The Hampton Inn & Suites in Salem is one of the very best Hotels I’ve stayed at in the last 5 years of having a traveling job!
The Hosts, Hostesses and all other staff are very kind and helpful with anything I needed and made my Family feel very welcome and the hospitality surpasses most places I’ve ever stayed!

We spend a lot of time at the Hampton. We love it here. The front desk employees are amazing. If need anything they're on it. The breakfast is good, clean with many options. All the staff is friendly. I love how they treat my young daughter when we come to stay. Pool is big and clean. Rooms are nice and clean too. Love this place.

The room was comfortable and the staff were really nice. Breakfast was pretty good considering it was free. I love using my phone as a key, that really is a game changer.

Staff is 5 stars. They are very helpful and make you feel welcome. The breakfast is maybe 3 stars. I realize that continental breakfast is not full service but if corporate allows them to supplement the standard frozen pastries with fresh local pastries and perhaps switch from frozen carton eggs to fresh eggs that would be a huge improvement! I do like the fruit & waffles.

This is a nice location. I loved the staff and how nice they all were. Definitely going to come back for my next visit. They even had dinner options complimentary to the guests, which is nice! :) Great service. Good rooms. Love the place.

Very good location The only flaws are that it does not have an indoor restaurant for dinner and the price that is a bit pricey.

This is a great place to stay. It seems to be new construction or a renovated building. Still has new building smell. Toiletries are more than what is provided at other Hampton Inn establishments. The best part is a personalized note on the desk when I came in to the room.

Stayed as an overnight guest. The staff called the night before our stay to ask if there was anything they could do to make our stay more enjoyable. I requested adjoining rooms which they granted along with leaving a handwittten personal note for me in the room. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Visited the pool, which was small, but serviceable. The staff was courteous and helpful. When asked about a local museum, one staff member, Jennifer, offered us her guest passes to the museum allowing my family to see the museum for free.

Great staff, great accommodations, large parking for trucks & RV's. Amazing breakfast. Can't say enough about this place. Stayed here many times while working for the US Army Reserves.

This is a very nice hotel just off the hwy. Very clean modern look and feel. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a great place to stay and the price is very fair. I look for three things in a Hotel, a clean and safe environment, a nice pool/spa open at later hours, and lastly peanut butter with your morning waffles. This place hit all 3 of those points!

Clean hotel. Nice rooms, although, you might be better off getting a double queen, because most of the king rooms are rather small. Instant hot water in rooms when needed. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Fresh coffee always available. 5' pool. Excellent gym! Very nice and helpful staff. Excellent Wi-Fi everywhere. Hotel Honors members get extra perks.

I love their salt water pool and they almost always have fresh baked delicious cookies. The staff are super helpful and wonderful and on some weeknights they even offer some type of dinner. They rotate their breakfast offerings so it's not the same thing day after day. They also do a super cool toy box for kids to pick something from when they color. One of my favorite hotels in the area to stay at.

From check-in to departure, I am always made very welcome by the friendly hotel staff. This is no doubt one of the best Hampton locations I've stayed at (and I've stayed at quite a few). During my last several visits they were are offering a free dinner Tues, Wed, & Thur nights. I'll be back. 10/10

God is good, it's not very often that you can say, everything is good. My wife and I were impressed with the service of the hostesses, those in housekeeping which were willing to engage with you. The general manager and the ambiance this Hampton Inn provides. We're friendly people and it was so refreshing to engage with your staff, for it's how we learn about one another and we're more than just someone renting a room. We're looking forward to staying at the Hampton Inn's in our future travels. My wife and I, thank you for your thoughtfulness and service.

You can't go wrong with Hampton. Unfortunately, prices are almost doubled!

Fantastic all around! They actually called the day before our arrival to ask what they could do to make our visit special! I don't think we've recieved that kind of customer service from any place we've stayed before.

Great motel. One of the better places here in salem. Great food. Swimming pool and not too expensive. Will recommend to my friends.

Very new building. Modern rooms with helpful staff. Didn't have a chance to try the breakfast. Everything was very clean.

Nice Hampton that isn't too far from the Salem city center. King suite was very nice with plenty of space to really stretch out. Very friendly staff.

It was VERY clean! The rooms were immaculate and it was very easy to find the room. The employee at the front was very polite and I felt really safe here.

It was my best experience with Hampton and Hilton brand so far. Helpful and very friendly stuff, clean room, clean hotel and pool area. Nice rooms and good enough breakfast. Great fitness center. And they did a lot for the eclipse event like free glasses, informative schedule and eclipse map and eclipse reception was a nice finishing touch too.

Staff is friendly & helpful, rooms are clean & well maintained. Why offer "complimentary" Wi-Fi service if it's nearly unusable? I understand you're trying to turn a buck making people pay for it, but just come out & say "pay us for Wi-Fi" instead of offering worthless service as incentive to buy.

Free breakfast, pool, convenient to the free way, clean rooms and friendly staff. That's why we always stay here when visiting family in Salem.

Clean rooms, good coffee, quiet hotel, good Wi-Fi. Always mostly booked though so it's hard to get a room here sometimes. Build a second one! Please!

Overall the best place we have stayed at in Salem. Very clean hotel with excellent accommodations, pool was very nice and a great breakfast selection. Highly recommended!

The stay was excellent. Th e staff was very friendly also. We checked in late and the front desk opened up the hot tub after hours… very accommodating.

This was possibly my most favorite and best overnight hotel experience in my whole life. From the super clean and comfy room to the sparkling blue saltwater heated swimming pool. If I'm ever within 200 miles of this place again, I'll be sure to stay here.

It's a good delivery is there, the delivery company come from Korea, the staff was friendly the hotel is clean the inside of the room from what I can see looks wonderful. Would definitely stay there if I needed to stay at a hotel inside my old town.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, breakfast is the typical free ones, not bad not great. The free suppers are good, and feature local fair.
