Located in Bur Dubai, hotel is close to Burjuman mall. Best part about the hotel remains its customer centric approach, which makes it special amongst other various positives such as locational advantage, clean and well managed new property, staff available at a call and so on. Staff at hotel certainly makes you feel at home and special. Accustomed with Spa, Gym, Swimming pool, hotels boasts of all the basic amenities.

Stayed here for 9 nights in December 2019, we had stayed here two years previously, was owned by a different company and we were disappointed. This time however, it ticked all the boxes, beautiful hotel, very clean. We stayed in Studio apartments, they were perfect, everything you could possibly need. There is a rooftop pool, with fantastic views of Dubai. There are lots of local shops nearby, the one opposite though should be avoided, very cramped and dubious packaging, anyway, the main street along this area has many malls and hundreds of great shops for all pockets. The metro is very close. The staff, all staff are absolutely fantastic, nothing is too much bother, they are so respectful. This is the best place I have stayed in. I would definitely go back and would highly recommend this hotel!

It is located in d heart of the city of burjuman close to everything you might need shopping malls restaurants metro, I would like to highlight that the staff is the best thing about this hotel they provide you with anything you need right away without any delays on top they threw such a nice surprise party for us that it wasn't expected and such a sweet gesture, you don't see everyday the staff showing up to your room with balloons and cake to celebrate your birthday.

We stayed at Savoy suites for 8 days and we were very happy. The service we received at Savoy suites was outstanding and faultless. We were welcomed and served by very professional staff at all times. The hotel is clean, comfortable, Safe and very family friendly. The housekeeping is 24 hours and hotel also has additional comfort such as in room microwave fridge freezer and washing mashine. Prefect if having a longer holidays or having young kids. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around the area. The nearest Metro (train) station is Burjuman to access the malls and many famous places around dubai. We would love to stay again with them.

Exceptional customer service. Fachin was amazing. The beds were small but we loved every other thing about the hotel apartment. They gave my son a cake on his birthday which was very the highlight of our stay in Savoy. We will stay here again.

This place is popular not only because of the Savoy brand, which lends it some credibility, but also because of its proximity to the Bur Juman business center and metro station, and easy access to tons of food & beverage joints that are often open late and also deliver food. Other than that, it's a typical hotel or service apartment.

This is one of the best hotel apartment in Dubai, excellent staff and facilities… I spent one week with kids and thoroughly enjoyed it. They have mini kitchen with all required accessories, fridge, toaster, high chairs… Pool, exercise room, laundry, breakfast and other facilities… Just 5 minutes drive from Dubai mall… Just one suggestion they don't have cold water to bath and use in washroom as outside temperature is keeping the water extremely hot and unbearable to bath.

Had the pleasure of staying there end of April for my Honeymoon. I usually stay at upscale hotels like the Four Seasons, Ritz, or Marriot and was skeptical when I booked our trip with a Travel Agency as it wasn't either of those. Was completely blown away especially with front desk and staff service. The rooms are not like the Ritz or Four Seasons, but similar to a Marriot however again the service was better than a Ritz Carleton! One example that totally blew me away was when my wife lost her cell phone in taxi. We asked front desk if they might be able to pull cameras and figure out which taxi it was. Meanwhile my tour guide was waiting for me to take us to the Dubai mall, there the man at the front desk told me not to worry and that he will take care of everything and just to have fun on my tour. After coming back from the Dubai Mall around 12 am to Savoy Crest there was a different man at the front desk and before I was able to say anything the man told me they located my wife's phone and it's on the way! The communication and the fact they went above and way beyond in regards to getting my wife's cell phone back wouldn't even be possible to get that done at a Ritz in the US. Breakfast is served every morning until 11am downstairs in the hotel lobby. Was accommodated a new room when I first checked in when the bathroom door wouldn't shut and was upgraded to a room with a balcony! Hotel service and food was good and anything I needed was accommodated.

It was nice. The maintenance people (Mr: Thomas) responded quickly on informing him about the complaint of Tap in bath room. Water bottle may be supplied to rooms every day. I got one bottle water for 3 days.

I was disappointed the neighborhood is not well-frequented, the car is indispensable. Being as objective as possible, I don't advise anyone except for the low-end budget.

This is the second time we've been to the hotel. Having had free shuttle to the amazing beach La mer, free tickets to the cinema, free popcorn and ice cream for children plus coffee or tea for us in the afternoons, dates and water during the day, complimentary fruit basket and toys for kids, we enjoyed a lot. The staff is very friendly, helpful and outgoing. The cleanliness is in a very high level. The hotel is close to the AL Fahidi metro station, restaurants, shops, Burjuman Mall. Definitely we will back again.

They have apartments both for the business traveler as well as for the family on leisure.

Quite expensive comparatively. Total Indian tradition meals in breakfast. They will not serve you single water but paid. You need to buy drinking water. Accommodation is comfortable and calm. Staff is friendly.

