I never recommend to any one because they don't give any peraority to his existing clint and I m staying here more than two months and the most Impotant thing is Wi-Fi in other words we can say slowest internet on the earth.

Very nice location and food.

Very good staff and hotel.
I will definitely give a visit next time.

receptionist are rude and ill mannered. I called my son to bring me bottled water but was not allowed to go to my room as it is their policy not to accept visitor after 6 pm. Sad is we were not oriented about the hotel policy. Thumbs down for this hotel. Very poor service.

Worst hotel stay ever, staffs are very rude. There is no free coffee even in the room and when I asked for it they said they are not allowed to give. They don’t have proper customer service. I would not recommend this hotel.

Had my close relative stay here for 6 nights. Room was a studio and was cosy. The appearance of the hotel especially the lobby looks dull and old. Most of the lighting was off maybe they were conserving electricity. Asked the receptionist to give a room with a view since my relatives were staying for 6 days but that wish was not granted and she gave us a room facing a building which was not appreciated. Even though the hotel occupancy was very low. There was no buffet breakfast due to the same fact that occupancy was low. Overall the hotel is quite conveniently located.

Nice big rooms. Staff is also very good. Food is very good. Also jain food provide by kitchen staff. Room no 103 photos.

Very unprofessional staff. Room cleaning, and other facilities are substandard. They work at their convenience. Not recommended if you really like to enjoy your vacation.

A newly built hotel in Bur Dubai. Co-operative and willing to serve staffs. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good gym and swimming pool. Nearby metro stations and shopping malls.

Very spacious rooms. Services were okay. Food was good especially for Jains. We hardly used any amenities of the hotel since we used to leave the hotel early in the morning and come back late evenings. The staff is overall nice. It has many Indian restaurants near by so it becomes easier for the tourists like us to have Indian food. So if you are an Indian looking for a decent option for stay and food. Go for it.

Apartments are really spacious with living room. Service is excellent with a great staff here. Food is to good, location is good. Bur Dubai and very close to the downtown hardly 10-15 mint to reach here from the airport. Best service given by Al Manar Grand. Thanks to management specially GEETA MAM, RAM SIR & front desk… overall it's a good place to stay in DUBAI …

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, we did wish the pool was open late though so we could cool off in the Dubai heat at night.

Very Bad experience from the front desk person. I booked on 24 Feb to 27 th Feb with my family members. That Indian guy was very rude and not knowing how to behave customers. Better Sent him to some training course to learn how to behave customers. Rooms are ok. For the first day only gave water bottle. No tissue paper. Bathroom Tub not covered with screen so that all water spray outside. No Fridge as they mentioned their facilities. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody.

We've been to Sylvester for business. Such hotel should have no guests at all and be closed first. So Dirty hotel, in the room everything was broken which could only be, staff does nothing at all to avoid the complaints! Reception makes schwirig for the guests, we have ordered the taxi every day but that was never there and we had stood on the road ourselves and stopped taxi. Cruel!

Good hotel, close to the metro and bus stop, helpful staff and attentive, well equipped apartment, provide European plug adapter, clean and decent rooftop pool.

Located close to metro! Lots of Indian restaurants around if you like Indian food. The hotel is a 3 star NO more. Do not get fooled by the rating pricline or other sites give.

Excellent hotel… actually it's an apartment in itself… spacious rooms with kitchen n all basics available. One can cook as well as wash clothes. Staff is very cooperative.

Nice place to have a vacation rolling. Book early through agoda or booking to avail of discounted price else at the counter price can be quite steep. Well stocked with essential cutlery to make food in the kitchenette provided. Housekeeping provides excellent services every day and cleans the cutlery. Special mention to Lokesh and Irfan from housekeeping team for their efficiency and work ethics. Recommended place for a family or couple who would want to stir up something on the pan while enjoying an outing. Clean, good location, comfy bed are some other attributes I liked.

Worst experience! Very RUDE and unaccomodating staff! They should learn a thing or two about customer service! Feel sorry though as we liked the room we took as it was spacious considering the price. However, the way their staff treat their guests?! No thank you! I better go some place else. Definitely won't be coming back and definitely will not recommend! — from a very angry and disappointed customer!

Stayed here for a month in a 1 bedroom apartment, really enjoyed my stay. Nice staff, ambience and comfortable beds.

Nice experience, very pleasant hotel and spacious rooms in peaceful location. Food in side restaurant is not good. You can enjoy amenities like swimming pool, gym and high speed Wi-Fi.

It was insufficient service with Shihan receptionist guy, he was unacceptable concerning his service, surely we’ll not coming back, ‘twas unhelpful bout on their service, on behalf of my company The Emirates Airline Lounge Crewmates we will not patronize their shit service. The receptionist should be undergo regarding proper handling customer treatment, it was exceedingly poor service, thumbs down would helping your business down.

Average Hotel with good facilities. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly… Lobby is spacious and roomy. Rooms are excellent and well equipped; there is a washing machine, microwave oven. Beds are comfortable and clean. The Location of the hotel is great. Next to the metro station and in the heart of the city.

