Wonderful service, friendly staff always willing to help. Good choice of food, the restaurants are described as being Mediterranean, however they are far middle Eastern than Mediterranean and as such a child's menu would be good as not all children can eat this type of food regardless of how tasty it is.

Reception and concierge staff couldn’t have been better, arrived early after red rye flight and given breakfast at 25% discount and room was ready an hour early for us go into. Very thoughtful, helpful & professional people.

One of the best hotels I have visited. Very nice, helpful and friendly staff. The housekeeping top and the staff at the pool very attentive. You will be greeted by name on the second day and loungers will be provided immediately, even without tips.
The next holiday is already planned😊🌴

Amazing property superbly located in front of the Dubai Creek and connected to the Mall. Try Belgium Beer Cafe or picnic pantry on Fridays.

Stayed here for 4 days last week (Nov. 5 — 9, 2019. Great front desk, Concierge, Bellmen, restaurant and room service staff. Rooms are spacious and luxurious even my Superior room on the 15th floor I was very impressed with. Had a Suite first night which was great. Would highly recommend this hotel.

What can I say except this hotel has ruined all other hotels for me. I have stayed here for almost an year and I cannot believe the pure enthusiasm and professionalism their staff shows whether it's rush hour around 3pm or middle of the night. The restaurant staff is amazing and did everything to make me feel at home. Everyone from Mohammed Ibrahim at the receiving line to ladies at the restaurant smiled and greeted me. I recall being asked to have breakfast at the Intercontinental next door but I quickly wanted to switch back to the one at this location. There is simply no match for their hospitality. The view of the creek is second to none (see my photos).

I can't speak about staying the night, so my rating will be based on the restaurants and the interior design of the hotel which I must say were quite remarkable. Wonderful place to go.

Lovely hotel. Breakfast is fantastic, rooms are good. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. There is an internal walkway to a large shopping centre with an extensive food court, too. Once I left my back support cushion in the lobby, and the concierge rushed out to the leaving shuttle bus to bring it to me (saving me an uncomfortable flight! ), another time the concierge delivered my stored suitcase to me personally at the airport when I was forced to change travel plans and didn't have time to go to the hotel and back. Well above and beyond!

It was a lovely and pleasant experience at Crown Plaza. The welcoming environment and the caring staff were noticeable. The facilities and the easy access to Festival Mall served perfectly our short stay and we were able to utilize more time.

A nice and safe hotel. The staff are helpful. There different facilities at the hotel including a pool, gym, spa, restaurant, cafe, and bar. There is a shopping mall at a walking distance which you can get there walking indoor.

Pluses: + Rooms and toilets were clean. + Breakfast was great (i'd say 6 stars). + Free valet parking + Next to a large shopping mall. Note: When you book, pay attention to the ++ added to the rate.

Sky lounge does have a good view and quite spacious if you wanna host some events. A lot to be worked on the food. Please don't order Calamari fry. If you really wanna have, please taste first.

I was there for a conference. It's a nice hotel with an excellent location (very close to the airport). My room was quite big with an amazing Dubai Creek view.

Lovely hotel with stunning interior. The views of the city are nearly impossible to beat. The pool can have a few children in it so if you are looking for a few peaceful laps, it's not for you. The gym is open 24hrs and the staff are amazingly helpful. An excellent hotel all round with only a few minor niggles.

Next to the Intercontinental hotel. Spacious rooms, nice breakfast with access to pools from both hotels. Very friendly service and staff.

Few hidden gem bars and restaurants here. Valet makes things super easy for you. Views are stunning. Restaurant options here are broad and comfortable outdoor shisha lounges Connected to the mall too.

A very comfortable hotel. Clean. High class services. Great location. U can enjoy a luxury shopping experience at DFC mall by walking for three minutes.

The hotel is perfectly fine it meets all expectations of the Crowne Plaza brand, in fact its a newer CP so its better than normal. There is also a good pub/restaurant on the ground floor. Worth a visit if you like a decent strong lager.

The Crown Plaza Festival City is right on the river. It offers a great view of the Dubai skyline. It offers all the comforts of a five star hotel, everything is clean and the service works smoothly. It is a good alternative to the intercontinental which is right next door and much bigger.

We had a fantastic time in the Crowne Plaza, the room was large with great canal views. There was a large TV with some channels in English, a minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, a desk, small table and chairs, soft and crisp bedding and the staff were all very friendly and professional. The pool area was excellent with a choice of 5 pools and 2 large jacuzzis. The pools were heated in January and very pleasant.

Always a comfortable stay. Close to the airport a d within walking distance of a much-improved mall. The rooms are clean and relaxing, the breakfast spot offers a good view of downtown and a wide variety of good quality meals. The health centre and pool are also great.

The location is ideal if you want to visit Dubai and the surroundings. The malls and the old town are within easy reach. Beeidruckende Water games with laser show are held every day at the hotel. Hotel is fully air-conditioned but unfortunately the windows are not open. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice rooftop pool with nice garden. Recommended.

The hotel is really good, with close proximity to the festival center. The best part is the entire hotel being non-smoking. They delivered a cake for our son's birthday, one that someone his age could eat. The breakfast spread is to die for, and the pools are great too, albeit not often used with the heat and humidity around.

Beautifully designed and located. Excellent rooms. I love the Belgian Beer Cafe Located at the ground floor having mouth watering authentic Belgian Dishes and Beers. You will truly love it.
