Perfect service. The staff does anything to make it comfortable for you. Whatever you wish, they can do it. Great food, anything you need, the international cuisine does not leave open wishes. Very good chefs cook incredibly good food. Very helpful reception desk. The front desk manager and the restaurant manager are magicians! Highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

It was a great experience to stay at Marriot Hotel Al Jaddaf, first their stuff are very accommodating specially Miss Jackie and Miss Kris and all the staff. Good service, good food, nice ambiance.

The hotel staff is very nice and courteous. All of my questions prior to arrival were asked and answered via email. We were greeted every day leaving and returning. My husband and I felt like royalty. We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary and we were surprised with a delicious piece of cake sent to our room.

This place is a dump! I do not know how it has a 4.6/5 to be honest. First off, many of the staff were cold and inattentive. As Marriott, a certain standard is expected. The room was okay at first glance, however, that sentiment quickly faded. The bedroom was musty. I was trying to figure out where the 99 year old chain-smoking auntie was hiding in the room… it was bad. The balcony was DISGUSTING, bird droppings and all. The flooring of the balcony actually cracked while we were standing outside. We rolled out of that “hotel” as quickly as we arrived. Do better Marriott. Oh and Romario… we are still waiting for e-mail confirmation about our refund — you have failed to get in touch with us and it is past the time (10 days) we were told that we would receive the refund.

We have been a regular gusts to this hotel apartments for a while. For a family with kids, this is a very friendly hotel. The staff starting from the check-in desk to housekeeping and the room services are exceptional If you are coming with your own car you can ask for access in the car park at the basement as it may get busy and the valley may takes longer than usual The food is OK but for the price it is considered a good value for money The swimming pool and the gym is comfortable size.

Marriott Apartments — Dubai Creek is a perfect destination for a family or couple. We had one of our best weekends here. Really have to comment on the hospitality right from the reception till the bell boy — all the staff were very pleasing and well trained on their duties. We never faced any difficulty. I would say Best Best Best. Cleanliness also up-to the mark. All Facilities A-Z. Outdoor Pool is also awesome. The night view of Dubai through the bridge connecting both blocks is highly comment able. I recommend Marriott if possible to place some chairs (benches) also on the bridge so we could relax and watch the lighting view in the night. Breakfast was also great with all varieties and it even included Indian special VADAI and Chutney, oat meals, continental breakfast what not! Lovely experience looking forward to come again. Thank for giving us a splendid weekend. My 4 year old son enjoyed it the most. He asked us if we could live here forever LoL!

A nice place for long stays. The service is good and the staff are friendly people.

This hotel is 5 stars for a reason! Top of the line customer service and only 15 minutes or so from the Dubai Mall. The staff takes pleasure in serving you and treating you as royalty during your stay. I was happy to be greeted with a fresh warm towel at check in after a long international flight. Following this we received a tour of our room. There is a shuttle to the airport, but it only drops off at one terminal. Hopefully this will change so that Emirates airline customers can benefit from this service. The hotel has a great rooftop pool and bar area (make sure to see the sunset). Thank you for your hospitality, Marriott.

Beautiful cozy place. Good conference halls are available. Lobby staff are helpful. Salon, ATM available inside the hotel itself. Food was really good. Veriety of sea food were really awesome. Staff and Cooks are really friendly.

The best hotel I have ever stayed at. Excellent service, warm hotel staff, and great food. Despite it looks like a little far from the downtown, actually it only costs USD10~15 to get to downtown or the airport by taxi. The hotel also provides free shuttle service to several places in Dubai which is very convenient.

Had been for a dinner buffet here. Different cuisine dishes were served, very delicious with their authentic taste. The spread of the dessert was amazing, and a new dessert was added everytime a dessert got over. Amazing food and will definitely try it again.

Marriot executive apartment is a good location for staying but for guests who is coming to see us is little bit bad experience because if we’re staying in tower b our guests need to go to tower a and register there then they will inform security and we need to go back to tower b then we can go to our guests Marriott executive apartment is located near clock tower Deira behind mosco hotel apartments The view from marriott executive apartment is very good and natural and it is a stunning location and also the location is very accessible at any time. Had a scrumptious Iftar buffet this Saturday with my young foodie besties. There were many Arabic and Continental dishes which were really very tasty. We were very impressed by the staff who were courteous.
Loved the ambience, decor and most of all the tranquility of the restaurant. Will definitely visit more often with more friends.

Ojo was one of the men that worked as a bellmen I believe. He was very helpful. Spoke good English to help us get around and translate to taxi drivers for us. Always had a big smile on his face and went the extra mile for us. Thank you Ojo for making our stay that much more enjoyable!

Good location, just a few minutes drive from center of Dubai Mall, fantastic view from 24th floor to the center of Dubai (though sometimes could be a bit dusty), free underground car parking, good ans spacious apartments, a bit slow check-in and check-out, helpful staff.

