Everything! We’ve been here 3x — once on our honeymoon 10 years ago, when our daughter was almost two and now! It is one of the best — and I worked in the hotel world for over 20 years. The staff here remains super friendly and the cleanliness is great. Well done Waipouli Beach Resort — we were pleasantly surprised that you don’t use Covid as an excuse and you continue to shine! Well done! We will be back!

Absolutely beautiful! Close to great eating places.

Just spent 10 days at this resort. The rooms are very nice and spacious with all the kitchen items you need. The pool and hot tubs were great and the ocean is just a few steps away to see whales!

Great pool for adults and kids.

Waipouli Resort is the best resort on this side of the island. The oasis Restaurant has the most amazing staff and chefs. Service is swift when it comes to any problems with room maintenance. Highly recommend this amazing resort.

It is a true Osáis, I highly recommend it an excellent decision to visit this location without any doubt.

Most guests are very well behaved but for the loud few, all you need to do is close the lanai door; sound-proofed to the max!

We booked our family suite two bedroom two months ago and love it the location is perfect across the street Safeway Ross abc store and more a very short walk lots of great local restaurants the pool is perfect jacuzzi is great like a bathtub kids love the slides and beautiful koi fish but the best part is the beach a private beach two minute walk just amazing sandy with shells just perfect Our rental car budget supposedly ran out of cars… you really don’t need a rental $30 got us a taxi from the airport Highly recommend.

Beautiful lazy river pool to enjoy, or walk on the beach and watch the monk seals napping.

Lazy river/pool, 2 water slides, on the beach, onsite restaurant, air-conditioned condo and an elevator in each of the 8, 4 floor, buildings!

Family of 5, kids ranging from different 10-12. We had the most amazing time! From poolside service while the kids used the lazy canal and slides to sunrises for breakfast, we highly recommend! The service from the staff is top notch and incredibly kind!

Great place to stay with a great pool and beach access.

Much better than a hotel, rooms spacious, quiet, the rooms must be close to sound proof, didn’t hear other guests above or below, even the windows and sliding doors kept the outside quiet. Just very peaceful.

I have stayed there twice now in a. Two bedroom ocean view it was great and not bad priced bedt part of the island to stay.

Very nice resort. Had a problem with connecting to Wi-Fi but staff was super friendly. The pool was amazing and clean. Our room was beautiful and I couldn't have asked for more. The location was located by everything you need.

Well kept condos, kids friendly lazy pool and the beach makes it an apt place for a vacation.

It’s very open, clean and modern. The only downside is how expensive drinks are to have brought poolside. Because the bar isn’t associated with the resort, they charge what they do. Pretty much with tip you’re looking at $20 USD per drink…

Best quality resort on the East side of the island. Any negative review might stem from the $25/day resort fee and $200+/ — cleaning fee. Do your homework and you won’t be let down. The resort and proximity to the beach is very very nice. Very quiet place to stay and things to do for kids too.

Very nice place. Rooms are great 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath. Need to do something about having to remember a code to get in pool and room.

The condos are nice, with large sliding doors that open up to make the rooms feel like a huge lanai. The Oasis Bar & Grill, has some amazing food & some that is just fair. The pool has plenty of seating. The lazy river, isn't so much a river as a narrow pool that winds along, rather than being "endless" the two ends don't connect. But for all that, it a really nice place to spend a sunny afternoon.
The only suggestion that I have for management, is that they are wasting a tremendous asset in the bar & grill. By 7:30-8:00 the place is deserted, adding some music or local musicians in the evening would turn a rather boring bar into a place that I would love to hangout & have several cocktails, while enjoying the view (it's right on the beach" listening to music & conversation.

It's a great resort for kids. What they advertise as a mountain view is not accurate. The rooms are spacious but the sofa in room D311 was very uncomfortable to sit on and impossible to sleep on. The kitchen had a blender and a rice cooker but only one small skillet, couldn't even fry bacon. Otherwise it's beautiful and in a good location. The cleaning fee at checkout is $200 and a $20 resort fee for each day is tacked on, which adds to the overall cost. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. However, they need a decent restaurant on site. The Oasis is expensive and has a very limited menu. Even with all the negatives I would definitely stay there again! You just can't have a bad time in Kauai!
