Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Made our stay very pleasant. Special thanks to housekeeping team-Daniel and Dependra who were kind and took time to make our room perfect. Another special thanks to the Horizon team Bharat and colleagues who were always approachable and very kind always at breakfast and suppertime. The staff at the reception area were helpful and friendky and also the tourism staff (Harra) was lovely and friendly. I would most certainly come back to Gateway hotel and also revommend it friends and family.

Just got back from a 2 weeks stay at gateway hotel with hubby and our 21 month old. Absolutely loved it. Rooms are clean and the food at the restaurant is good. What we most appreciated though is how kind and friendly the staff is. Front of the house and back of the house. This was our first trip abroad with our little one and every request we made concerning her was met with a smile. The kitchen staff even pureed her food on the days she just didn't feel like chewing lol and made it as tasty as anything we would've prepared at home. We'll never be able to say thank you enough for making our stay so enjoyable and for all the efforts put into making our daughter feel so comfortable that it was truly our home away from home. Thank you to all!

Nice and serene neighborhood. Affordable and neat. Great complementary breakfast. Courteous staff and solves any issue you may encounter.

Hotel is the best choice for price. Location is not too good as it is at Computer city but not to bad as it is not far from metro and in middle of city center and airport. Staffs at reception are not nice but bell man are super nice. They are helpful for showing you the roads and calling taxi for you. Housekeeping is nice too.

Quite good hotel with a good buffet system which has many type such as Asian, italien etc. It has the best swimming pool, a gym and many other features. The fact that it is placed between a market can make me deduct one star. But with this feature I could shop best of Dubai in Meena market.

Very good location to start with next to local amenities. House keeping staff excellent. Mr Singh the manager was very cooperative but considering all of them Peris was excellent lovable wonderful cheerful to help us in booking the tickets to excursions. Helping us to shift to another room cause the previous room was badly lit. Very good buffet breakfast really enjoyed that. Been to dubai so many times in different hotels near bur dubai but my experience with my family in hotel Gateway was excellent. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work. God bless.

The hotel was perfectly fine and clean. The morning buffet was fine. Unfortunately, daa Hotel hardly knew a taxi driver. Even "the old souk" which remains in one's mind as a tourist was not known to the drivers. With maps and paraphrasing, we always came to the hotel.

We had the best stay at Gateway hotel. Very friendly staff, all the way from check in to check out. Close to the metro and close to the big bus stop! Would Definitely recommend the hotel to anyone, and we will be back! :) Also, the best chicken fried rice I have ever tasted ;) Regards,

Clean establishment, comfortable and modern rooms. Breakfast Reagent, friendly and accommodating staff. It would take more than one outlet to the French standard in the room and a more discreet staff in the hallways in the morning.

Awesome hotel. Location is good but hotel staff and Underground parking staff has not coordination they are fighting each other. If you are vising your friend or relatives in this hotel you must have to keep this in mind that they are not giving free parking to visitors. And this things they will tell you rudely. Not good impression. Hotel is good. Only this is minus point.

Stayed there for 5 nights with my daughter… we could not fault it… room clean… staff attentive to our every whim… our stay included breakfast and lunch or dinner… far too much food… can’t remember the names of staff but they were all exceptional good going the extra mile… the only downfall with our stay in Dubai which is not the hotel fault… we went on the big bus tour and missed their sunset safari tour due to their buses running late…

Location: 30 min. Of airport. Close to key places to know, from 15 to 30 min. Surrounded by electronic mall and other areas.
Attention Rating: Good, but the communication is complicated if you do not speak in English since no one speaks Spanish.
Rating of facilities: three stars but very good.

Nice budget hotel with spotlessly clean bathrooms and spacious rooms. Very good breakfast varieties including Asian and western snacks with authentic taste. Health food lovers would also get their choices of breakfast as: cereals, legumes, vegetables and feuits. Highly cooperative staff. The hotel has nice swimming pool with sunbathing facilities on terrace and also has a gym. The place is new and not known to taxi drivers hence tell them landmarks of close-by areas like Admiral plaza hotel or Royal Ascot hotel.