Very nice place to stay for a week or greater time, apartments full equiped, in a 5 star packadge, close to the Deira City Centre and the Souks.

I visit the hotel for meeting only. But I can review the hotel restaurant buffet as breakfast and lunch. The breakfast was nice as fresh parata making in front of u, halloumi freshly cook in order in front of u as well, egg any kind as requested, small choices but still good. The lunch I attached pic of some what I eat. I loved the lunch more as there is freshly BBQ as request and good choices of starter, good choices of sweet. Service is great and stuff was so friendly.

Fairly new location, but excellent, easy and fairly cheap to get places. Especially the shuttle service to different locations. Very elegant. And you can get great deals if you are a member of the marriot group.

They originally screwed up our reservation and gave us the wrong room we reserved a room with two bedrooms one with a king bed in another with two double beds and the balcony facing the skyline AND the creek. We would have let one or two things slide but there was just too much that I forced my mother to switch rooms the next day after I realize that there were absolutely rooms available on the other side of the building since I saw housekeeping for myself cleaning up a room that was clearly empty so they finally gave us the room that we were supposed to originally receive which was on the right side of the building facing the Greek with a beautiful view up on the 12th floor full amenities the room was very spacious and had its own bedroom dining room kitchen 3 bathrooms 2 bedrooms Unfortunately they had to give us a rollaway bed because again they didn't give us the right size beds for the second bedroom instead of two double beds they were two twin beds other than that it was much better to have a balcony instead of having to go downstairs to smoke every hour not to mention just having a balconies much nicer especially with the view of the Waterfront.

Very friendly and professional staff. They treated us like loyalty. Rooms were luxurious and view were awesome. Food was delicious. We ate at the pool bar which overlooks the City of Dubai. Highly recommend!

Very elegant. Although the area is ugly but very close to the airport. Woooow Restaurant Food! He deserves a Michelin star. The service will give you 8.5 very good, lass rooms impeccable.

Chandon at reception was very welcoming and efficient. He is very knowledgeable of the hotel and surrounding area. The porter Tonny was most helpful with my luggage and even walked with me or of the building and pointed me in the right direction to the nearest grocery store. I only met my room cleaner on the final day as I was leaving. He was on the other end of the hallway and came to me to ask if the room was cleaned to my liking. I told him that he did an excellent job and thanked him very much. I was grateful for the fully stocked kitchen. Many apartments claim to have this but fall short. On the morning of my checkout I was able to leave my luggage safely in storage. When I came back that evening I was given use of the facilities at the pool to take a shower and freshen up before my late night flight. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to do so as well.

An amazing place to stay with your family. Offers very large fully furnished apartments with kitchen and crockery the staff is extremely sweet and help you out throughout your trip. The breakfast is good the nearest metro stations are >1 km away i. E. The al rigga and deira city centre stations.

Not a bad hotel, very basic necessities available for guests. Quality of service is okay. The vantage point of this hotel is amazing for photography of Dubai's skyline. As for facilities, this hotel offers a pool on the roof with an amazing view along with its gym and spa areas which are really useful.

The hotel is beautiful, room very nice, bed very comfortable. The staff and service are superb. The location, however, is not good. There is nothing around the hotel except sand and construction. No shops, no restaurants, no grounds around the hotel, no sidewalks or places to walk. The marina is a tortuous 15 minute drive away. You must drive to get to anything, and then good luck finding a place to park. For this reason, I cannot recommend this hotel unless you want isolation or there is a conference here. The hotel does have a restaurant which is good, but is quite expensive.

I've always loved the location for this hotel! Away from the city yet arguably with one of the best views of the sheikh zayed skyline Have not stayed at the hotel but have been there twice for their seafood night and Christmas dinner respectively and it's been a good experience both times. And the crowded restaurant shows the same!

It’s a nice hotel a bit distant from the city center. There are however some shuttles going to the airport and Dubai Mall. I’d say it was sufficiently satisfying but not a great hotel. There are a few things I’d personally change to be honest. The room wasn’t always clean. There was too much noise coming from the outside. To me this is a 3 to 4 star hotel. 4 at best. The pool upstairs was good and had a great view on Dubai. I’m including in my pictures the shuttle bus times. That’s handy. The hotel appeared to be very popular in particular with Indian customers.

Me and my friends decided to celebrate our NYE in this hotel thru the voucher from cobone because of the deal they are offering. We are completely disappointed with the food and DJ who is playing Hindi songs. We decided to leave early as we felt we are out of place. Thanks for making our NYE a disaster. I will not recommend this hotel restaurant to any of my friends, family or colleague.

Room service from and to forgetful.

