10 Star customer service. Amazing room and exceptional breakfast. We were very early and there was an error on our booking form. They dealt with everything and went out of their way to accommodate us. Never had such an incredible experience with any hotel in the world. We will be using them again. The cleanliness is exceptional. And breakfast is must, fresh and cooked on spot.

Nice hotel, nice location,. Rooms are also good front office staffs have to be a bit more friendly.

Four day stay at the hotel. Clean room. Friendly staff. Well located. Gosh, the four seasons pizza is the best I've ever had. Rooms are spacious. I just finished a massage at the hotel spa. Ask for Salma.

By the standards of UAE very inexpensive. Big comfortable rooms, effective air-conditioning, bath tub. Nice neighbourhood, with a variety of food options. For those like me without a car (a small minority), good local buses to get around — to Louvre, vGrrand Mosque, Corniche and Marina.

Veery clean and in a good area. But it is a traffic packed street. Great service and good food.

Economical place for short stays. Very well maintained and courteous staff.

Spacious rooms. Clean. Affordable price. But parking is paid. Breakfast buffet starts at 6:30, I was there by 6:40 and the food was cold.

It was nice and beutiful hostel on nice location.

Compared to its price, It's perfect in the center of the city. You can reach a lot of places on foot! The receptionist are very welcoming and keep smiling.

Some one need to monitor the valet parking staff. The way they are driving is dangerous to the pedestrians and even to guests expensive cars. The management need to teach such guys to keep it in mind that they are driving others cars. The funny thing is that these guys will spoil guests cars and later stand in front of them with a big smile to get TIPS.

Valet parking guys are illiterate and rude. One guy drove a car over the pavement with a loud noise and he was trying to destroy it more. It is sure that the car had got some major problem which is under the chassis.

Very bad welcome and staff was rude at reception. Room is fine but very noisy due to broken window lock.

Very nice hotel, quite, and very tidy and the staff are very helpful over there. The prices are one of the best. Over all it is very good place to send the night.

Overall feeling is OK, location is good, around a lot of small restaurants and small supermarkets, not particularly pay attention to the basic life can be solved. The nearest big mall is Abu Dhabi Mall, which is within walking distance. Is the double standard room is a bit small (not suitable for family bookings), no swimming pool, there is a gym, Wi-Fi network speed is not very good, from time to time also dropped the line. In addition, the hotel does not have parking, the hotel can valet parking (charge 20 dirhams, the actual can not bother to park their own parking next to the car park, 15 dirhams per day capped). Online booking is cheaper and recommends personal or double travel.

Only good point is the location, I didnt like the reciption way of treat wasnt professional and unrecpectable, no.

Been living here once, staffs are not quite friendly, and they barely help you, rooms are good, facilities are good, prices are also nice, worthy for all, the most important thing is that my company is just behind NEHAL HOTEL, I got to see it everyday, I got feelings, I can even take a photo of this building within my Office!

Nice and Clean Rooms and very cooperative Staff. Highly Recommended for your Stay in Abu Dhabi. Very near to the Corniche.

Reasonable Price and Good Interiors. BUT! The welcome service is not worth it. AND! they do not have a free parking. THE HELL?! They charge you for parking as per each day! AND AND! they have a non-working telephone which works whenever it wants to work. ONE STAR — For the interior.

Good hotel at a good price, close to the seafront for those of us who like to walk. If not, taxis are relatively cheap. The rooms are exactly like the photos, beautiful and clean.

Great location, close to the Corniche, strategically located for the city visit. Modern and clean rooms. More than honest price (on the €45 per night under Christmas). Free use of the swimming pool in the other hotel a few hundred meters away.

Nice cozy rooms, good price, courteous receptionist (elvinne), but one guy really got on my nerves.

Hotel in March 2014. Everything. Room service excellent. The friendly team of staff. Recommend this hotel to all tourists.

Only thing I could say is the Food could be better otherwise Well located, good service and nothing much to complain about.

The reception staff are cheerful and helpful, the security guy was more than happy to arrange phone top-up cards for me via a phone call while I went back to my air conditioned room instead of venturing out into the 40+ degree heat! The rooms are the best I've ever seen for a 3*, by UK / USA standards, this is easily a 4* hotel in the decor, the showers are powerful and hot, the rooms are well decorated and the beds are comfy with a good selection of pillows to suit most tastes. The TV picks up the standard channels with enough in english to provide some entertainment, if the internet options aren't to your choice. My internet here is as fast as my service back home in the UK — was able to hold crystal clear hour-long skype calls for free which was really good. If I was going to pick, the food isn't spectacular, but it's more than adequate. The breakfast is buffet-style and there's enough to go at that you'll fill up nicely, just don't expect gourmet-style food. A medium sized pizza and a can of sprite will set you back 35aed, which is about £6 — and that's brought to your room. The full board option is a set menu except for Thursday and Friday when it's a buffet, again, nothing to set your pants on fire but more than adequate. No pool, which loses it a mark but it does have a decent (albeit small) gym but if you fancy getting your sweat on, just walk around the block.

From the best hotels I ever gone wrt to a 3 star hotel its fantastic clean rooms and toilet luxerious furniture nice lightening as if ur living in a 5 star hotel and also internet is so fast.

Brand spanking new hotel. It took 45 minutes for the lady at the reception to check us in and she upgraded us to a suite to make up for it. Excellently furnished, thoroughly comfortable and luxurious. The air-conditioning however was way too cold and didn't turn off either. Breakfast is a sparse buffet, nothing to write home about. However I give the hotel 5 stars because of it's plush bedding and decor for a great night's sleep.
