Campbell Run by ABODA Apartment

I absolutely love living here at Campbell Run I love the upgrades. My favorite is the big mantle above the fireplace. It is quiet and close to everything. It is located right on Burke Gilman trail which is great. It’s close to parks and basically everything you can possibly need. The office communicates with me in a timely manner on certain situations. Although due to Covid we haven’t been able to use any of the amenities which is not cool. Hoping for a better summer.

RATS! Do not recommend moving here. We moved here thinking these were nice affordable apartments. They attach fees in any way possible that made what should be a $1600 lease $2000 dollars a month. We have been here for 2 months and not have a rat problem in our storage closet on the patio where most of our items have been ruined. We emailed the apartment only to again have to follow up to see what they were going to do about it after a week of nothing. Have not been offered any reimbursement for the damaged items. The insides of the windows and sliding door are poorly sealed and there is constant moisture on the inside. Certainly not worth the cost they charge.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We moved in and had fleas! They were so bad within 3 weeks we could literally trap them and see them jumping on us. I've never owned pets and was given absolutely no compensation or accommodation. It was absolutely disgusting. We've had SO many issues I'm only naming the few big ones. During this current holiday season we were given a few days notice * (during thanksgiving weekend) to have everything off our portch, out from under our sinks, in front of the washer dryer, fire place and electrical box by Monday and to keep it that way for at least a week. We didn't have any notice our portch would be taken away and they completely boarded up our porch without any access to our storage unit or notice we would not have access. The porch was back up in two weeks, where the apartment next to us had the same thing happen but for a month and a half. The porch is included in the square footage of the lease and absolutely 0 compensation or consideration was given. We came home one night to chemical smells and their solution was to open up the windows and put on fans when it's 30 degrees outside! We looked up the legal safety for the products used and it stated we should be in respirators if smells are in an enclosed area for health reasons! Glad to know I looked it up other wise I would have been subject to chemicals in my system if I just ignored it.

Unfortunately the staff isn't very good. They all had different answers for my moms pro-rate at move out. They don't have a drop box and you have to pay extra to pay rent online. Very inconvenient they never answer the phone and one time they closed a few minutes before 6 and you could see them on their cell phones. The icing on the cake is when my mom moved out and forgot to give back her key fob because In the 2 years she lived there she never used the amenities and they didn't ask her for it when she turned in her keys. So she called them all day until they answered the phone and told them she forgot she had it and was sending it back and would like her refund of $50 and they told her that they already deactivated it and she can't have her refund. Horrible service! Good service would be asking her if she had it when she turned in her keys that takes no effort! I would not recommend this place!
