What great spot to stay walking distance to the Mall. Great staff fabulous breakfast and free movies in the theatre room what more could you ask for.

Such a lovely place to be! Great team, Mr Nader — Front Office Manager & his entire team were so helpful and attentive! Dined at TGI’s and each and every person out there were so amazing! Always there to help you with big smiles! Rove concept is something that new generation is looking for! Loved it so much & not forgetting our view from the Rooms was none other than & Dubai Mall! My family & I loved our stay over there! Will recommend to anyone with no doubts! Thank you so much ROVE.

The moment my friend and I stepped in at the hotel, everyone was so welcoming and in a sincere way (not the trying to please kind of way) and were also very helpful with all our questions. The room was nice and clean and at the ground level, there was Starbucks, Zoom mini grocery, TGIF and the lobby area was warm, spacious and had great funky decors (definitely “instagrammable”). But I think what really sealed the deal for us was the Reel Cinema! Amazing!

Downtown Rove is in a superb position, just 10 minutes walk from the Dubai Mall. The facilities are great, staff are so friendly & helpful, breakfast is buffet with a lot of choice, free cinema, pool, gym, games, 24hr taxis available, ice machine & free bottled water. Can’t recommend this place enough. Our second time here — we will be back again!

Fun little hotel. Staff were friendly. Rooms clean. Location is excellent if you want to go to/from the airport or to/from Dubai Mall (literally across the street. ) The hotel is new & the rates are pretty amazing. Highly recommended if you’re staying a short while or transiting through Dubai.

First class service and amenities. A special mention to Naveed (Security) for his assistance, professionism and friendliness. Breakfast was first class and meals excellent as well as reasonably priced. Would definitely return and recommend. Thank-you all for an amazing stay. See you all again :-)

My stay at the hotel was wonderful. I got free early check in by Mr Ola. Who gave me all information about the hotel. He escort me to the room and was so friendly and offer helping hand to me whenever I need it. Also offer me tips were to go in Dubai. What Upon check out I was so happy to him and I had to wait for him because he had couple of guest. Because I wanted to thank him for good service. Good location close to Dubai mall metro and a lot of bar which I needed most. I would surely be back and for sure I would stay in rove hotel.

Best hotel in Dubai. Clean rooms. Quiet. Romantic. Helpful receptionists. There is Zoom supermarket beside lobby and Fridays restaurant also. Dubai mall is about 10 minutes by walking. I had beautiful experience in Rove hotel and I recommended it for couples and families to explore new chances of romantic and relaxation in new style of modern hotel. Thanks Rove Downtown Hotel.

Amazing location, near to Dubai mall and downtown. Great view through the windows of the hotel. Extremely clean and funky styled rooms one of the many features to choose this lovely hotel. And extremely helpful and smiling staffs make your stay so convenient.

What a gem of a hotel! Super friendly staff, good quality rooms; best buffet breakfast! On site restaurant and shop selling food, drink and everything you need. Within walking distance of Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. Highly recommend.

Realy wonderful hotel my favorit hotel very very amazing good work to all employers in hotel excellent I am very pleased that I was staying at this great hotel and I would have wished that my stay would have taken longer than this but that this will be my favorite item in Dubai when I come to visit in the future and I will be sure to come soon to stay at this hotel Salami for all employees of this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon. It is a lovely modern Hotel in Dubai. The location is excellent just 8 minutes walk from the Dubai Mall. At night I used to watch the Burj Khalifa view from my room window, just amazing.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, truly unique and modern design. Breakfast was not stellar at all, only a limited selection with no variation from day to day. Although centrally positioned, walking distance from Dubai Mall, the closest big supermarket is 10 minutes away. There is however a smaller shop at the ground floor. Plus point for serving Starbucks coffee in the hotel. Nice view from the pool.

Very good reception, right in the downtown, 10 minutes walk to Dubai Mall. Highly recommended.

Inside the structure, there is also a very comfortable mini-market super jam. Nice and spacious breakfast area (very good buffet, with the possibility to ask for hot dishes at the moment).

