticing for a perfect stay. What I did not enjoy only is the breakfast, not too much options and the Indian guy cooking omelet is not kind looking, he don't know how to smile or talk politely. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We are a family of 5 we booked the apartment in the hotel 3 bedrooms, I will rate it over 5 if there was an option fantastic service polite staff breakfast was brilliant most amazing thing about it is the top floor swimming pool and the most surprising thing which made my day was when the 'Handi Indian Restaurant food and drinks were delicious and they had live entertainment I couldn't believe it wanted them to sing live all night that's how good they were! we had a super stay had a fantastic holiday thanks Jood Palace Hotel will definitely recommend friends and family at your Hotel. Management I would highly suggest you pass our huge thanks to all your staff they gave an excellent service!

The restaurant in Jood place are value for money my favorite restaurant are Handi what a great food and Indian food followed by Sakura one of best Japanese restaurant I recommend to try there them nights which is sushi night and Asian nights vast variety and value for me.

Hi, I'm writing about my recent comments of the Taj Palace Hotel in Dubai. First of all, from the beginning, the staff, especially the Saif, very helpful and friendly, and committed to their work, is very familiar with the process, stay fast, fully accessible, I would also like to mention the welcome drink they offer is the best.

Good Hotel. Good location. Helpful Staff in all Departments. Good job being done by all and more important I think is that the Standards are still being maintained even with the change of Brand from Taj to Jood. I have stayed here before when it was known as Taj Palace. Keep it up.

I was having a wedding on Friday. There was no experience on how the the team are dealing with emarati wedding. They were just standing and looking to the people. We needed to call them on every and each thing that we need them to do. Even the reception to the invitees wasn't good. You need to train them Better for such events.

Great hotel at a great price. The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to the metro. The rooms are very spacious and included a nice bathroom and balcony. There was a gym, spa and rooftop pool. The staff are all extremely courteous. I would definitely stay here again.

The location shown in the maps directions is wrong. The hotel is located near riqqa but directions took me near clock tower.

We liked very much the room at the highest level, twice a day, clean, every day fresh lilies in the room and in the bath. The hotel itself is gorgeous, we went in Ramadan, just at this time were a discount on accommodation. The only power однобразное, every day for Breakfast one and the same. Every morning the hotel free of charge drove to the beach, super, without waves, you can safely swim. Generally, the Country is beautiful and unusual, young and at the same time with a very interesting history! I wish all of you a pleasant and busy, with кучой impressions, rest.
