Quiet and relaxing & very clean.

I pre-booked our room and paid. I saw on my back account where I was double charged through my bank account. Manager Luke Garlick is rude, sarcastic, DISRESPECTS THE DISABLED, and lied to me! It took 5 phone calls with assistive tech because I am deaf. I am going to corporate and you owe me 90 dollars! Stayed in room 325 on the night of 11/102021 if he tries to call me liar.

I’ve stayed here several times and best experience I’ve had. Front desk staff and general manager are absolutely amazing people!

On 7/9, at approximately 10:00 pm, my wife made reservations for the night of 7/10. Plans changed and we were subsequently forced to cancel our reservations… my wife placed that call at 10:00 am on 7/10. The receptionist who spoke with my wife simply said, "no problem; sorry to hear you won't be able to make it tonight. " Today, I realized that we were charged the full price of the stay PLUS fees. We immediately made a call to the hotel and spoke with general manager, Luke Garlick. He explained that we were e-mailed La Quinta's cancellation fee policy (we did NOT receive such an e-mail), which describes a cancellation cost of the full price of the room. Mr Garlick was sarcastic, abrasive, and rude. When we asked how to contact La Quinta corporate, he literally said, "you can find that number yourself. " unreal.

Great Room Amenities are Exceptional. Fridge, Microwave, Free Instant Coffee and Pot.

Always enjoy it here. Abby and her Team are Amazing! Place is super clean and amenities are great as well.

Great hotel, quiet with a nice indoor pool. The staff has been friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling in the area.

This hotel has been By Far the best hotel I've been to in quite awhile! And is surrounded by anything you need and more. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean. They are pet friendly as well. This place is legit 5 stars without doubt! Keep up the awesome job guys!

The location is kept clean and orderly. The rooms are decently sized with adequate amenities. Room service is helpful and did a good job of keeping the rooms neat. The people staffed at the desk were also kind and generous.

We loved this hotel. Super pet friendly and no pet fee! Comfortable rooms in a smoke free environment. We've stayed there twice so far as an over night stop for our travels to and from… I've been able to make same day reservations without a problem. I recommend this to anyone traveling with their furbabies anytime!

Stopped for an overnight stay when moving from Ky to NJ. Had the cat and dog with us. Staff is excellent and super friendly! Our furbabies were right at home! Very nice hotel and very nice rooms… and the biscuits and gravy were great!

The rooms are nice, updated & roomy. Not a ton, but plenty of grass outside for our dog. The girl at the front desk was on her phone when I tried to buy some drinks and not very nice. In the morning before checking out, someone tried to enter our room without even knocking an hour before check out (remind you, we have a dog & they told us that they don’t enter rooms with dogs) He then called us wondering when we were leaving — a bit ridiculous. We’ve never had a hotel ask us when we were going to leave. To sum it up — the hotel itself is really nice but I think they need to train their staff more.

I have stayed at several La Quintas across the country and this was one of my best experiences. With less than 1 hour of notice (and barely fitting in to a nearly fully occupied hotel), I found excellent service and an excellent room. Being last minute, I was stuck in a higher-priced room than I needed for a one night stay but they walked me through their discount programs trying to make less of a budgetary impact. The room was perfectly clean and the staff perfectly friendly. The room was relatively modern in accommodations. I could have stayed at this location for several more days and fully enjoyed it.

Very good motel at the side of the motorway, comfortable and friendly facilities within the room rate includes the breakfast very varied and abundant, good price…

It was a decent hotel. A little bit of noise from kids running around but it wasn't overbearing. Pool was nice and they let us have our dogs stay with us.

My wife and daughters stayed here for a girl's weekend. They couldn't have been treated better! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating to my young daughter's great if the high beds. Without being asked, they moved them to a room with a pullout sofabed so that she could sleep lower to the ground. The rooms were really, really nice. They were modern and clean. You won't go wrong staying here!