The hotel decor is dated and needs a refresh urgently. The pictures on their site do not represent the true state of the decor or general aesthetic atmosphere of the hotel. The breakfast is also very limited in choice. The staff on the other hand are helpful. In summary I will not be staying here again unless a major renovation of the facilities is done.

Awesome. What a lovely decision it was to book Savoy Suites for our stay in Dubai. Lovely spacious and beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, functional washing machine (which we used maximum), microwave, refrigerator and iron stand (our favorite again). Rooms are kept really clean. I felt relaxed retiring to my room in the evening. Breakfast is a good spread… We thoroughly enjoyed the delicacies. Reception staff was truly courteous. Swimmingpool, sauna, jacuzzi all fantastic. Worth going back again and again.

Been over in Dubai working for 6 months and living at the Savoy Crest. The staff are what makes the place a great place to stay, always very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended a visit here.

Everytime I go to Dubai I stay here. The staff are excellent and free buffet continental breakfast is included. The rooms are perfect as the include a small kitchenette including washing machine. The toilets are very roomy and have ample space for luggage. Definitely a must stay because is close to amenities and the computer plaza where you can find great prices for electronics. All round perfect location!

Location is the only good thing. You will end up being asked (indirectly) for tips for everything, even when you are eating your beakfast. I don't know where they got the 4.1 rating from, but I'm pretty sure it's fake. Two people went up with us to the room and I had to pay both of them a tip. By the way, you need to search for hotels in the new Dubai area. This one is in the old area, I learned this from the taxi driver.

Staying here past 1 month. Hospitality is good. Breakfast is good. Folks masala omlette with cheese is a must try in the mornings. Pool is a bit smaller. Tea and coffee are good. Masala chai is mine n my colleagues favorite. Yes bed is good. Tub is small. About lunch sometimes few items wont be available. But the food is good. Overall a good stay. Keep up the spirit. Yes, also liked the way they bring the cake if its ur birthday with tape recorders balloons singing n all. Fun.

It's very nice here. All modern beautiful pool and clean and modern rooms and mot a free shuttel to Jumeirah Beach. Rooms equipped with washing machine and everything. Man can leave all valuables in the room to 10000% comes bix away. Prices are also very good. Opposite a supermarket and up to the metro Bur Juman or Al Fahidi it is 400-600 meters. In the evening, a beautiful view from the rooftop pool overlooks the Bur Khalifa skyline. Here you are like home.

Savoy Crest is located in Bur-Dubai, the old part of the city, nevertheless a very nice stay. There are about 4 Savoy hotels in relatively close proximity to one another (a few streets apart), the Savoy Crest, the Savoy Park, the Savoy Suites and the Savoy Central. The latter is a way away at Al Raffa near the water, the Creek. The hotel is well kept and clean, friendly staff who are responsive to requests. The apartments have all facilities, kitchen, washing machine, free Wi-Fi is excellent, one of the fastest I've ever had. Download a movie in 10min. There is a restaurant, a well equipped gym, also a clean swimming pool and kiddies paddling pool on top of the building good for sunning yourself. They often have kiddies specials. They have a free commuter bus daily to the shops and to the beach and back. We have stopped in there regularly over the last 15 years and the experience has been consistent and good. Taxis are easy and the rapid transport (NOL) monorail is within walking distance. Shops are close for supplies, Spinneys and Burjuman Centre are highly recommended. If you like walking, the Creek is interesting, there are boat taxis called Abra that for 1Durham will take you to the Souks (market) on the other side where you can purchase perfumes, gold, jewellery … everything really, and bargaining is the flavour of the day. I would summarise it as a nice quiet economy stay where you get a bit more than cheap if you get my drift.

Stayed in your hotel for ten nights. All liked it. Staff attentive, try to help, in the room clean. There is a free shuttle bus to the beach, give mats and a towel. They take to the beach La Mer, there it is very beautiful, there is a walking zone, but umbrellas and sunbeds are paid. Issue two cards on the subway, which is very convenient. Perfect location if you are about to visit old town and burj/mall and want to be close to the airport. Reasonably priced, perfect service from the staff, good breakfastb plus free shuttle to beach and pool/sauna on the roof. You won't find better price/quality ratio in this location.

Dubai is subject to constant change. If you haven't been there for a long time, you can't get out of amazement. After two years, a lot of things changed again. All over the place.
I was astonished by the empty stalls in the Bur Juman, which always had very attractive shops for me.

The staff was nice but the hotel room was not what I was expecting with mold in the bathroom. I could smell the cigarette smoke in my bathroom because just above us was a smoking floor which had a very bad smell. The gym was very under-equipped. I don't even know if one can call this place a gym at all. There were 6 dumbbells and three machines two of which were fir cardio. It is closed after 10pm which is a big inconvenience. Savoi hotel right next to it has a nice gym.

