Air conditioner not working. They repaired 3 times, but still does not work. I do not recommend to anyone.

Very comfortable and friendly staff, spacious rooms and very clean most recommended.

Sweet interiors and class customer service, Really appreciated the staff, although the location for this hotel isn't that impressive.

Very clean and spacious rooms, clean toilet and beautiful ambiance. Professional staff and sumptuous meals. A good value for money. However the TV channels are mostly Arabic except very few news channels. No English sports or movies.

The rooms and service were great, but unfortunately the hotel is severely lacking in amenities. The web site for the hotel says there's a cocktail bar. There is no such thing. We attempted to order room service a couple times, and each time they didn't have an item on their room service menu that we wanted. The cafe area was lacking in food in general, unlike what is implied on their web site. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but we did have breakfast there each morning, which was complimentary, and it was ok. Probably wouldn't stay here again, to be honest.

Beautiful hotel, professional staffs, stayed the for a week and love the the place. Airport pick up and drop back. Large room, big bed and great facilities. Bathroom was fabulous.

Upmarket & exquisite. Dining divine. However, our request for adjoining rooms was ignored.

They have big rooms for a very reasonable price and all the services are up to the internal standard. Highly recommend!

Oh, I enjoyed stay at this place. This hotel Is new, and the rooms has a very good furniture, AC and TV. The beds are wide and very nicely designed bathroom is also there. The staff was very professional. Breakfasts were very good. Fresh fruits, yogurt, boiled egg, vegetables and delicious pastry was always there. I would definitely come again.

Hotel is good. Near to metro and shopping is easy. If you come early (like early flight) they will charge you. Other than that good place to stay if you are a shopholic or a traveller.

New property. Great location with shops eateries close by. Dubai Metro station, Baniyas Square, just 200m from the property. Parking is limited and will always be a problem. Can be best described as a business hotel. Not a very good option if you are traveling with your family. Food is awful. Breakfast menu had hardly any change for the days we stayed. Restaurant name is Kulcha King, but don't be fooled by the name as they need some serious training on how to prepare Indian food. Some staff could have been a bit more pleasant and friendly, especially to kids.

So so. Wash rooms experience was very bad. Staff is cheap.

Had a great stay here. The entire hotel was clean. The breakfast on all days were good. And being close to the metro, any major place is easily accessible from this hotel. The staffs were really friendly and helpful.

Love the service moat of all and super cleannnnn, the workers are so very helpfull and its a great location if you want to be close to souq Niaf its genuinly a great experimce but the only thing i'd say was a little problem is that they dont have a parking lot anx that is the breakfast isnt vast in variety but I sure will be coming back.

Breakfast is not very good. Plus, to have breakfast had to sit in the lobby and wait for the queue for the table, as the seats in the "restaurant" too little. Returning to the hotel at 18:00 pm, cleaning in the room has not yet been done. On the third day of the stay, we got clogged pipes and there was a flood, the water from the bathroom flowed into the room. Carpet, which was still in the stains, and damp the groin a few days after. At the reception this was absolutely not surprised. Threesome, three adults. We often had to walk after cleaning and ask for another towel or another tea, or something third in quantity. The hotel is not far from the gold market, but the metro station will be on a green branch, you will often need to do a transplant on the red line of the subway. On the square in front of the hotel too much molested Russian speakers, they all ask to buy a fur coat.

One of the worst hotel in which I had stayed. Staff behaviour not good. They took half an hour to put my luggage. Room was unclean. I was traveling with small baby and they don't to provide warm milk for the same. It is even worst than lounge.

Lovely place. The revolving Restaurant on the 25th floor allows you to have 360degrees view of Dubai as you enjoy your meal.

The location is very nice, very close to the baniyas square, so as to the green line metro baniyas square stop, easy access to public transport and the old dubai area, close to old port area, other iconic places near by are Naif, Al sabka, gold souk, rolex towers, dubai municipality, all are on walking distance, rooms are large and clean, bathrooms need improvement, the staff is professional and friendly, housekeeping and reception staff is very professional and friendly. Free Wi-Fi with good speed, good food option in hotel and near by. Over all a good place to stay if you want to live in deira dubai.

Centrally located in Dubai perfect room.

A dream place to go there and stay, specially the BBQ at the roof top in the night is an excellent experience… if you can afford, this hotel should be your priority if you are going to Dubai even for one day.

Large modern rooms with king bed and separate sofa. Bathroom was huge and clean. This hotel is very close to Baniyas Square metro and a great location for exploring the souks of Deira.

Super hotel in this area, near to hotel all facilities available. Nice to stay to the dubai visitors.

Stayed here for 1.5 weeks and enjoyed the hotel. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast each morning had a nice variety. The location was convenient near the metro station.

Great Hotel in perfect location for shopping. Just done the road from metro station. Staff are wonderful and very very helpful in everything. Breakfast is good but could be better with a change. Rooms are tidy and clean and on a daily basis cleaned. The pool and gym are nice if you don't want to go out but great hotel would definitely consider!

Every thing was good except somewhat limited breakfast and no car parking so you will pay 5 per hour in the nearby parking.

Nice hotel with good price quality ratio. Breakfast was good and various. You could enjoy the swimming pool on the roof. People were also nice and helpful.

Good hotel Good hotel for business travel at the beginning of the shopping quarter. Before metro stations Baniyas Square, and the rear part of the wholesale trading begins in Dubai. I do not agree with some reviews on the hotel bill. Before the hotel does not have its own car park and hotel worker can not know coming out of the taxi man their guest or someone else. The whole hotel staff thank you very much.

I chose this hotel because I knew I could get to it easily at 6am after a 17-hour flight, as it's got a Metro station nearby. As it turns out, you can see the hotel from the station exit, so, very easy indeed. The layout is a little unusual, as reception is one floor up from street level. The hotel is great; They let me into the room WELL before check-in, told me about the various hotel facilities, and because I was there during Ramadan, gave me very clear explanations of what _not_ to do while out in public.

We booked a smoking room, smoked one cigarette and were told that if we smoke any more we would be kicked out. The management are completely unaware of how to run a hotel. There is no parking anywhere near the hotel also the area the hotel is in is a ghetto filled with drunk smelly filthy people.

There were seven nights, paid for two 62 000 rubles. + 150 dirham (travel fee).
The location is very good.
A free transfer to the beach is provided (leaving 9-45; they are taken from the beach to 14-00). The time of departure from the beach be specified directly from the driver. The reception is very bad. So we did, because of the wrong information from reception, we missed the bus, spent money on a taxi, and burned (the hotel administration did not compensate for our taxi spending that we incurred because of the incompetence of the reception room).
The medium size number is well staffed, but the fridge is tiny in size. The cost of the shower was very expensive, but it had to be asked every day. The room was very clean and the rooms were not open, but we were afraid to be simple.
The receptacles in the room are not eurostandard (but the local standard) and the adapters are not. Iphone charge is not a problem, it can be done through a USB cord.
The breakfast was included in the price of the room, a buffet with a large number of fruit. Quite the same, but it was delicious, especially the cheese.
Near the hotel, the mosque was heard and earplugs never given (even asked). From the end of the hotel building, there's a shop where the chicken is cooked. Everybody was bragging, but we didn't have a chance to try.

A bit out of the way but clean, well appointed hotel. The staff was a pleasure and I'd stay again on return to Dubai.
