Probably one of the absolute best hotel experiences we have had in quite awhile. Great hotel. Fantastic staff… can't say enough about Front Desk clerk Aaron who checked us in. He was fabulous and knowledgeable not to mention extremely helpful and courteous. Made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was great. Beds were above par "5 stars". The mattress comfort level was fantastic and actually had 4 decent sized pillows. The only thing I would improve on would be better circulation for Breakfast area, it was overly warm and not much air flow.

Kind, courteous and caring. We were made to feel right at home. Our room was fantastic and the breakfast was great, as usual!

Great property For under $100 for holiday weekend — this was great. Room was large and newer clean and beds were Sooo Comfortable. Breakfast included of eggs potatoes sausage and ham and fresh made waffles included along with other stuff can’t beat the price — easy access on and off freeway and lots of other food and shopping! Happy Thanksgiving to all the travelers! Oh our room was 318!

We stay there often because it is close to Riverbend hospital and the Dr's offices.
They used to give hospital rates but we were informed they no longer give those rates last night but they gave us a senior rate. The rate went from 93.00 to 104 plus tax. We need to stay 3 nights each time we go the next 2 times.
The rooms are clean, internet ok TV stations are not very good.
The staff is friendly and helpful. Out of all the times we have stayed we have never had a problem with the staff.
The breakfast is good.
They have worked with us when we needed to stay 2 extra nights because of a mix up for medical tests.
They are attempting to help on a weekend that is booked on the 3rd day we need, because of a Ducks game I hope it works out. Otherwise we will stay at the motel next door. That will mean after surgery we will have to move. We will see what happens.

Excellent property, very clean! The wheelchair accessible king room is huge with a great floor plan.

Good accommodations convenient to the I 5. Helpful staff, accommodating and friendly. Good breakfast with efficient and friendly staff. Comfy guest rooms, clean and inviting. Good value for price.

Friend got sick Sunday on I-5 & had to postpone trip home so booked into this hotel in handicapped room 103 (I'm in the chair and rushed over to take care of him for night). Desk clerk, Kayla, went out of her way to assure our comfort even offering to run to store if we needed anything after she was off at 11pm! She was friendly, kind and more than accommodating. Room was large & nice, great deal for the low price. Very clean and quiet. Plenty of safety bars in bathroom. Room was nicely arranged for wheelchair access. Bed was comfortable, room attractive & quick service for everything. Would definitely recommend and stay again. If only all desk clerks were like Kayla!

We were recently caught traveling and the California fires started. We decided to travel to Oregon and picked this hotel. Great choice if I do say so myself! Convenient to I-5 and everything in Eugene and Springfield. We especially liked there was a local brewery with great food across the street. One of the best Best Westerns I’ve stayed at!

Check in was very nice. There was an issue with our online booking which was quickly resolved without a hitch. The front desk Ladies were awesome, and very helpful with local suggestions. The room was great, clean and quiet. Stayed here a couple years ago and it was a great location and hotel to return to while we explored Astoria. Thank you!

Very nice hotel, very well priced, extremely nice people. The rooms are beautiful, beds comfortable and breakfast was very good. I wish they had room service!

My hubby & I were traveling in tandem with our truck towing a trailer and me driving our classic car. Stephen greeted us and was very helpful accommodating our parking needs and making certain we felt comfortable during our stay. All staff members were very helpful, friendly and caring. This hotel's location is not far from I-5 and walking distance to a nice brew pub. We have stayed at this Best Western location 3 times and is definitely a "come back" hotel for us. Very convenient location to Eugene with many restaurants close by. Large, well kept rooms. Price was a little high for the hotel but so was everything in the area for an event at the University. Breakfast was just OK, but convenient. Staff was very friendly. I would stay here again.

We were not expecting what we got when we stayed here. It was superb! The room had plenty of space, there was room for a couch Ann's a TV and they weren't in your face like some hotel rooms. We would stay again. I recommend Best Western. We have had several good experiences at different locations.

The rooms are large, clean, & up to date. The staff is professional & very friendly. Their breakfasts offer much more variety than any others I've seen.

The room was very nice, the bed was like a fluffy cloud, so comfortable and relaxing. I haven’t slept that good in a while! Room was very clean, the couch was a little lumpy, but the bed being as comfy as it was blocked out any negative thing about the room.

Rooms needed lighting. Beds were great. Outside was littered with cigarette butts everywhere, sidewalks, parking lot, lawn, and planter boxes at the door. No receptacle a available. Breakfast was standard fair. Eggs were cold and syrup was empty. A microwave would have been great.

Great place. Vey comfortable. Lage rooms. Very clean and spacious. Staff is friendly and courteous. Outstanding breakfast. I would recommend you stay here when your in the area.

Location is great, walk to everything. I go for events at the Oregon Horse Center and have stayed in this area three times. I found that this BW is better located than the others and I am a BW person. Big room, hot water and great water pressure. Sweet staff, one got us coffee packets with no problem.

The room was clean but mattress needs replacing, sides are broken down. TV remot did not work, nor did the second one. Coffee was old and cold, no regular cream, only flavored was available. No washcloths, was told too many are stolen so none to be had… washed with a hand towel — isn't that great for Best Western! At breakfast no cream or milk for coffee, only powdered creamer. No staff, one person to do everything — check in/out, answer phones (was on hold for so long I hung up), answer queries, make fresh coffee etc. Prices went up, service was non-existent.

The sizes of the room were amazing. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

While the room was the usual comfortable room, we were staying in Eugene for a medical appointment. Because of this when we made our reservation we asked for a 1:00 pm checkout and was okayed by the nice man we spoke with who we assumed was the General Manager. However, the next morning the blond female front desk agent called us and in a very rude tone of voice told us we had no late checkout and had to get out immediately. Then she threatened us with the words "if you don't get out now you will charged for another day". On top of it all she was accommodating someone else for a "early check-in" to our room! Even though the checkout time was their mistake they would not accomodate us. We have always tried to stay at Best Western for many years several times a year and have always received excellent service and accommodations but never have we been treated so rudely by hotel personnel! So we highly do not recommend this Best Western!

Enjoyed our room and service of staff. The bed was crazy comfortable!

It's a very clean and well taken care of.

Nice rooms! Fancy pull up area! Good parking! Great breakfast w small omelette bar! Clean! Quick and friendly service! No complaints at all!