I stayed a month in this hotel, and find it very convenient in many ways. Location is perfect, short walk to Dubai Mall, and the very nice Roda. Friendly and helpful staff, taxi service, and house keeping. Good value for money. Only the laundromat is overpriced. Pool cleaning needs improvement (paper and plastic in the water). Maybe a little bit more variety of food would be good for longer term residents, but for short stays-perfect.

Very trendy hotel for business travelers and younger tourists. Nice accommodations and great rates, but don't expect a 5* Dubai experience. It kind of reminds me of a nice Aloft or possibly a Hampton Inn (but cooler), if comparing it to hotels in the US. I'd stay here again for sure.

Wonderful design with a great blend of local culture and modern features. Great for short stay or solo travelers as the room size is bit small but with everything you would need in this type of accommodation. The all day dining restaurant is a TGI Friday's and there is an Zoom convenience store in the lobby. Self luggage handling and self laundry paid service.

Arrived early hours in the morning but reception very friendly and helpful and sorted my room as high up as possible to escape the noise of Dubai's never ending building sites… has a pretty decent outdoor pool and sunbathing area and great service for ordering drinks while you relax. Rather noisy from the motorway traffic though… excellent gym and the meal in the restaurant was very good and not too outrageously priced. About a 15/20 mins walk to the Dubai mall and a handy little supermarket just at the back of the hotel… couldn't comment on the bar/nightclub but seemed busy with the usual ladies in and out of reception like most of Dubai's hotels! Excellent taxi service from reception too.

Great hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a room with a double bed, we were spacious. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. From the window The view was on the Burj-Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. In addition to fitness and swimming pool area, there is a table tennis, table football, mini-basketball, mini golf. The hotel has Russian-speaking administrators-Saleh and Maria. A huge thank you for helping to solve problems. There is a restaurant and a 24-hour supermarket on site. Of the minuses-it is necessary to apply the card in the elevator, each time you use.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, and good looking. We got a room looking towards the Burj Khalifa. Definitely worth it. The rooms were clean and the pool was warm. It was a chic modern hotel and I would def recommend staying here.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the Dubai Mall is easily accessible on foot, beautiful view that you can enjoy from the property.
The view of the Burj Khalifa from the pool area is truly suggestive, you can also have rooms with a view of the Khalifa on request.
Excellent value for money, the contemporary and urban furnishing rooms are spotless and spacious.
Gym, laundry, a 24-hour supermarket and a restaurant are some of the facilities offered by the hotel.

Good quality for the price you pay. The hotel is within walking distance to the Dubai mall. The rooms are cozy and clean. The breakfast was below average. If you want to grab some food during the breakfast make sure you go early. One day we came down for breakfast around 9:30am and it was literally a zoo. One major complaint — — Wi-Fi in the room didn't work at all during our 4 night stay. We had to come down to the lobby to use it.

Great, modern, clean hotel with great location right on the highway and Dubai Mall which is within 10 minutes walking distance and direct view of the incredible Burj Khalifa. The breakfast is delicious, great served and plentiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. Taxis always stand in front of the hotel or are called fix. Just ask at the front desk. Despite the many traffic right on the doorstep we were able to sleep in peace. Obviously, the quality of the windows was not saved;). You can observe a wonderful sunrise in the morning. All Thumbs up!

I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times. For the price and location it's excellent. It's very clean and I love the design. It's very much a minimalist hotel. It's definitely a "do it yourself" hotel which can be a bit confusing, especially in the front lobby and in the dining area. Those areas are a bit chaotic with guests everywhere and few staff. I wish the hotel would spring for providing separate shampoo and conditioner and wash cloths in the bathrooms. Those are basics.

