This granfather says the place is super clean! New floors of vinyl planks in a recently remodeled room help. Nice desk staff. Safe and secure room. Great value for the price. They get 5 stars for cleanliness, 5 stars for the pillows, mattress was a 5, maintenance 5 plus stars. The bed was not the top end for comfort but I definitely got a great rest on it. For a budget minded person, this is an ideal place to stay. Have stayed here several times and this place keeps improving. Again, this is a terrific value.

Room was great; remodeled, clean, attractive. Front desk attendant was very friendly and check-in was a breeze. Traveling with a small dog, was perfect. Very appreciative of having no pet fee for my little guy.

I enjoyed my stay here very much. Friendly staff. Nice and clean room that also smelled clean. Only thing I noticed is no coffee makerbin room and no breakfast. No biggie. Wonderful hotel.

Is a older motel but rooms have been updated. It's quiet and comfortable. They clean the room as often as you want. The room smells clean and fresh. I recommend this place.

Might be a ok place to stay later, however, my stay along with the group that was there with me was not happy. Bad attitudes. Bad service. They was in the middle of remodeling. They put us up in rooms that they was not done with.

Staff unfriendly ice machine not working no coffee maker. Heater was terrible had to ask to get room cleaned. Stained towels in bathroom had to ask to get TV fixed bugs crawling on ceiling dead roaches in the drawer.

No cable. Called front desk. Man said would report. No coffee maker in room. Dirty stained towels in bathroom. Black hair hanging from the lamp. Continental breakfast was honey buns & coffee. Asked for discount since no cable or internet. Lady at front desk just smiled said would be repaired in afternoon & walked away.

I really enjoyed my 8-week here it was well worth the try I most definitely will come back.

Very noisy… small rooms… I guess you get what you pay for… we chose cheap… over comfort and quiet… never again.

BED BUGS! First off we checked in asked for a nonsmoking room we got a room that smelled of cigarettes. Air was broken place is dirty sheets stains room not properly cleaned. Figured it'd be OK just for the night. NOPE! That evening as we got ready for bed. BED BUGS! BEWARE! Check your beds before staying the night or else you'll be dinner for those awful bugs. We told the manager he refused to give us the money back and told us to call the health department after we told him it wasn't right for keeping our money when we were not going to stay the night. He don't care about the guest and his rooms. Because he said if I tell the health department in the morning that we have bed bugs myself they won't do nothing. Wow. So just beware of how you'll be treated if you find something your not happy about. Horrible experience ever! Won't stay again!. I took pictures. Just don't know how to upload it here.

Beds were good. Bathroom not cleaned. Smelled. Breakfast will never eat it or will I stay here again.

If I could leave LESS stars than ZERO I would. This place is absolutely DISGUSTING and filthy. Do yourself a favor and pay a couple extra bucks for ANYWHERE else. Management is RUDE and doesn't care about guests at all. I asked for a cleaner room and was given the option to leave WITHOUT REFUND. Thankfully I booked through a 3rd party and they were able to issue refund directly through them. Do not stay here. I'm calling the health department first thing in the morning.

Nice quiet place good staff. Friendly people. And the coffee is good they provide. 2 thumbs up.

The people are nice but we got in late and woke up at 730 by people painting and taring the parking lot the bathroom was very clean.

Quick, easy check-in at a fair rate. Clean room, with no drafts around the door, and very friendly ad helpful staff. There is a convenience store down the street with a Tim Hortons and Papa John's in it, about a 30 second drive away.

Right off the interstate but you would not know that unless you inquired because their is a lack of signage from the road.

Great bathrooms and beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast was good and location was convenient for my event.

Good friendly service. On the clean scale of 1 Low-10 Highest, I'd given it a 6. Mainly only cause it so outdated and the light fixtures were filthy that it made the room look dirty. The TV service was horrible. The location is good though for quick access to both metro surrounding areas.

Entered the hotel room and it was extremely cold and the heater wasn't working correct and bathroom was disgusting. They need some upgrades on it and bed wasn't comfortable enough for my back. I won't recommends this for anyone.

We got to the motel late, around midnight, and the attendant was difficult and rushed us through sign-in. I don't know the price of our stay, being that my company was paying for the reservation, but the room was dirty. Not unkempt or messy, but the tub was browning, the walls were dirty, and ceiling had water damage.

Have stayed at this place two times now, 2010 and 2015. Easy access off of the Interstate Highway and located great for visiting both Marietta and Parkersburg. The rooms were neat and clean, the office people were very accommodating, and there was a fridge, microwave, TV and internet access in the room. And the best part was the price, why pay more for what you can get here!

This place offers an affordable room and was nicer than expected. The room was clean and didn't smell horrible. The shower had great water pressure and was warm right away. There was a fridge and a nice looking TV, which we didn't use. The bed was comfortable, however, the sheets had the faintest hint of cigarette smell. Our only negative experience was the pothole that we hit on our way up the steep driveway to get to the inn.

Room smelled musty, poor customer service, no one was behind counter had to actually hunt down manager, told staff that maid was not wanted came back to find room door was open and that the room had been gone through. Do not trust staff. Went to complain to manager and he got in my face. I would say a person would be safer in their car or a tent outdoors. I do NOT recommend this place at all! RUN FAR AWAY!

Lunch we forget his donut packs and 2 choices of cereal no seat
Very disappointed, do not really recommend.
