Rooms are small, yet filled with all the necessary amenities. Lounge is good, very much accessible Service is good (The reception staff helped to solve the confusion regarding ID proof — the booking was made from India, and I couldn't produce the exact same ID proof with which the booking was m, ade. Reception staff were kind enough to address the issue and made alternate arrangement)

Been stay in this hotel for a week and this is one of the nicest place I've stayed, staff was good specially Zyra in the restaurant like her hospitality. It's really good that u have a staff like her.

Nice affordable hotel in good location in city. Clean and comfortable with excellent staff. Breakfast is very good in a comfortable attractive dining room and very quiet and relaxing. My room though rather simple had an attractive view and nice bed with Light weight duvet. Bathroom small but everything very nice and well maintained. I had a 01:30 flight so was allowed to book an extra half day and leave at 19:00 making a final day very enjoyable and relaxing. I should happily return here if I return to Dubai.

Breakfast buffet. Dinner is not bad. Nearby there is a grocery store, a metro station. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The Rayonchik is very comfortable all available. Service in half satisfies. Very good breakfast. Inside the hotel there is a tour agent which organizes excursions at affordable prices. Well in short perfect for relaxation)

Rooms are basic but the shaded public benches on the front sidewalk and resulting nighttime street scene made up for it. Location is excellent, metro station very close.

Clean and efficient hotel. Convenient access to Metro. Courteous staff. Many restaurants within walking distance including Lebanese and Syrian cuisines with fresh cook.

Location The hotel is only 2 stars, however the room and breakfasts were not worse than in other 4 star hotels. Even the ironing board with the iron was in the room. It is uncomfortable that the bus to the beach is only 11 hours, and it must be pre-recorded. There is not always room for this bus. All in all, to sleep and have breakfast better and do not. And the cappuccino in the bar was very tasty) )

1. Very good staff. 2. Breakfast is good But main courses for lunch or dinner Are. Not to the standard. Fish is awful (in a country where fish is in plenty) accept for the frozen salmon. 3. IN THE ROOMS furniture is old carpets as well so you can compare with other Ibis Hotels.

This hotel is budget hotel, having all the basic facilities like restaurant, zym, parking. It is nearby airport. Food quality is not up to the mark. So I would suggest better to have food outside hotel, plenty of option are available there.

Rooms smelled musty and humid. Bath enormously small and joints in the shower were dirty. Breakfast was okay, but too little space. Service personnel were at pains. Location good by proximity to the subway and the airport.

Hello! I want to share my impressions about the Ibis Al Riga hotel. I stayed twice in this hotel and not by accident. As for the hotel itself-very even decent. And given its location-just great. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Arriving a second time at the hotel, in my surprise, many Ibis staff found me and once again making sure that the Ibis team is really very attentive to its guests and treat them with respect. As for the kitchen-breakfasts they are very hearty, variety and tasty. Special thanks to the chef Hussein. Respect him. The beach was very organized and taken away from the beach in advance of the agreed time. The driver Ayyappan all knew in person and worried for every tourist. Spring vacation is considering in Dubai and of course Ibis.

Definitely modest Hotel in any way not lacking absolutely anything, located close enough to Dubai International airport. Value for money more than excellent.

I really appreciate the hospitality of your receptionists. We take the smoking room and I really amazed about the smell of the room. … It seemed like not smoking room. Room was cleaned and satisfied of our resting night. Keep up the good work. And rate is affordable.

I liked your bedding and room are really nice. The hotel is so near to shoppings and taxis are always available. I tried accessing gym area but I wasn't able. I found it locked. Staffs are so well trained and respect guests. Hope to come back soon.

My experience is going of very well I am giving you 50% out of 100 marks. water is not enough in the rooms, must be four small or 1 large bottle. wash rooms are to narrow. but your breakfast service are very well and really I like that and especially protocol of your staff for guest are very good. Towels are very small, its not enough to dry your body after shower. But my over all stay is very well. Thax a lot for services.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel and I think I will be staying in this hotel whenever I will visit Dubai. Keeping my comfort and services that I received in this hotel I have recommended to many of my friends and colleague. Being a member of the ibis club I am again refuse to get reward points due to my booking through my travel agent. What else I have means to book the hotel except through my agent who books my flight, who cares my comfort in travel and whom I discuss my travel plan. I explained the condition by the staff in a well-mannered way but this condition does not suit to my satisfaction. Around the globe travel agent look for better deal for their client and if you ignore the importance of travel agent and do not accommodate guest check-in through travel agent or airline, there are several hotels offering better deals to travel agent business. I like to stay 100 nights a year still I cant be the member of the ibis reward program.

The location of the hotel is very accessible with the metro station just a walking distance and the supermarket right outside. We stayed here for one night and we definitely felt recharge the next day! Thumbs up and thank you very much to the reception team for there assistance and for making us feel welcome. A special mention to housekeeping for offering to press our clothes. We would definitely come back.

Small rooms, only after repeated requests, the soap was restocked in the much too small bathroom. The phone in the room doesn't work. Food in the restaurant is simply not good.

Now I will never go there again Why on Tuesday 5th April 2016 at about 9.45pm I finished eating my food then asked for the bill after this skinny Indian water took the money I waited for the change in the end I had to ask for my change just to be told by this Indian water that he had given me the change when I told him no you did not he replied I WATCHED YOU PUT IT IN YOUR POCKET I then sead really he sead yes… so what did you give me 40+ then explain why I only had 2×5 plus 100 notes after having a shouting match and being called a thief I spoke to the duty manager and requested a written apologie it is now April 11th and I am still waiting. Why did I post this on Facebook becouse the hotel management did not respond to my request and yes they have my business card so they could have contacted me at any time. …

The service was horrible! the employees were not nice at all, and not helpful! The hotel was always noisy especially in the early mornings, some of the employees had bit of an attitude problem and were always in a bad mood.

I stayed in room 654 before being moved to another room. Doors are wooden and the doors slam shut! Really noisy doors. Rooms are practically door to door and many of the rooms on inside have connecting doors. If your neighbors like to talk you are screwed as the whole conversation goes right through the doors. There is no sound proofing between rooms. Beds are great and very comfortable. Electricity outlet plugs are not traveler friendly and hotel did not have an adapter for me. At 540 Dhms. Per night they should be better equipped. Bathroom also had foul odour from drain.

Its good for sleep only. Don't expect more.
