This hotel not clean at all, The furnter is old carpet Derty Refrigerator not working.

Very rude & disrespectful reception manager and lacks experience in customer service. He behaves with guests as if he is the one paying for their stay! The reception staff are nice they should teach him.

Please please wash the outside windows of the hotel rooms. This is a good spot if you need an extended stay hotel at a good price. You get a kitchen and washer which is good to have on a long stay. There is nothing fancy about this place, don't believe what has been written in the Google Knowledge Panel. It sure would be nice if they would wash the outside windows though, they are so dirty you can hardly see through them.

The worst hotel in Dubai I have ever visited. The worst breakfast in Dubai I have ever had. Asked different guys from reception for wake-up calls 3 times: only the 3rd one (from 24 tob25th of April) did it. Asked to open safe box in the room — 0 reaction. Hope to visit it never ever.

The room was very nice.

It is a wonderful hotel. Suitable for families (calm and beautiful). Lovely reception. The service staff are wonderful. When you call them, respond to your request immediately. The room is cleaned daily. Replace towels, bed cover and blankets. Hot water + cool water all the time. 15 minutes walk from Dubai Internet City Metro Station. 10 minutes walk from the pharmacy and restaurant. 5 minutes walk from the supermarket. The seating area outside the hotel is beautiful. I will repeat it again. I made check out yesterday 14 March 2018. this photos for 103 room No.

This Hotel isnt so bad. But very expensive for the services and all the stuff in room are overdated. So I suggest you to go in Class Hotel apprtement, 500 metre from grand midwest. It is less expensive and 10* more luxury.

All is good but if you need help to connect Wi-Fi in you laptop their service was pathetic. They took 2 weeks to connect my laptop to Wi-Fi.

Clean cheap good care without luxuries.

Near the metro, large rooms, large breakfast selection, but there is shortage in facilities, Wifi is also not available in the rooms unless you pay for it.

It's not a 5 Star Hotel so don't expect it to be 5 Star experience. Customer Service was great, If I asked for something they did it quickly. The bathroom floor was a bit abused so if they fix such things would make customer experience better. Location was good, not too far from Metro Station or the Mall. I could come back alone again.

Garbage service. Rude desk manager. Stay away. Was there for 4 days. After every cleaning they would leave us one towel, no face cloth, no hand towel, no bath mat. Each night we had to call for towels. One night they did not even come to our room with the towels. Terrible s service.

Its a good hotel apartment but the service is average. The hoisekeeping dont make sure that the apartment is completely clean and that all towels are replaced.

Average experience. Some basics such as iron, TV remote, were not readily available hence had to request on multiple occasions before staff would come with them. But overall experience with family was average.

We got a great room. It has his own sala and bedroom with television working on both areas. Wifi is good and free breakfast is fine. Not much but its good.

Just checked into the hotel, room changed twice due to the lack of cleanliness and broken furniture, absolutely disgusting, no valet service, deep underground parking basement level 2. For the price it's a rip off, I wanted to add pictures but cannot it's unbelievable, sticky tape used to hold up blind chain, curtains dirty, Windows dirty, dining table with crumbs and staid broken sofa in both rooms, tooooooo much to complain about. I most certainly do not recommended this hotel.

Great location 10 mins to metro station by feet and 5 mins to highways by car. Average service. Check everything when entering the room, missing towels, iron, cutlery. Free parking on the basement. Restaurant is closing now at 10pm, before it was open 24. Rude staff sometimes. Update sept 2017. Restaurant open 24h.

There is no coffee sugar and creamer packs in kitchen with kettle. All the hotels I have been, keeps variety of tea, coffee sugar packs and creamer packs. House keeping guy Haider is super nice. Cleans rooms and bathroom very well. The night I checked in, I asked for extra blanket, house keeping brought me VERY itchy brown blanket with no sheet. For 2 days there was only one towel in bathroom. When I requested they sent me more. Great location across from carrefour. Great room for living with convenience of washer, big size fridge, burner, oven, plates pots and dishes, silver ware, shoe polish and many other great conveniences. Very clean environment. I can recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thanks.

Went there during Ramadan after booking on Groupon at 49 aed when we reached the resturant found that they were charging the same price therfore groupon showing original price as 120 was fake. We had shisha at the place after food which was worth the 24 aed due to Ramadan however after Ramadan price of 39 aed is not really worth it. The place and ambience is good.

The staff are rude. The receptionist is always angry. The rooms were without towels. The service is slow. It takes ages to bring you what you asked for. The water coming from the AC in the corridors I was going to fall down 3 times in my 2 nights stay while walking. The gym was under maintenance in 3 days Eid holiday!

I like Grand Midwest due to its cozy ambiance. Good choice of furnitures and fixtures. I also like the color combinations of its decorations. Most of all I love the food as well as my colleagues since we came for the Iftar Party celebration. We're satisfied.