The food is expensive… the people around the front desk are ever so slightly creepy, there is this one amazing employee they have "Abbas" the house keeping guy, very friendly, helpful and a better host than the front desk people… Otherwise the rooms are clean and esthetically pleasing, all the facilities match a traveler's requirements but do not forget to take a universal plug-in for your charger… they have a gym and a pool on top of the roof, so if you plan on visiting in summer the pool comes with a heat wave careful! There is a grocery store right next to this place which is convenient… tap water is not appropriate to drink, buy your water from the store it's cheaper than the hotel Make sure to always tell your cab driver the full name of this place and if you are using the train then take the Burjuman metro station, they say ADBC metro station is nearby but it's not … Burjuman is at a walking distance … but in summer mind the heat!

When I wanted to take an apartment for one month, they told me call our office no, they will tell u the prices. So if they don't have monthly prices then this is not a hotel apartment. It's a HOTEL.

Pathetic place to stay… Disrespectful staff. Nosey cleaners and disgusting cleaning… Room ac wasn't working properly. It was freezing cold. Fridge was leaking water. Worse experience to stay in hotel so far. The manager claims he knows how to improve his rating by paying money to outsiders. So beware of positive ratings for this hotel.

For the price it's good I spent two weeks there they try to accommodate you in every way. It's not a lavish hotel, but an average Studio kitchen, oven, TV and AC works great. The staff accommodate you in every way they can but remember this is not 5 star hotel. They view is nice if it's facing the city. For the cost it's a good place.

This place is the worst place. No customer service! Staffs only reply is "we cannot do anything about it" this is not really recomended! Its like a prision everything you do they are asking everything. Its a racist place maybe because we are asians thats why because they treat different nationalitys better. 5 times we called for the whole day because of the stove thats not working and they did not even bothered. No visitors allowed. In my 10 years in UAE this is the 1st time I encountered a place like this. Receptionist are rude because of the color of your skin.

A good place to stay for tourists, family, short time or long term stay people. Very near to ABCD and Burjman metro station. Near by grocery apartment make things easily to buy. Services apartment or 1 BHK rooms comes with variety of amenities. Fridge, Washing Machine and utensil and other kitchen amenities are provided. Daily room service is also provided.

We had an amazing stay over here. Convenience store is nearby and food is great. Best for Indian travelers.

The most rude hotel I have ever been. Discrimanated and asked if I am going to visit a man or a woman which is so improper. Do not book in this hotel as they will look down on you and will give a very rude service.

It's okay but very poor service, even if wait hours to gethar you will not be able to get the material what you want, I have seen the worst part of the day staying in this hotel, had a very bad experience on the whole, not recommend though it is a new place, I had a very bad experiences.

Staff not that much friendly. Elevator closed after 10 pm and you have to take the stair for two levels. Parking in basement two and its tight. Not recommended if you are travelling with young children less than 3 years.

Excellent service, 15 min walking from the nearest metro station, really I'd recommend this apartment for families or groups.

They pretend that they are good by increasing the prices, but the service is really awful. And the housekeeping guys are not doing their job at all.

They should be improved the hospitality sevice specially from Front office. They should have very attentive about all service and give the priority to the guest all and everytime. They don't know how to greet and they even don't know how to give the answer about guest queries. There's example like Kareem who is in FO is really rediculious. I really very upset while I'm check out. If they are getting sallaries they should provide good hospitality. I will never visit this property. I thank to housekeeping who is cleaning the room and give us our requirement.

Excellent nice staff equal to hotel apt in Tecom. Staff friendly and nice. Would recommend if you want to be in the Bur Dubai area decent supermarket close by too.

What a bad experience was about to book the rooms, the girl was so rude n dint even replied to my queries nicely. I wonder y do dey keep such kind of staff when they are unable to handle guests queries. I wish I dint stayed in this hotel … On the top she disconnected the call. It is a nice cozy place, nothing fancy, they offer simple breakfast in the morning if you have opted for breakfast in your package. Rooms are clean, room service is OK not lightning quick also as it is a hotel appartment you also have a small kitchen with a washing machine, fridge and a microwave all fitted in there. The staff is friendly and sweet. They also have free Wi-Fi but only in the front lobby, if you want Wi-Fi in your room then you need to pay for it.

I will give 3.5 Star. Rooms Not Bad. Breakfast NO MUCH Varieties. Services Can be improve. Location Best.

It's a really nice place to stay. Loved the breakfast with a new theme everyday. Also has a pool.

We reserved two rooms and we got only one with king size bed! No guest ladies allowed to enter the hotel! Wi-Fi is expensive!

This hotel was the worst hotel I've ever been to. I got a family room and it only had one bed for 2 people. I mean, we had six people in our family and only one bed. The place for where you had to go to for breakfast was really really SMALL! You didn't have a variety of food to choose from. In our washrooms, the wash didn't work properly so it took a very VERY long time to make it work. The view was OK, but the only problem was that the window's were tinted which made it hard to see. Location was fine. The staff was friendly. There was no tour desk which is really strange because Dubai is a growing tourist destination. I will NEVER EVER stay in this hotel again.