I will say in short: perfect!
The hotel is in the center of the city, next to Burj Khalifa and Didai Mall. The food is good. The standard room is not huge, but small and cozy. In the room: air conditioning, refrigerator, bedside tables, additional lighting, sockets did not fit, had to buy an adapter. In the bathroom: toilet mirror, toilet, shower cubicle. The bed was clean. In the hotel: gym, swimming pool, restaurant, shop, there is a hotel area, there is a beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa (can be photographed). Everyone speaks English. I really enjoyed it. I put 5/5

Bright and new property. Very young and trendy unlike the traditional hotels. Everything is quite informal here which has a fresh feeling. Breakfast spread is however disappointing as there are limited options. The Indian menu is many a times not in stock and even if available is not up to standards.

Hotel in a great location close to the Dubai Mall from where the tour buses depart to do the sightseeing. The best way to visit it if you don't have much time. Fantastic room with a view of the Burj Khalifa. Great breakfast buffet. Mini Market open 24h. Outdoor pool to relax. Laundromat, convenient for those returning from another trip. But most of all great staff at the front desk. Thank you all.

I stayed here last week for 5 nights. It is a brilliant hotel. Perfectly located, excellent staff, brilliant facilities and an overall atmosphere of comfort. A wonderful hotel and I would recommend it to anyone staying in Dubai. I have stayed at The Address and a couple other 5 star hotels in Dubai. This hotel is better.

Great property at two steps from the Dubai Mall. Modern style, quiet environment recommended for anyone who goes to Dubai for business.

The hotel is very cosy and friendly. I attended a workshop there and the space is creative, young and funky reflecting Dubai on its wall illustrations and posters in an artistic way. Even the corporate video playing in their elevators is fun to watch. The food is great in 'The Daily' a casual, modern and open space food & work space. Will defiantly try their brunch on some weekend soon. The reason am putting 4 stars is because a hotel has a lot more to offer than workshop rooms which I didn't see and it won't be fair to judge randomly.

Nice decoration, good location in the middle of everything and walking distance from Dubai mall and Khalifa Tower. The service could be better and more friendly but the receptionists are trying to be so. The breakfast is worth every penny, its large and yummy with wide selection from a menu and a buffet for bread and fruits. The price is good compared to same level hotels in Dubai. The room is also good with nice wide windows. The pool is just what you need on a hot day small and sweet. This hotel fulfills all your basic needs and very casual.

Stayed here for work. Very comfortable place. Everything you need is at hand. The gym is decent, pool is nice. Service is good. Nothing fancy but all you require to have a pleasant stay! Recommended.

Was booked elsewhere but due to a last minute change of plans made a reservation at Rove Downtown!
Havent regretted it for a minute. The hotel is very clean. The staff is superb. The rooms are very comfy and the breakfast doesnt disappoint.
It was my daughters bday on the day we checked in and the staff surprised her with a wish and a birthday celebration. Im still here and loving it. Dubai mall is a 5 min walk max which makes it the ideal place to stay while visiting.

Great value for money, we loved this modern boutique-style concept. The breakfast was delicious and you can choose from an extensive buffet + cooked meals. The room was basic but clean, with a nice view on downtown Dubai. The hotel is located literally across the street to the Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. We've used the swimming pool and the gym — both were basic but clean and new. The entire hotel staff always greeted us with a smile and we always felt very welcome.

What an awesome hotel at Downtown Dubai. Absolutely chic ambience, thoughtful ideas on the wall, brilliant idea to have break out area with a Foosball table, miniature golf. Loved the breakfast spread. A totally enjoyable the experience.

Clean and nice, close to Malls. Basic room with competitive price. Good for someone who not see room as one of main reason to visit Dubai. No additional services, no sleeper, no drinks, all what you get small note and pencil! There is small market in ground floor.

Quality! Excellent staff very knowledgeable and nothing is a bother. Room and furniture clean and well maintained and ticks all the boxes on comfort and size. Most importantly comfy bed and pillows! Definitely recommend Kerry fr Australia.

The Rove Downtown is a hip, modern boutique-style hotel. We received incredible customer service from all staff members. I loved the large refillable bottles of eco-friendly bathroom products — thanks for cutting down on plastic waste! Also, the convenient store by the lobby was a great addition to the hotel. The breakfast in the morning is delicious! They offer an extensive buffet spread as well as a few made-to-order options.
