Incredible customer service! The gentleman at the front desk tonight seriously won my business each time I'll be travelling up here. Solid gold!

Though they are remodeling all the staff has been helpful and reasonable and for the price I feel I'm getting a good value. There are far fancier places but if you want to spend your time traveling instead of in a room you could do far worse.

Maintenance was going on but the place itself was good. Breakfast served in the morning. On Monday from 6 am to 9am. Food place is near (walking distance) from this place. Freeway I5 is also near.

Nice and comfortable, staff is very friendly. Hot breakfast was great. Close to a Fred Meyer, many restaurants, fast food, coffee etc.

Stayed overnight here from the Seattle area. This hotel is in a great location as it is walking distance to Fred Meyer for any needs and close to many restaurants and other shopping. The hotel staff was mostly great however the hotel itself looks to be aging as there were loose floor tiles in the bathroom that were also missing grout around them and they would move and make grinding noises under foot. Over all, would stay again but hope they renovate or at least fix up some of the rooms.

Staff was great the entire time we were there. The room we were in was a bit beat up and the carpets needed a cleaning in a big way but the room was clean. The pool area was nice and looks like it has been updated. I suspect they may be doing a renovation because there are several shipping storage containers in the parking lot. I would definitely stay again. Hopefully it is getting freshened up but the nice staff makes up for it.

Enjoyed this quiet, not really easy-to-find hotel just outside of Portland. It is a beautiful setting and the hotel staff are stellar! The property is getting a tad tired, but they are just gearing up for a remodel.

Enjoyed our stay there. Very friendly. We accidentally booked the wrong day on the internet site (the prior day) and noticed when we arrived. The staff member was very understanding and took off the charged day even though the 24 hour cancellation period had already passed. Clean and the complimentary breakfast was delicious.

Rooms are a good size with refrigerator & microwave. Included internet and breakfast buffet is nice. There is an indoor pool and hot tub. The gym only has one elliptical, one treadmill and one weight machine but hey it's better than nothing. Location is great with grocery store next door and many restaurants within walking distance.

Small event space. Good breakfast. Friendly staff and adequate parking.

Room was bigger than expected, came with fridge and microwave. Actually very impressed with breakfast, it's rather good. Housekeeping does a fantastic job and they're quick. Hotel is in a great location and the staff is superb!

Tualatin Comforts Suites is very conviently located. Easy access to freeway, stores and restaurants. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in had 2 comfortable beds and was clean. We will certainly stay here again.

Very nice hotel fresh cookies at the front desk and lemon ice water. A pool and hot tub that are open 24 hours. (21 and older after 10pm) The staff are friendly and helpful. Yummy Breakfast in the morning including waffles.

The people working the front desk were very friendly. The lobby is very welcoming, and the rooms are very clean. The bathroom was a little small and tight, but it's not like you are going to spend a whole bunch of time in there. The beds were very clean and comfy. Nice stay close to the amenities of Tualatin.

It's a perfectly average hotel. Has a bed, shower and decent breakfast in the morning. Not overly nice but not bad at all. Just completely average.

Ah, the Comfort Inn! There's really not much to be said about this hotel and for the most part, that's not necessarily a bad thing. While travelling for work I was recently shacked up at this particular location off and on for about four weeks. I found the accommodations to be clean, professional, and (rolling drum-roll) pretty comfortable overall. Considering the temperatures in Oregon are/were sweltering this summer, it was nice to have an industrial powered AC unit only a few feet from my bed. Speaking of beds, that's where this this chain really shines. Every room that I stayed in had a plush and overly-large-but-awesome king sized mattress. I slept great each night, which wasn't a bad conclusion to the days spent in a corporate office. The staff also deserve a big shout out. Especially an employee that we will call 'Travis'. That gentleman truly went above and beyond in making my stay worth noting. Including directing me towards some sort of company reward program that resulted in my earning a sizable gift card towards a major retailer. So props to him. It is worth pointing out that the hotel provided breakfasts were subpar at best and the pool / hot tub were probably excessive on the chlorine levels. But those types of gripes are to be expected when staying at any chain. To combat those cons I suggest just avoiding the water areas altogether and picking up breakfast from the grocery store down the road. So there it is.

We made a wedding block with this hotel and they gave us a confirmation email and number AND we laid the deposit down. A couple weeks later, someone in our wedding party told us that there was no block under our name. They had cancelled the entire block without calling us. A couple of families had managed to get their rooms already, however, and decided to keep them. Then, 2 months later, just 2 weeks before the wedding, that group called just to verify, and found out that Comfort Inn had cancelled every one of their rooms without telling them, even after the deposits were laid down. Everything was cancelled without notification. The manager told us that the person who had made the bookings made a mistake, and so he canceled the bookings without telling anyone. This has been the worst service we have ever had anywhere.

Worst customer service ever.

Everyone we dealt with worked there for less than 2 months (I guess they cleaned house) Experienced issues from reservations (didn't get the room we booked 5 months prior) to horribly customer service, to charges charged to wrong credit cards, to wouldn't accept cash (what? ). Everyone we talked to shrugged it off as though it was really unfortunate, but nothing they do to fix. Don't even get me started on their hotel manager Lee. What a joke! When we called to try to fix billing issues on overcharged rooms, we were told that if it made us feel any better, they fired someone over this. Nope, don't feel any better. How about a discount. That would have helped. Don't expect them to treat you well. As for the no smoking policy, their staff were the only ones we saw breaking that rule.

Tried to extend my stay using a different credit card. Stacy, the lady working the front desk, said she didn't want to deal with running a different card and that if I didn't like it I could stay somewhere else. Don't expect them to do anything they are not required to do in order to be helpful or accomodating.

I've stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites before and can tell you that the staff was pleasant, location central, easy to find from I5, and pricing reasonable.

This hotel offers a great location and "good enough". And thats about it! It is a smoke free hotel, so why did the hallway smell like smoke? And why was it that the front desk person couldnt smell it though others guest besides us could? There was a dog on our floor that barked and/or whined when the owners left. I love dogs, we have two, but good grief dont leave them alone in new place, especially a hotel! The front desk lady, her name escapes me, said there wasnt anything she could do about it. She couldnt call the room as "the people werent in the room and even if they were what would I do? " What a great help she was! Our toilet didnt look like it had been cleaned and there was hair in our bath tub! We had a awful experince and when my wife spoke to the person in the morning they replied "oh, im sorry to hear that. Come and see us again" No, never again, not here! I use Comfort Inn Suites alot and this was one of the top 15 worst.