The hotel is far from the city and it has good service but the restaurant we went to last night to celebrate the New Year’s Eve was a total mess. We were deeply disappointed as we were told that the hotel’s restaurant would have certain facilities which was clearly advertised by one of the promotional websites. Before we made the booking we had also called the hotel to ensure the advertisement was true and they had confirmed however to our dismay it was completely the opposite. The food was average, drinks were as expected but as advertised the view of Dubai Canal and Burj Khalifa was no were near from the restaurant balcony. Instead we were told to go down on the street to view the lighting and fire work which was a complete disappointment. The most disappointing thing was the DJ who had a bad taste in music and mostly played indie music. There were several other nationalities who got completely lost when the music started. “Know your audience” a message to the DJ!

It was fantastic, in short. VERY spacious room, dining table, sofas, 3 toilets, 2 big bedrooms and a large open kitchen with all the essentials already in place. The room was cleaning once a day while you were out having fun, and to a very thourough extent. Furthermore, it's in a great area in the centre of Diera, very safe, clean and lots of things to do. Wholly reccamend it and it was well worth the price!

I love the homely feel and atmosphere of the hotel. It has everything you need and a well stocked kitchen. My only issue is with the breakfast which is costly with poor taste.

Nice rooms, great service. But the hotel stands in such a place that from here Nikula not to get out. The options are the shuttle, but then you are limited in time or a taxi, at least 30 dirhams.

We truly enjoyed the Brunner deal this Saturday. It was my son's birthday and I had organized a lunch party at the Market Place and also booked a room to ourselves. Ms. Dianne and her team were absolutely friendly, flexible and helpful before & during the party. The service was brilliant. The hotel had also surprised us with a cake in the room. Mohsin took such good care of us even when we got back for dinner. Overall it was a great birthday. Thanks so much to the entire Marriott Jaddaf Team! Tip: Would suggest adding new dishes/desserts for the dinner buffet just for that fresh look!

I have stayed in hotels all over the world but I will say I have never receieved better customer service. My girlfriend dropped some money down the elevator shaft and the staff retrieved it and sent it back to the room. The also ensured that my husband and the rest of my family could have apartments near each other. The value of family and love was clearly displayed. I have never had better treatment. They were exceptional. I highly recommend the apartments and will definitely stay again when we return. Dubai lived up to its value of happiness by ensuring that we were happy our entire time. Each night there were different amazing desserts left in our room. Every little detail was paid attention to. I am extremely grateful.

Very clean and the people are very friendly. But staying here for 28days and struggled to get towels and water daily. Was told they are having a towel shortage. You might want to bring your own. The bed is extremely worn out with divites on both sides with the center being nice and firm. So you inevitably roll into the divets.

Great hotel with outstanding service. All of the staff I encountered went out of their way to make sure I has everything I needed. In additional to staying at the hotel, I also used meeting space here and again had outstanding service from the meeting space staff. This is going to be my go to hotel in Dubai.

I stayed a night there last month with my family all I can say we loved the surroundings specially being on bridge was spectacular experience as you see old and new dubai in one go from the bridge. Service from their staff was very professional I would like to mention one of their staff at the reception 'Joyce' she was very good and led us to visit the apartments. I am back to Scotland now but still not forgetting the freshness and the taste of their water melon juice which I drank in the morning at their breakfast point. I have had never tasted the freshness and the sweetness of watermelon juice in my life before. My search is continue to find this very watermelon juice in Scotland but the chances are very little I think I will have to go back to Dubai to drink it again I guess lol.

A nice property away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Conveniently located, not too far away from Dubai International Airport and the major highways. For someone who wants to be closer to “Old” Dubai, but in quiet surroundings, this is a great option. The property is ideal for an off site conference. On the downside, access to the hotel is slightly confusing due to all the roads in that area. You can see the property but can’t seem to find the shortest way there. Approach to the hotel’s parking is also slightly round about. There is also absolutely nothing around in case you want to go out for a stroll. You need to drive or take a taxi to get anywhere.

The hotel is an oasis. It's a bit far from the city and the area is being constructed. The rooms are cleab, service is good and the people are friendly (most of them are from Philippines so it's not a surprise that they give the best service with a smile). The hotel provides shuttle service going to Dubai Mall, beach and train station. Taxi are also available 24x7 The hotel is highly recommended and will surely stay again if I travel back to Dubai.

Staffs are very polite and friendly and professional. The place we stayed is very clean and comfort. Strongly recommend to others. One of the staff name Kala, she kindly sent me a birthday cake to my suite. I was shocked from such surprises.

I had stayed for around 60 days during my last three visits (July-Oct). One bed apartment is good enough with equipped kitchen. Two TV/Screens are available one in room and one in lounge /kitchen area. The problem is that the content /channel available on these TV are very restrictive and only one media channel (ARY) of Pakistan and the same only one for india. Pathetic sports channel. You would not find any good channels like Ten-sports, Sky sports etc… I complained alot but no postive response. Views from the rooms are not good one except corner or few creek one which are normally booked on leased to companies.

