The services are fantastic and cheapest apartment in Dubai.

Stayed there. But this time not good service. No value for money. Not recommemded. They hav to improve a lot.

Price less & very nice comfort flats.

Very nice clean place, housekeeping is superb. I had a full kitchen with exception of an oven. Staff is wonderful. Stayed here for 14 days. Great price for the stay. The rooms are very spacious. Grocery store is within walking distance and cabs are always on hand. The only drawback is that it is not close to the main attractions.

Visited some friends here. Great value. Smells good this apartment.

Not good as place for staying for long time. The only advantage is the staff are polite even they are not professional in handling customers Complaint.

Pool is nice, gym is very small. Rooms are clean and size is decent. Walking to metro ca 15 min.

who is incompetent and insulting with no respect, one wonders why he still work here, the room is 20 years old, it is filled with mosquito and prostitute, to flee this hotel that did not wanted to repay our money.

Very clean, good staff, special apartments.

The apartment is spacious and the bed comfortable, the bathroom is large. The only flaw is that as kitchen accessories practically apart from 2 pots and a frying pan I found only 3 plates large 2 small 4 glasses (goblet type) but there was neither colander nor a salad bowl, or a bottle opener, but not even flat bottoms or a kitchen strat. The induction cookers are 2 but they are so close that you have to cook one thing at a time.

Godd location, short drive to Marina, Jumeirah, Mall of Emirates. A lot of of restaurants closer by, large supermarket across the street. Ideal for families with kids who want to have affordable accommodation and still being in Dubai city. Rooms were very big and well equipped for multi days stay.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Comfortable bed. They allowed us to enter the room before the check in time, which I very much appreciated. The location is good, close to the main attractions, I moved often by taxi spending small amounts. Staff very available.

I the advice very clean spacious apartment the negative was the pool very cold 18 degrees reception at the top.

Apartment Hotel located in a pretty crowded neighborhood Barsha Heights.
The hotel itself is a little ageing.
The double bed is actually 2 mattresses on a box spring. Very unpleasant to sleep at 2.
For example the TV is not HD which complicates connections with Apple TV or computer. Especially that this type of hotel is made to stay on for a long time.
The staff is nice.
The location of the hotel is pretty good even if it takes 15 min to reach the nearest metro station. Carrefour Market open 24/7 is less than a 3 minute walk away.

Simply the best. It's my first time to try apatments, but what I find makes me like the it. Simply clean, quite, great stuff, great postion. I like it so much and God willing I will be here every time I visit Dubai.

Good hotel for both short or long stays. Great service and nice staff. I had some issues the first night informed the staff and they fixed it directly and professionally.

I loved the generous size of the appartment and its cleanliness. The price is highly reasonable. Most of the staff were very helpful. Just for breakfast, they need to introduce more options. I'll come back whenever I come to Dubai again.

Very spacious and clean hotel apartment and have balcony too,,, the staff so kind and friendly. the building itself does not have restaurant inside but there's plenty of restaurant in the area. I stayed for 1week and because it was so good I wanted to extend my stay but there's no availability due to the season.

The spacious apartment, there would be no TV in the room, well equipped kitchen, on the 16th floor great views.

Located in a quiet area, clean and safe place. The people in the hotel are quite friendly. The breakfast buffet and the pool are highly recommended.

Stay in Dubai has never been this cheap. Best place if you looking for a studio apartment.

I cannot definitely argue about the value for money, because this is one of the cheapest hotel-apartments which you can find in Dubai for a super cheap price (260AED/per night). However don't really expect a hotel hospitality level. It's outdated, it needs some major maintenance (especially for the bathroom), not to forget that I didn't get shower gel and shampoo on my last day. Not problem, but what really unacceptable is the broken electric switch for the water heater. I can forget anything and everything unpleasant about this hotel, but I can't really get over spending a night without taking a shower. Problem solved by the end after calling the reception 2 times and waiting for almost 2 hours, and on the third time I had to walk in to the reception and ask him to move me to another room. BTW, it was room 1508, so you better skip this room if it was offered to you.

I had a nightmare of an experience here last night. We were 10 guests with 3 rooms out of which we were 4 extra who were visiting. The manager (proclaims to be manager and if he is, its a shame for your hotel to appoint someone so arrogant — fair guy with white hair and medium height) I asked for his name he would not give it to me. He was so rude with us for having extra guests. The least he could have done was offered an additional room for a good deal at the beginning of this whole ordeal. He argued with us for an hour and made us feel like filth. I was so upset and left your hotel on an Eid night to find another one. Your toilets are filthy. The shower curtains are dirty but nothing is worse than the staff who served us at night and your tall security guard who treated 2 of my guests like criminals. There is a way to deal with such things professionally and not leave your guests feeling like garbage. At the end they were ready to accommodate us as a favour but as I mentioned few of us had left. Never visiting again and I will make sure this incident is brought to attention.

Pretty good place. Staff are friendly and helpful whenever you need them. As I stayed in a studio the room was well furnished with cooking utensils compatible with most recipes as well as a fridge full of snacks and drinks. In terms of amenities it had a gym with few basic machines and weights as well as a pool. As for price, it is one of the cheapest in the area upfront and you would find it cheaper online. Only issue I had very some risky placements of the room. The almost 2m wall mounted mirror came loose during my tenure which could have caused injury and the electrical sockets are very too close to the sink for comfort. Aside from that I would certainly recommend this for a weekly or monthly stay.

The hotel is in a good location. The hotel has a swimming pool (more for a check), on the ground floor are parked old cars (a token at the hotel such). No one speaks English The room we had was large, living room, kitchen, bedroom, balcony, also in the living room was just a toilet, in the bedroom toilet with bath. The room was clean and clean, the breakfast was very good…

Hotel is OK, but the Staff are horrible. Extremely rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. I am not generalizing either! Stayed for a week and it was consistent with the day and night staff. Must be a horrible place to work as everyone is so depressed!

An ok place to stay in Dubai if you are visiting on business.

Although the rooms are old but the location of the hotel makes it ideal for the economic tourist. It's not too cheap in terms of price range but the overall appeal is great. You have the metro at walking distance, a nice set of restaurants close by and easy access to a laundry, grocery 24hrs and a decent sized swimming pool and gym. The Wi-Fi service is above average and you can easily have a Skype conversation and view streaming content easily. The staff is also very helpful and if you have your own car, you can find ample parking underground and shaded park on the ground floor.

The apartments are very well and very near the metro station: Internet City. There is also a Carrefour very close to shopping.
The customer service is pretty fair.

Stayed here for 2 months while settling in Dubai. Ideal for those looking for a base without the decadence (and associated price tag) you tend to get at some Dubai hotels. Facilities are basic but it's cheap and clean and the staff are excellent. Highly recommended.

Beautiful. Spacious. All it needs in the apt. Ironing, washing machine, kitchen, tv. Kitchen tools in perfect shape, beautiful clean bathroom, good Wi-Fi (2Mbit) Pool and gym in the house. Nice skilled staff. Supermarket 100m away. Worth its money. Best bet so far. Odds: Metro really 15 min away. Litte nighlife here. You need a car or a cab, which is not expensive. App 15DHS to Marina. Fazit: I`ll come back.