Well kept, clean, seemed newer, nice design scheme. Beds were comfortable and linens were so Nice! The pillows were about 12inches long and not comfortable. The bathroom was nice, I liked the extended time in the doorway, great idea! However the faucet was too close to the sink so you had to be careful when washing your hands or brushing your teeth that you didn't hit the counter. Would definitely stay again, the front desk staff was knowledgeable and nice, and we got a good rate!

The LaQuinta Inn and Suites Morgantown is an excellent place. They strive to meet all of your needs. My mother and sister are staying there this weekend; they have fulfilled all of my requests for my older mother. I highly recommend the La Quinta!

My stay was relatively nice. The rooms were clean and well-stocked. The only potential issue came about Sunday morning when the fire alarm went off. It was a false alarm at 6 am.

Good value for the money. Good location right off of the interstate. Friendly staff.

The hotel was clean, the room extremely spacious, bed quite comfortable. The breakfast was typical — waffles, eggs, cereal, yogurt, and fruit. There was also biscuits and gravy. The front desk staff were extremely pleasant. The only drawbacks were the walls are quite thin, it's a little bit difficult to get too, and the coffee from the machine in the lobby was scalding hot. It took 30 minutes of cooling down before it was even close to drinkable. Still, I'd stay again if I needed too.

Great brand new hotel. Everything was nice and clean, breakfast was pretty good for standard la Quinta breakfast.

We needed a 'handicap accessible' room for 3 adults. My brother had passed away and we were going to be there for 2 nights. The room was nice. The colors and accents were pretty. The room came with a coffee pot we couldn't work, a microwave and a small, dorm size fridge. There were several issues while we were there. The issues were as follows; 1. ) The room was NOT handicap accessible. I was completely unable to utilize the bathroom. Thankfully, I had brought modification equipment from home, 'just in case. ' If it hadn't been for my home equipment, we wouldn't have been able to stay there at all. 2. ) The bed was a short, king size bed tht accommodated my younger brother and my nephew fine. It was comfortable and had enough linen to keep you warm that very cold night. 'My bed' was a pullout from the love seat in the 'lounge area' of the room. Despite knowing there were 3 adults in our room, this cot was not made up and ready to go. The first thing my brother did when we got there, was make up my cot. I refuse to call it a bed. The mattress on the cot was thin and worn. It was horribly uncomfortable unless you enjoy trying to sleep with a bar or rod in your back. It was bad. This being said, the price was too high for this room. If you stay here, I wish you the very best of luck. We would have been more comfortable sleeping in the S. U. V.

Had to live there for two months during training for work. Great rooms, always clean and the staff were amazing. I still use them for when I need a meeting room.

Very nice. Everything looked brand new. Breakfast was fantastic. Scrambled eggs, french toast fingers, waffles, hash browns, yogart, fruit. Would recommend it to anyone.

Horrible customer service! People at the front desk very rude. They double charged my bank card for what they said was a hold on the funds, then charged my card for the entire fee again and never released the funds. Now I have to fight with my bank about insufficient funds charges. I called the hotel again to release the funds, they said it wasn't their problem I had to take it up with bank. To bad for me, when they caused the problem. I won't be back. It's a shame because the room was actually pretty nice, though very overpriced!

Travelled with a dear cat, escorting her to a new home. We were placed on the second floor, which is pet-friendly. We got in late, around 10 p. M. We had room Somehow, in the span of just 7 hours, my cat picked up fleas, for the first time in her life. The room looked clean and beds were quite comfy. But in all seriousness, the room was LITERALLY INFESTED with fleas. We had to go out and spend money on medicine, a flea comb and spray… and bathe our cat in the tub and sink whereupon, on my white cat, not just a few fleeas were visible, but truly close to a hundred. No exaggeration whatsoever. It was a traumatizing experience for my sensitive cat and for us as well! The front desk staff were empathetic and did all they could to assist but the hotel manager Jordan Stover was unavailable for comment. Absolutely nightmarish experience and we lost money, clothes and time on the next leg of our journey dealing with this alarming situation. Be warned of staying here with your pet. Just horrific.

