We stayed there during pandemic in 2020, but we totally felt safe there.

Very bad reception service. Not appreciative and respectful of people's time.

Nice place. Very luxurious rooms, great breakfast, amazing scent of cosmetics! :) The pool is much cooler then the sea. Lots of grass, bushes and other green around the place so there is a great view out of the window.

Fantastic hotel with ecvellent service. Beautiful spacey rooms, excellent food and very nice pool area. The beach is not so great but the hotel and the facilities are amazing. Also fantatstic spa with great massages. Highly recommended!

We have stayed before at the Palace and the Arabian Court. Both hotels are top drawer. The staff are brilliant. Prices are not cheap, but you get what you pay for, which is a very comfortable, relaxing stay and a good choice of restaurants. If you are staying elsewhere in Dubai you can visit most of the restaurants.

One of the oldest premium hotels in Dubai. With it's plush landscaping and greenery, it gives customers a different outlook of hotel stay. The beach view is astonishing and also the hotel is surrounded by nearby amenities. Recommend the hotel for family and friends.

Very friendly staff, place is great for family they have kids club and pool. They provide babysitting service d40 per hour. Beach is so beautiful and amazing sunset view. They have 3 restaurants and cafe and tea shop. Must visit.

An absolute top hotel in a dream location. Very attentive staff and good management. The restaurants request high quality food. The olive with its great breakfast with Hatschenreuth tableware in Landhouse optics. Freshly squeezed juices and smoothies … Freshly prepared eggs as desired … Freshly brewed coffee at the table, homemade bread and from fish to cheese and sausage selection also pan cakes, cakes, pastries and cereals. The barbecue restaurant on the beach has a fantastic fish platter. It's a dream to sit outside there and eat. There is a free ride service to a mall. There are great drinks and snacks to eat at the pool bar. The pool boys bring water with ice to drink all day.

The only minus point is a matter of view
The hotel suffers from Dubai's construction boom, the direct lake lake lake was installed by the well-known palm tree on which there is another On & Only house. The view resembles a dredging lake, but this does not affect the hotel's exotic glow.

Were there in October 10 days. A real oasis of tranquility in the midst of hectic Dubai. Pool very nice and chilled, private beach very clean and like in the Caribbean. The room was very clean and comfortable. The money is worth it anyway!

This is our favorite hotel every time we visit Dubai. The SPA is exquisite, the restaurants etc etc… But the hotel is very honeymooners, so if you are single, dine alone with all the couples in love around it is not very nice… :-)

A very luxurious hotel with good and attentive service. For breakfast also hot beef fillet and excellent international dishes. Food top.
Our room was always clean and as time the safe was not working, everything was working again in 10 minutes.

Best hotel ever! We have visited 5 stars hotels all over the world, few in Dubai, but this one is by far the best. A special mention to Kevin, the friendliest staff member (and person) that I ever met.

This is one if my favorite places in dubai. A romantic yet vibrant hotel with an elegant Arabic tone! Favorite Moroccan restaurant called Tajine is a must try!

Arabic castle designed with shiny marble and huge chandeliers! Something unique that name of “one&olny” well chosen for that. Fantastic staffs provide you a luxury unforgettable stay like King and Queen.

One of my old time favorites no mater how many new high end hotels they try to open down here. It’s one of the poshest hotels and still holds the title to this date for me. Simple elegant and quality shines through the architecture and superb service along with facilities. The beach front bar and grill is a must for all new comers. Then you have a choice of many other restaurants like the Moroccan and Italian or Mediterranean cuisines. All in all it is a must if you like quality time and money well spent. I can’t stress enough on the location, because it is central but you will need some sort of transportation means. Although, it could be walking distance from close by attractions during cool climates but not during the summer. A bit pricy but worth every dirham you spend here.

One of the hotels in the One & Only estate, immense. Too big maybe, we get lost a bit. Pool cooled! And it is necessary in mid-June. Artificial beach, so we sink a little in the sand as soon as we enter the water (way Marsh), curious impression. The rooms are large, very comfortable, with terrace. Nice bathroom. Very good restaurants. Perfect for a chic seaside stay of 4 or 5 days. You just have to get used to the fact that the male staff will hardly ever smile at you.

Very comfortable not too flashy hotel for both couples and families. Good food, great service and excellent pool area. Beach is well kept but looks on to construction on the Palm. Here and there could do with a bit of a refresh, but all in all we had a fantastic time with our one year old son.

Very picturesque and atmospheric place) prices are high, but you can and even need to visit once. The sandwich costs 75 aed.

A great resort in a paradise garden directly on the sea with pvt beach and lot of facilities.

Stayed here for one night after a business trip. Worth the cost, although it was quite reasonable due to low season (Aug). Main pool area is lovely with umbrellas and palm trees for shade. Staff bring you a cool box with cold water and cold flannel. They literally can't do enough for you — there's even someone who will clean down guests sunglasses in the pool, someone one who will offer fruits and refreshments at midday. I didn't get the shuttle to the Arabian Court due to my short stay but would definitely recommend the Bar and Restaurants having been before. There is a complimentary shuttle boat to the One and Only Palm if you have a reservation. Room is huge with a balcony / terrace overlooking the court yard/pool. I can't wait to come back — my new favourite hotel.

Still one of the bests hotels in Dubai. Elegant, good food and wine. Private beach, bars…

Not about the hotel itself, rather the dining facilities. A group and I went to the Ramadan tent Majli hosted by O&O. I was absolutely appalled. There was dhs 205 minimum spend per person — when we asked the waiter how much was left for us to reach the minimum, he told us an amount. We ordered to reach the spend, it turns out the waiter lied to us in order to get make more money on our table. We had already reached our minimum spend when we initially asked him! The food was decent however, everything took so long to arrive — We had to follow up the staff on everything that we ordered constantly! The music was horribly loud, no one could hear each other talk. We asked for the music to be brought down to a more comfortable level and were promised it would but never did. Finally, when it came to the final bill we realised there was an additional of 3 people's minimum spend/cover charge. We had 3 friends who came to say hello and left within 10 minutes (without any food or drink consumed), the staff were not able to accommodate chairs for our friends so they left soon after. If there's no space for them, that's fine but I don't understand how they had the audacity to charge dhs 615 for people they left standing? They argued about this for about 20 minutes and didn't understand why what they were doing was wrong. Sigh. Worst customer service I've ever had in Dubai.

Simply perfect in every way! The staff were amazing and delivered exceptional service throughout the hotel, the food was stunning cannot fault this superb destination.

Stayed here on first trip to Dubai. Rooms are lovely and the food is just first class. I made use of the piano lounge for daytime meetings and the staff soon came to know how I liked my Earl Gray. Definitely a quiet business or retreat hotel — it wouldn't be my first choice if I had the kids with me.