Spent 7 nights in Downtown Metro hotel and booked another hotel online for just a night before moving to Savoy Crest Hotel Apartment which I already planned for. But on getting to the hotel booked online, I knew there was no way I would survive the night there. It wasn't looking good at all so I decided to call the Manager of Savoy Hotel Apartment to see if I could get a room before moving to the one I already booked for in their property. So he said I should give him some minutes to check. He called me back and told me they have a room available and we checked in there. He even sent a driver to pick us from the dirty hotel. The following day we moved to the Savoy Crest Hotel Apartment and it was very comfortable as well. The staffs of Savoy Hotel Apartment — Mr. Jude, Mr. Sumit, Mrs, Rishmaare, Mr. Glynelle… so friendly and hospitable. Neat environment with all the essential ammenties being provided. Kitchenette, swimming pool, sauna, … I only wish they could have a children play ground in the future so families with children can enjoy the property more. I will choose Savoy Hotel Apartment again and again anytime I come to Dubai.

A very small property but very well managed. The breakfast spread is not huge but has sufficient stuff for Indians, one dish is dedicated on a daily basis They have the detox water in the lobby all day long. And the rooms are well maintained with a small kitchen area with basic amenities. They also give additional kitchen stuff if needed. The roof top pool and jacuzzi is a must try and also the gym is good along with a spa and sunna.

The cleanliness gets only 2Sterne from me. And I'm not fussy. Otherwise the hotel is conveniently located between downtown and airport. The room with sofa bed is not recommended for a family of four. Because in the end they all sleep in bed because the sofa is not to be used.

Your website does not ask for age of child but when we reached hotel, the lady charged additional amount. 2. The housekeeping was not done prperly, the floor was not clean and the dishes were not done. 3. This was our first experience in any hotel where water bottles were not provided on daily basis, it was probided only whenwe arrived. For the next three days, no complementary water bottles were provided. 4. Overall it was not value for money. Everything else was ok,

This Hotel Apartments is an amazing place with wonderful dishes, a queen sized bed and a smaller bed. Very comfortable and cozy. Food service is amazing and the jacuzzi is relaxing with a good about of bubbles coming to massage you. The pool is approximately 5 feet deep with water clean. Not a big pool but can have a good amount of fun here.

Coffee shop, house keeping, reception staff excellent. Special big thank you to Reshma the manager for making our stay very comfortable. Home away from home. Excellent hotel apartments to stay, wherein you get all the amenities to cook also, very clean rooms and well mannered staff with a smile on their faces always. Moreover it is nearby to most of the places and the roof top swimming pool is quite exceptional. The only scope of improvement is the buffet breakfast. Even though it is good it can be made better by improving the taste of Indian dishes.

Very pleasant hotel and new one. The rooms are very well furnished and huge. Everything is brand new and very clean. Besides it is very quiet. Highly appreciated after a long day! The swimming pool and the sauna are just perfect and open until 11pm. All the staffs are AMAZING (receptionists, housekeepers, the manager Mr Fernandez) and it is very close to 2 mains metros station. Burjuman Mall at 10 minutes walking distance. Very good choice!

A great hotel which was close to Burjuman shopping center (you can easily walk there) and catch both Metro lines. We arrived at 1am and our very tired 4 year old was given a gift which made her so happy. The staff were absolutely amazing to us. We could really not have asked for more. The rooms are old style but the apartment style fits in for a longish trip with family. You get a kitchenette with basic kitchenware. Microwave, toaster, kettle and a washing machine with iron n ironing board. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious with good cupboards n a safe.

My husband and I researched quite a bit on where to stay before we decided on Savoy Suites for our honeymoon in Dubai. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel, it was clean, the staff were warm and courteous and it was perfect for us. We loved the fact that the room could be separated by closing the doors and we just really enjoyed the area and room itself.

Nice place to stay. Nice and friendly staff. The hotel is in a good location. With nearby fast foods joint like Mac Donald. Etc. Shops. Malls. Getting a taxi or cab to Dubai Mall is close. Their food is okay with free pop corn ad ice cream daily. If I happen to visit Dubai again will surely stay at any of the Savoy's hotel's.

My most favourite place for stay… with best hospitality good n hard working n sincere ever smiling staff … Here I find I have got my family. keep it up. N all d best.

Needed a place to stay for a week. Staff very attentive. Studio apartment clean and in reasonable condition. Nearly the same price as a 5 star hotel in South Africa, but that is Dubai for you. Easy access to the Dubai Metro and Burjuman centre.

Worm in breakfast provided at hotel! After complaining worm in breakfast. Management is defending it is not a worm, after removing the worms out of it.

Good value. Decent apartment rooms. Wifi was good on my first visit but deteriorated by the second. Free laundry. Very good staff and a good restaurant.