Very bad experience The only good thing for this hotel is location that is walking distance to the train station and surrounded with some grocery store and restaurants and laundry shop. Otherwise it is so bad. The reception staffs were unfriendly and unorganized. Room was so dirty and the cleaning staff didn't want to do the job. There are flies everywhere in the room. Equipments in the room were broken like hair dryer, pot, wet refrigerator, dirty kitchen equipments. There is a washing machine in the room no dryer and no hanger and no place to hang wet cloth, I recommend to go to a laundry shop instead. Breakfast is very bad. Hotel restaurant has no one eating. So if you book here, change your mind and go to other place!

Stayed in this hotel and was the worst experience ever in my life. Even though the rooms where big, housekeeping and staff made sure your stay is as annoying as possible. Housekeeping is never on time. Breakfast is same everyday! No room cleaninig even after requesting them so many times. Please avoid this hotel!

Worst experience I ever had in dubai, actually my booking was for 2 days but I canceled one day because of their horrible service. It took almost one hour for dem to provide me a bath towel inspite of calibg the house keeping and reception for 6 or 7 times.

Booked 4 nights and currently staying here. Fridge not working, hair dryer not working, low standard on housekeeping, room was not cleaned properly, We were transferred to other room and no available pans for cooking and sofa set got some food crumbs on it. Again so dirty… And reception wasn't friendly at all. You wont see any smile with this one lady in reception even if you do. Looks like she hated her job. Good thing is, it's just close to all nice place in Dubai and that's it only! However, not recommended at all! BAD SERVICE!

Not a bad apartment hotel. Well located close to Mall of Emirates. Rooms well presented clean and spacious. Rooftop pool not great though no shaded areas, few loungers and broken sun canopies.

The rooms are really nice and big. The location of this hotel is good, Mall of Emirates is really close to it. The service is decent.

Only took this place because it was close to where I was working for 3 months. It was good for the most part, but the rude reception staff killed the experience Pros Studio apartments are well furnished and have amenities such as a fridge, freezer, washing machine (no dryer), kettle, toaster, microwave, iron, and hairdryer. The kitchen and cleaning staff were friendly. Rooms were clean, and housekeeping did a great job. Cons Unfortunately, the reception staff were very rude and unorganized. Arguing with customers and trying to charge extra. No apologies when mistakes are made and a lot of arguments.

This is a very subjective review. Please read through to understand why it scores 2 stars in my book. The hotel is comfortable and located in heart of everything. Very close to Sharaf DG station which makes it easy to travel around. There are plenty of amenities near by and very lively area. There is also an under ground garage to park the rented vehicle. Room was clean and equipped for long stays. Room service was inconsistent though. In few occasions I ended up with no towels after collecting the dirty ones. Also not all janitors washed the dishes left in the sync. Which I didn't mind but found odd. Now to the real problem. Studio rooms are located where there is no mobile reception. I had to leave the room many times to make phone calls. To add the dilemma, Internet service is very flakey. I don't care for high speed Internet but a stable one. This meant being totally isolated whilst in the room. This is why the 2 stars. Haven't tried their food so can't comment on that.

Nice hotel apartment, washing machine, fridge freezer, and most amenities, very close to shops, clubs, banks and of course the metro. Rooms are average size, nothing special. Internet connection is not the best, so be patient. You may go out some mornings and get back late evening and your room still hasn't be cleaned. The manager isn't friendly or helpful, the other staff seems almost desperate to grab your bags and escort you to your room on each arrival so that they can earn a tip, pretty obvious, not so nice. The front of the hotel has a very relaxing seating area but mosquitos at night. Sauna is small and far from a place to relax, don't smell to great either. I ordered dinner with room service and the food really wasn't attractive or delicious. It's a good place for commuting especially on a business trip. Not recommended for children as nothing much to do. It's on the brink of a fairly busy road, and yet very few taxi drivers know their way even with the address and sometimes they ask to phone the hotel. Please ask the taxi driver if he knows the hotel location before getting it the car, or he may drive you around half of Dubai with a huge taxi fair before you might just get out and walk. Mall of the Emirates is easy to get to by Metro, easy walk to the metro if the sun is not to hot. 15/20 mins by Taxi. Other than that not a great deal to rate this hotel about. Good luck.

Nice great one bedroom and parlor apartment had fun the kitchen was very helpful. No nice swimming pool and the staffs wont wash you plates in the morning except you pay them.

Very poor service. Cleanliness was dire. Our room and corridor had a persistent stale smell. The only good thing about the hotel was that we didn't spend much time in there. Won't be booking again.

The car park at the hotel enerance, every evening was FULL of "masage" prostitution bussines cards. Booking hidden charges asked reception, they weren't interested, evensualy spoke to the duty manager and explained, he agreed it was wrong and reception turned on him where is the problem? He explained but they just kept looking at each other and no explanation to me. What a mess.

Horrible service. Very unprofessional. Check in time was 2pm, and we were made to wait till 4:30pm (without even telling us how long to wait for) and were still not given the room. There was absolutely no compensation, or regret from the staff. All they could say was sorry. Rooms are decent. PS: No drinking water available in this place. You can truly experience thirst in the magnificent Arabian dessert!
