Bad hotel not for family, service is very bad.

Despite of being rated four star hotel their class is five star.

Very nice hotel but bit far from metro station.

It's my second time to stay here! it's a very nice hotel with a good location Staff is great with an amazing smile all the time so helpful when you ask anything (doorman — bellman — receptionists — housekeeping) Breakfast is delicious with huge variety and will trained restaurant staff. Mr. Medhat GM is great manager. Mr. Waseem FOM as well Mr. George Mulhem is amazing helpful man, ask about him if you need or face anything As a hotelier I recommend Byblos Capitol Hotel to anyone intend to visit Dubai Thank you all… Best Regards.

Average, room is clean and good bathroom also but bathroom is old Breakfast buffet was not having so many options.

This hotel is located on al meena road dubai near al satwah. Nikki beach around 2 km and jumeriah beach is 5 km from this hotel. A shipping company Drydock world is very close to this hotel.

Never ever take the upper rooms where shisa bar is located. It wont make you sleep. It wont make you relax. You will be stressed specially of you have an important conference for work the next day. Worst experience ever. I feel bad giving a star.

I'm here on business. On arrival in the room minibar empty coke cans. Bathtub has cracks. Booked I had finished 5 days after 4 days of work and still pay 5 days. This is very rare. Rooms are modern. Price performance not good and I have about 200 overnight stays in the year.

Great hotel, but as I was a vegetarian so found difficulty for food at buffet otherwise all good!

Its my first time in dubai with my family and this hotel is absolutely great! The service the food and especially the people are really good! Made my stay A memorablr one!

Best hotel in dubai the staff are fantastic. Especially the sports bar. The manager Stanley is a lovely kind man who will do anything to make you feel welcome. I miss them all very much.

Large room small outdated bathrooms and not very friendly staff except for the phillipinas and punjabis. The good:Tzaar club and Lebanese food The bad:slow Average room service and the Lebanese Attitude plus mixed up Policies The Ugly:The Tzaar Syrian bouncer Attitude and Bolshuvik Shower type and no pork.

Very bad services and hosting F**k it I will not recommend any one to go there Even if it is free.

My friends are staying here right now before heading to their final destination tomorrow. They invited us last night to come over and have few drinks in one of the hotel's bar before heading to some night clubs in Dubai. Upon our arrival I called up my friend and she asked me to wait in the reception lobby. So we went straight to the lobby and the security followed us up and asked us where are we going. I told him that we will just wait for our friend who's staying here and I even mentioned my friend's room number and names for their information and reference. But they dragged us out and asked us to wait outside the hotel. We were embarrassed as f#*+%%£. Even when my friend came, they treated us so bad and it is unbearable. I will never ever recommend this hotel!

Was placed here by Emirates due to a flight delay. Food was included and generally found the buffet dinner and breakfast good with reasonable choice even at 5am. Staff were very friendly and helpful. However the rooms in this hotel were not great. The floors and rooms smelled heavily of smoke and although clean enough were tired and slightly grubby looking. Towels were thin and freying and the bed sheets had holes. As a forced layover it was good enough to get a few hours rest and something to eat before catching a flight (be aware this is 30min by shuttle bus to Dubai T3) but I'd not want to stay here for a holiday or work visit. There are better hotels with good proximity to the airport if that's what you require. In terms of room quality and price based on their standard room rates this is definitely the case.

Nice hotel, low cost better service.

A good 3 star hotel which has its own identity in terms of hospitality. It shows it role though it has all the competing hotels like Mercure, Ibis, Ramada Jumairah, etc.

Loudest hotel I have ever been. Two Night Clubs at ground level. Carpets are stained. Giant stains that could be the result of spilling 100 liters of oil. There are "no smoking" signs but the ashtray on my room and the smell indicate that these signs are more likely an suggestion.