Wonderful hotel located in an expansion area not far from airport and Dubai Mall. Rooms are nice and comfortable. The open air pool on the roof with a bar is great: the view is stunning especially at sunset sipping a cocktail. Good choice of food in the various restaurants. Minivan Service to the beach and to Dubai Mall. A great place to be.

Great apartment-hotel. Really good service. The valet parking is too slow even when you call from the room before leaving still have to wait more than 15 minutes, that's why no 5 stars. We ended up parking in and out ourselves. Weird smell in the apartment, could have been humidity, we reported it to the front desk.

I had a quick overnight stay. They were definitely welcoming and the room was quite comfortable. It was nice cooking a small breakfast before my flight and a little laundry in the room. Only issue I had was that my key kept deactivating and I had to have 3 made. I'd stay again, especially for New year's to see the fireworks from New Dubai!

Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf is one of the best hotels I stayed at thanks to its exemplary hospitality and delicious food. The only thing I wished for was a better view from the room. But thankfully the Dubai Skyline from the poolside on the 8th floor made my day. The staff is very courteous and the hotel has all the amenities you would expect from a Marriott property.

Great place to stay. Froendly staff. The one bedroom apartments are comfortable and nice. However the location of this hotel is close to the airport but quite far from the city.

Friendly staff that are trained to support customers. Clean, well proportioned rooms, with good views for the time being. Food is rather bland, but this applies to most hotels who have to serve a wide variety of pallets. Room prices are decent for the level of service you get. Location means shops and outside restaurants most likely require a taxi ride as opposed to being able to walk.

It's spacious, quiet and peaceful. It also have a nice skywalk at 18 floor, giving you a good view of Dubai.

Fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room with a huge sofa. Staff was friendly. Tower Bridge walk is a good experience offering nice view.

We had our Iftar at the Market Place restaurant of the Hotel. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding too. Overall great experience and a very nice Hotel. They also have a very good SPA.

Friendly staff and pleasant staff. Stayed there for a week had a little drain problem in the shower. Had to ask for face rags (wash cloths) almost everyday as housekeeping would take the used ones and not replace them. Awesome views. Make sure to pay for your stay in DHS it works out better.

Marriott a very known brand in hospitality. However, this place need to be refurbishment. We got a free upgrade with view on the creek which is wonderful. Service as expected and very good. The apartment is large and as expected. However, the furniture is very old and need to be change. It's not anymore for 5 star apartment.

This is my go to spot to stay in Dubai. Priced attractively, a great location, spacious rooms, nice check in agents, and an overall great value for what you're getting. The gas station right next to the hotel is especially convenient when your trip is over and you need to top up the gas in your rental car on your way back to DXB.

Haven't stayed at the hotels but have had an pool/spa day several times and think it's great. Talk the pool you have a great view of Downtown and Burj Khalifa. The hotel itself isn't located in a busy tourist place so a car or taxi is necessary to get around.

Our 6 day stay (Nov 2015) in Dubai at The Marriott Executive apt at Dubai Creek was every bit made seamless and was impeccably Luxurious!
We got a taste of the emirate hospitality at its best, upon 'welcome' to 'see you later'.
We were fortunate to have met the General Manager of the Hotel on one of our days, and would love to congratulate his ever friendly staff who made each day count!
Maria, Ei Ei, Walter and Kamal to name a few… from all the staff who attended to us every morning for breakfast, to the staff at the foyer and pool side… Well done!

The staff were extremely friendly and polite. Shuttle bus service to various destinations throughout the day including the dubai mall — always on time! Swimming pool and jacuzzi (includes shisha and bar there) on level 8 roof top is amazing with spectacular views. Clean huge corridors and rooms. Just thats its slightly in the middle of no where so if ur feeling peckish at 2am you'd have to get a taxi to the take away etc.

Good accommodation and helpful service, but the hotel is located in an isolated area. Visitors must depend on taxis and shuttle buses during their entire stay because there are no walkways or buildings nearby as of writing.

An incredible property the Marriott organization should be very proud of! I will never forget awaking to see the Burj Khalifa glowing in the pre-dawn light as I lay in bed. And the staff; never have I felt so welcome as a hotel guest. Words cannot describe how special the staff at the Marriott Al Jaddaf made my wife and I feel during our recent anniversary weekend. I particularly want to name Rose and Janice in the executive lounge, Nadia who also helped out in the lounge during my stay and the Abo, the affable door man. Everyone knew our names and sensed our every need; I can't recall having to ask for anything. This is a first rate hotel in every way imaginable and I can't wait for an opportunity to re-live the experience.
