I Stayed at City Seasons Hotel Al Ain during EID holiday 2019, it was awesome. First point of contact at the reception desk was Davian she portrayed great customer service skills, she is definitely an asset to the hotel. The room was well kept, the staff, food and the facilities overall was great. There was absolutely nothing that could cause my family's stay to be uncomfortable.

Interconnected rooms where you can put your kids with secure feeling, that too at an economical rate.

Great affordable hotel in Al Ain, very close to Jebel Hafeet.

A quite decent hotel within a city. A warm welcome by the reception staff and friendly greet by the room service team member. Rooms are quite compact but with an extra bed it makes moving difficult as hardly any space left. Good service by the restaurant team members too. Limited choice or variety of food during dinner and for breakfast. Access to Gym, swimming pool, steam and sauna with no extra cost is an added benefit to the pacakge. Overall a decent stay with good Wi-Fi connectivity within hotel room and premises.

It is nice rooms and service.

The receptionist is very very rude (short skinny indian/bangali guy). He treats customers with no respect, he isn't capable of working in a hotel let alone working in customer service. The hotel is old and the floor is not clean, and I addressed that to the reception and they did NOT do anything, such a careless management. Everywhere in the hotel from the lobby to rooms, you will smell cigarette, some people even smoke in the lobby! Ohh yes did I forgot the street noise! It's like there is no window. A side note, I saw a couple of hookers around the hotel but it wasn't bad, they were respectful, so if you have a family and you think this would be an issue be warned. Would I recommend this hotel to anybody? No way Jose, there are much better hotels in this great town.

Bad window insulation, noice is horrible in the rooms. Bath tube was so dirty and towels are so old. The good point is that the stuff are friendly and kind.

Very noisy… Had a very scary experience after 12 midnight as someone was rehing to open the door from the outside for over half an hour. The room was tonclose tk the servixe stairs therefore the noise didnt end till after midnight.

Nice and clean rooms. I enjoyed the sunny rooms. Staff were very supportive. In this rate its the best hotel in Al Ain. I would recommend it for short or long stay.

This is not a hotel its family there are no words I can use to describe this hotel the staff makes this hotel a 7star hotel many people go for beautiful places I chose to look for the heart and found wonderful souls to the owner or owners well done to your brilliant staff nobody is excluded.

This place has not been upgraded since 2011 when I stayed here for 2 months. The place needs to be refurbished and renovated. The floors, walls, fittings need to be replaced. The restaurant is also below average. The food and service are deplorable.

I had stayed in City Seasons hotel for couple of weeks, I loved with their hospitality and receiving every day. The staff were so friendly and helpful a lot on finding your comfort… So great place to spend your time :-)

This is not possible room that gives on the road impossible to sleep change room in the middle of the night and the hotel is very old and more than dirty this is not worth the 4 stars tourist Trap.

Fabulous decor and friendly service. Ideally situated for pleasure or business with sumptious furnishings in the heart of the Green Zone of Al Ain.

The hotel is average though the breakfast was good and staff was Co operative to wait till 2pm, even though check out was at 12. The room was not good. Sheets were torn from inside though bed was comfortable. No heating available and the bath tub was not working properly as the drain couldn't be stopped because of a bad plug and even after calling room service they could not accommodate in another room or fix the bath tub issue.

Clean modern decor, situated just outside town centre. The cafe was used mainly as a smokers room and just plain stunk out the whole of the ground floor. Breakfast left everything to be desired, can come across as a little seedy.

Decent place n a great gym. Have ladies timing, pool, gym, sauna, streamroom. Love it.

Very clean and quite hotel. Very helpful staff and receptionist. I would come here always when I want to stay in Alain.