New hotel, nice service, good location.

This is the nicest possible hotel that accept my dogs. And it is a very nice hotel all the way around. We are always treated great across the country at La Quinta Inns.

Very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. I did not care for the strawberry flavored waffles, but that was my only complaint.

Unlike our last visit they were very nice here and let us park our car sefely in front of the building and they had much better rooms and room service.

Visit started with the front desk lady making me wait for her to finish texting to check me in. Then I was informed my reservation I made a few hours ago had been cancelled. We were able to get a room, just not the one we picked. The bed was SO LOUD! The slightest movement and it sounded like we were on our honeymoon, didn't make for a good nights sleep. I originally rated this place a 2 star, being one of the worst La Quinta's I'd ever stayed in but now after the manager has reached out to make it right, I've waited 2 weeks for a response, and no reply. So never go to this horrible location!

We booked the king room which was really spacious, it even had two TV's. The hotel, staff and location were great. I'll be back!

Beautiful hotel! (Newly constructed). Very clean, pet friendly, plenty of places to safely walk you dog. Nice indoor pool, large room, nice bathroom, mountain views. Didn't appear to have much to do in surrounding area (although we were only passing through & didn't try to explore), but location is easily accessible right off the highway. Only complaints are the slipperiness of the floors in the pool area (kids kept falling while walking) & staff left the lemons in the lobby flavored water too long. Highly recommend this hotel!

Friendly and helpful staff, even on the night shift. Well-stocked fitness room, decent free breakfast, guest laundry — all clean and well-done. Clean, new feeling room at a great price.

Stayed here overnight right off 79 at exit 155 very easy to get to and brand new everything is very new and clean. Service good and rooms very spacious. Lots or restaurants close by as well as gas stations. Will stay here again next time we are coming this way.

The customer service was excellent; we had reservations at another hotel however were unable to stay due to a complication, a complication La Quinta was more than willing to accommodate us with. Without them. We would've been sleeping in the car for the night. Customer loyalty earned.

It was an awesome place, we visited it and we're checking out rooms to stay in for a local party we are thinking of throwing.

Hotel is only 1 yr old, It actually just opened up last yr on my Dear Beloved Dad's Birthday…Dec 17, 2015. It is very Nice & Cozy there. Most of all I love that u can bring your pets along w/ you there at NO Extra Charge. You only must sign an agreement that you will be responsible for any & all damage your Pets may cause. But that's Understandable. It also offers Free Breakfast from 6am-10am. Has an Indoor Swimming Pool. But it is 100% Smoke Free Hotel on the Inside. Which might be a downfall for some. Also there we're lots of Outlets for Charging Electronics plus in the Lamps and alarm clock we're Extra Outlets & USB Plugs for plenty of Charging Spaces for multiple devices. Very Nice. Rooms Included an Iron & Board, Plenty of Storage for clothing, Mini Fridge & Microwave & Flat Screen TV too. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and will be booking future stays at La Quinta Inn & Suites most Definitely, Thank you La Quints Inn!

Nice, new hotel close to the university. Wifi was good and breakfast was decent. It's up on a hill all by itself, so it might be difficult to locate if you haven't been there before.

"Early morning construction noise"! The la Quinta inn is all we stay in because there pet friendly. This hotel is brand new, beautiful and the staff are wonderful. The reason for only 3 stars is there is construction going on in front off the building, maybe another hotel or retailer. The bulldozers and big rigs at 6-7 am. I am a morning person but would like at times to sleep past 7-8 especially on vacation while visiting friends and family. If you stay here you will still have a great experience as all the other la Quinta inns. I would ask for a room on the back side because there is nothing there but a big hill and I doubt they will be topping it out anytime soon! If it weren't for the morning noise I would rate this 5 stars. I doubt within the next 3-5 months that you will have to worry about this but for now throughout the week just book a room on the backside!
