Nice clean place to stay. Staff very friendly and kind. Room was very clean.
Like location service layout and of course Love Prosser.

I stayed at this property 6/9-6/12. We had a confirmed reservation under thegovernment rate made in May. Upon arrival I was informed that our rate was not accepted for the weekend and the rate increased by $40 + taxes per night. I showed them my confirmed reservation and their response was that their General Manager would be in the next morning and I needed to speak to her. The next morning I went to speak to the General Manager but the person at the front desk stated that the General Manager had had to fly to a hotel in Atlanta to help out and had flown out the night before. The staff refused to accept our confirmation room charge and charged us higher rate. They took our phone number and saidthey would have the general manager contact us when she returns. She has never called us. I have contacted Holiday Inn Guest Relations 3 times and each time they assure me that they will contact the hotel and the General Manager will respond. Almost 2 weeks later and still no response. This is a fairly new hotel and upkeep is very poor. The bathroom shower door is very water streaked, the sink is badly stained. It wasa poor experience. There were no other hotel rooms available within a 30 mile radius orcwe would have changed hotels. There were other guests at this hotel who had the same experience as I did.
