Sold me a room and then decided that we had to stay in room around back and my truck way out front where we couldn't see it without a 250 dollar upcharge… rude clerk went down the street half a mile to budget inn got a room fast and staff was nice I definitely reccomend people to ditch this overpriced place and check out the budget inn!

Great hospitality! All the rooms I tried looked very spacious newly remodeled and clean. I did not stay because the rooms smelled like chemicals. My best guess is outgassing from some of the materials used in remodel. I had a prepaid reservation, and the management was very accommodating, showing me several rooms, and refunding my stay. I think that what ever I smelled will not be there by the time you read this.

A clean room in a well maintained older facility with an accommodating proprietor living onsite, overall a good, honest old-fashioned value.

I've never been to a Royal Inn. Don't even know where one is. This is an unsolicited message received from Facebook. More and more, Facebook is becoming an unreliable, laughing joke!

Rude manager and over priced.

Place was clean and inexpensive. Not that close to a lot of dinning option though. Close to the airport, Which is why we stayed. Would probably stay again for the same reason and it was affordable.

Outside of downtown in the industrial part of town so it might make you think twice about it but it was very clean and we'll maintained. The manager was very polite and very clean cut. The rooms were clean and had all the creature comforts, they have recently been remodeled. This is a good place if you're looking for a place to drop off your bags while you're out doing fun stuff and sleeping in between the fun stuff.

Very clean for a small motel. All expected amenities were present and worked well. Very friendly owner and easy check-out!

My boyfriend and I were so sketched out by the location and quality that we slept with a chair shoved under the doorknob. In an empty building we were roomed in the very back, away from our car, and charged $145 plus tax plus cash deposit for two people, one bed, in a smoking room (we don't smoke).

Very very rude Managers and they charged 130 a night because of a track event.

Rooms are good sized, ok service.

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a motel/hotel and I travel constantly. I got this over priced motel because of the location and the woman was extremely rude. I had my young daughter with me which didn't keep the woman from interrogating and threatening me about the motel rules. I had to assure her multiple times I would not smoke in the room with my child inside and would not sneak in pets or guests. I was from out of town after all. Then, because of my long drive as I was pulling into my space, my fuel pump went out in my vehicle. I asked her for recommendations for a mechanic in the area and she said "that's your problem, not mine". I kid you not! Awful, over priced, and ghetto. No wonder I was the only person in the whole building.
