The hotel was great it's a family friendly atmosphere. The rooms are clean the staff are so friendly from front desk to house keeping. The only problem we got was the sofa bed it's not comfortable enough. Thank u Savoy Team for making us feel at home.

Could not recommend this hotel enough. We stayed for one week in november with our two children. Hotel apartment was nice, spacious and clean. It was my sons birthday whilst we were over and the staff greeted him with a song, cake and balloons. He was delighted. Your doorman (Sorry cannot remember name) is a credit to your team, nothing was a bother for him and always a smile.
The only downfall would be the pool, it was far too cold for my children and ourselves to go in and use.
Would definatly return and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

It's a great hotel apartment to stay with very kind staff, prompt service and great facilities. It's location is good to visit maximum places being central. I do recommend to stay and would like to stay again in my next visit.

Good hotel, but the location is in old Dubai. Very crammed and dirty neighbourhood. Long walking diatance from the nearest metro or bus stop. Courteous staff and well maintained rooms. The hotel is just standard, not really a place to consider for luxury. Plain view outside the window. It is overpriced though. For the same price you can get better. One funny thing I noticed is that the staff tend to market booking. Com more than their own company website. When you ask how to book online, they say booking. Com but never mention their hotel website.

We loved this place. Service was excellent, staff very polite and helpful, breakfast interesting with the different foods on offer. A 15 min walk from metro but a supermarket right nextdoor. We would definitely stay here again. The only problem we had was when using the shower with the water running onto the floor.

Large and clean rooms, small issues were solved very quickly without any problems, stuff was very helpful. The shuttle bus to the beach could be cleaner (there were trashes on the floor etc. ).

The room is roadway. The hotel itself is a solid 4. The rooftop pool is nice with sunbeds. There is a big supermarket in the neighboring building.

Great apartment hotel… appox 1 km away from metro. Right next to supermarket. Near to restaurant… clean and tidy place to stay.

Location is great. Rooms are very comfy but breakfast is not included, it's no biggie because you have local places literally next to it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The internet has disappeared a couple of times, but it was quickly repaired.

I've been coming to the Savoy for years. The quality is always the same. Friendliness, cleanliness, comfort, efficient and fast services. Good value for money. I really appreciate the kitchenette with stove and fridge. The Internet is very fast and I have access to television channels in several languages including French and English. The staff are qualified and experienced. It's all in the honor of management to know that service is what ultimately makes the difference.

The room is very spacious and the white and bright props are neatly organized and are conveniently located near the metro and bus terminus, next to the supermarket, there's a carrefour across from the bus terminus. Thank you very much for the small surprise. The disadvantage is probably that the water pressure in the bath is too small not very comfortable and the use of clothes dryer so that foreign tourists are not easy to understand.

The hotel is located in a very busy street with local shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with a kitchenette. The bathroom, though, is very old and needs renovation. The AC works perfectly. The Wi-Fi connection was stable and fast. The breakfast is worth the AED 35 it costs. It's 15 minutes away by foot from the Al Fahidi metro station.

The value for money at this hotel is amazing. But only do you get full sized and fully equipped apartments as rooms, (with personal laundry) but the location is great too. Staff were also nothing but courteous at all times. The only issue I have with this place is that it's rather far from public transport, and the street in front is always jammed up at night. But other than that it's great!

Loved it. The service was great and the facilities. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the view in my room was awfull. Either way good place.

Very hard to fault this accommodation. Everything was in top condition. A pleasure to stay there and will return some day. Also in a great location, close to old parts of Dubai. 5-10 minute walk to the Metro.

I stayed here for 10 days. Located in a very live place with plenty of food options. Masjid is nearby. Food is very good. Particularly I looked the dinner options like Mangalore Fish Curry and Veg Makhani. Room service is good. Wi-Fi is good but could get disconnected sometime but the same is sorted immediately. Breakfast is complimentary and nice with good options.

The Savoy Central hotel appartments is located in the old part of of Dubai. Which is close to Meena bazaar (Indian clothing) and the gold souk. There is a lovely Iranian restaurant Al Ibrahimi where the food is very good and reasonably priced. Room had everything you needed, it was cleaned every day and if anything was missing you just need to ask the staff. They served breakfast every day Fresh fruits, tomatoes, cucumber, raddish cheese, beef and chicken moradella (both gluten free). Eggs any way you like it omelettes with at 8 toppings to add. Bottled Water, 2 types of juices every day. 2 types of cereals, 3-4 types of bread and several cooked selection which changed every day) which included chicken sausages (gluten free but displayed on a flat bread but they provided fresh sausages without being touched by the flat bread / pancakes or waffles (changes daily not gluten free) / idli or dosa (gluten free) with sambar (v spicy) and coconut chutney (v spicy) / then 3 further dishes. All the staff were very friendly. The hotel even won the best customer service award in 2016. All the malls and attractions are about 15 to 20 minute taxi ride away including the Dubai International airport depending on traffic. I would highly recommend you to stay here while in Dubai.

Pathetic attitude of the restaurent management. Staying for last 3 months plus. Refusing to provide extended breakfast facilities with stupid reasoning, while the same facilities are provided to other guest. Be prepared to get humiliated and insulted right on the dinning table in front of other guest in spite of the fact that I have been in talks with them for extension of my stay and had previous saved them from loss of good will and reputation on more than one occasion. The management have inflated ego and unapologetic about their pathetic behaviour. Be careful if you have kids with you and God save you from humiliation and insults if you need any extended facilities.

Had been at this place and it is worth staying. Comfortable and clean rooms, 24 hrs Internet, and in the heart of the city. Must visit.

Bad soundproofing, you hear the horns all night.

Myself and my wife are here for our honeymoon and we did not regret choosing savoy central as our place to stay. The team of savoy central staff decorated our beds with roses. And The staff from the reception to the kitchen staff the waiter the door man and even the housekeeping they were simply friendly and awesome. Definitely I will come again and stay only at.

Nice hotel. Clean, the rooms are cleaned every day. The staff is polite. At check-in asked for a room with a balcony, went to the meeting, provided. Rooftop pool very saves in the heat.

Service-4 + Rooms — 2 + on 5-point scale. Rooms in the old, old furniture, old household appliances in most. In the toilet sometimes fungus and smells bad. Numbers vary, if that is not the case. The service is good, it's trying. Breakfast normal eating fruits is melon, watermelon, pineapple. The bus to the beach in 9:45, beach mats. If you don't pay attention to outdated rooms, pretty well. Internet wireless everywhere, there are network connectors in the rooms under the table — the wired Internet. Sharp knives, dishes a little though. But has it all.