I have been there many times. Location is good. Hotel is neat & clean having all type of facilities. I like breakfast some more items should be include in menu. Sometimes there are too many people at breakfast so need more furniture. Rooms are good wide and well equiped. Gym is small but good. Staff is very co-operative. Escalators are fine too. I will recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel to stay at. Large room with excellent service. Friendly staff who were always accommodating and willing to help. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a large selection of food. Room service was very good and reasonable. Taxi just outside hotel with the dhow just a few minutes walk from hotel to get to the spice and gold souk. Only one dhiram. Very convenient. Altogether a memorable experience. Will definitely stay here again.

Booked on nothing. The hotel is located in the Indian-Pakistani district Bur Dubai, modern renovation, delicious breakfasts.

I had a great time here, definite value for your buck. The staff were polite, food was nice and the area is safe and near the metro and bus station. There are also a number of electronics shops around if you are into that kinda stuff.

Have booked deluxe double room and was assigned room I found room to be very small and congested. Booking confirmation mentioned that rooms will be 28 square meters and hence my expectation was for a room much bigger than what it was assigned. They offer breakfast with Indian, Asian and European cuisine. 10 minutes walkable distance to Al fahidi metro station and Al Ghubaiba bus station. Room services and house keeping are great. Housekeeping available till 8pm. Hotel premise is clean. One will find only electronics shops and local restaurants surrounding to hotel.

The rooms are good. But be careful when u book online. You don't get what you see online. They'll 'upgrade' your booking to a lower room! If you have a broken AC or any other service issues, you can be sure that it'll not be addressed during your stay at the place. We had a broken AC and missing floor towel, which were never serviced. However, their breakfast is very good! You'll have something to suit your taste for sure.

Room was good enough for 3 people. Breakfast had variety as compared to others. Services really have to be worked upon. I lost medicines after room service and on checking with hotel, they said they don't know. I asked for help in arranging the medicine for me as I didn't know the area much, they denied. So services, Nah. Room, good. Food, just fine.

Stayed here in March 2017, had a great pleasant experience! Staff was friendly and polite. Rooms we're clean and spacious. Very good experience and would highly recommend.

Great experience I stayed for 3 times. Every time got same Simply Great! @ hotel Gateway. In future When I in Dubai I will be here only thanks a lot gateway. Keep it up.

Its a 3 star Beautiful hotel. You can find the computer market just outside the hotel. Rooms are really good. Quick room service. Free Wi-Fi available. Gym and rooftop swimming pool.

Its a nice and comfy hotel bed is awesome. Generic stuff is good. Will recommend Paid 1936 dhs for 10 days stay. Breakfast is must have.

Nice place, Nothing very flashy or posh, but everything nice and comfortable. Good breakfast especially for Indians (also have a continential mix). Very close to Souk (gold and spice). Just take the water taxi instead of a cab (about 10 min walk from the hotel to water taxi)

The hotel was lovely to stay in. It was clean, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included in our stay which was a great idea not having to worry about where we are going to eat in the mornings. It's a excellent hotel the triple rooms are a very good size. My 4 year loved the pool. Thank you Gateway Hotel for the excellent service.

Good and cordial housekeeping, but the reception desk requires a serious orientation on customer service! Wi-Fi signal is typically poor. Room looks bigger in photos than what they actually are.

Helpful staff. Offers free shuttle bus only TO the airport. Good variety breakfast but with mediocre quality. I ordered a club sandwich for lunch and found a peace of plastic in it. Close to subway station and large supermarket but other than that the location has nothing to offer. Good value for money. Good pool facility.

On arrival we had to wait to check in. Room not ready. Checkin 2pm. Got room after 3pm. Staff are rude arrogant. One night no towels received in time. Had to cancel dinner reservations. We were offered the pool towels n that was past 6pm. Breakfast it's better to go out and buy. Not worth the price. Would Neva recommend. Also pickup problematic. Arrangements made n then driver arrived more than an hour early. ☹️
