Only drawback is that the location is quite a bit off the I-5. Otherwise it would be a perfect road trip stop when traveling through Oregon to California. The king suite is quite nice with a small but functional kitchen and lots of space.

Nice and modern hotel. Room was newly renovated and beautiful. Nice amount of space. The staff was very friendly. They have a indoor pool, fitness area and laundry. The complementary breakfast was very good.

Doing a lot of remodeling on our last visit through. Quiant place, a bit out of town, into the west 11th industrial district. Decent beds, but not the best night stay. Staff is a bit short and rude. And leaves a bit to be desired. Reminiscent of an old holiday inn. Got a generic hotel feel. Ive had better experiences here in the past, so potentially an isolated instance.

Had a great time. Wished the handicapped lift for the pool was working but enjoyed the place regardless.

I recently tried to stay at the Eugene Hampton Inn. I truly do not recommend it. I arrived in the late evening and my room was fully paid full prior to my arrival. Upon arriving I was informed I still needed to produce a credit card for incidentals. I did not have one with me so asked to pay a cash deposit. Was told this was not possible so asked to speak to a supervisor. Was given a business card with an extension on it, remember this was late evening so of course no one was answering. The desk clerk had been rude from the start so I was starting to get frustrated. She called her supervisor because I made it clear I was not leaving till she did something. She spoke to her supervisor in front of me and I could tell the supervisor told her to just take a deposit but the desk clerk told her supervisor she was not allowed to. When I again asked to speak to her supervisor she just hung up the phone without allowing me too speak to her as I had requested. I repeated my requested to speak to her supervisor and sat down to wait until she sorted it for me to speak to the supervisor or manager. I was informed that if I didn't find a credit card or leave the property within 10 minutes she was going to call the cops on me for trespassing. I was then reminded her of my request and was told it was late so no, even though the wall right next to her had the Oncall managers name posted.

Great Eugene hotel. Close to the airport with easy travel to downtown or the University.

Although the hotel was in the process of being renovated, everything was still accessible. The rooms look good, and level of service was still very high.

Great stay, no complaints. I even left at 3am and they had fresh coffee brewed and a limited breakfast out so I didn't leave hungry.

Very nice, clean. Good breakfast, great tamale restaurant next door. Nice pool.

This trip my wife and son came with me. They provided us with a pack n play which was super awesome. They normally give you a crib with bars on it, which our son just loves playing with and never goes to sleep. This alone deserves 5 stars. The customer service here was also top notch. I recommend it.

Conveniently located for my work event. Close to a number of chain restaurants. Has all the standard amenities as all the Hampton Inn including free Wi-Fi and breakfast. Had some noisy neighbors that kept banging on the wall before 10pm, but they quieted down after that. I was able to check in using the Hilton Honors app and saw the available rooms to pick from before I arrived at the hotel. Sadly, the hotel does not have digital keys available yet. All in all, I would choose to stay here again.

The staff was amazing, especially Patti. Our room was in perfect condition, the hotel was clean, breakfast was great, we were always greeted when we arrived back after being out and about. Such a warm and welcoming place to stay! Thank you to everyone for taking such great care of us.

Make sure together valuable s out of your car. There were strange people roaming the parking lot in the morning. One guest vehicle's lights were going off, and you can't get into the hotel's front doors without a room key at odd hours.

Nice hotel. Seems to be a newer property. The room was nicely furnished and quiet.

Newly remodeled! Nice large rooms and bathroom. Fantastic breakfast. Fruit, water and snacks free for the road. Nice location!

Rooms were clean and well kept but outdated, beds were comfortable. Irons were old and on the verge of melting my Callaway golf shirt. Hotel is going through renovation, so hopefully the rooms catch up to the lobby. Breakfast was just OK, even by Hampton Inn standards. They do have an indoor pool which looked clean and well kept.

What a rip off! It looks pretty. But it ain't. The town is where the zombie s originate from. The hotel s air conditioning was on the fritz.

Blown away by the service. I've stayed at many a Hilton property and service is usually the same, very nice, but here, Patty raised the bar and that's what gets my attention. Thank you.

Priced quite high for the condition of the hotel. Old hotel with no real updates. The beds were very hard and had only a thin blanket with a very thin bed spread. If you coming for just an overnight it's not bad, but I wouldn't want to have an extended stay.

The staff was very nice and accomadating. I have a 1 year old sister that needed milk for her bottle, since we had to stay here due to a tire blow out with our RV, and they allowed me to borrow some of their own from the kitchen. Very nice interior design, and the rooms are nice and not too expensive.

The staff here is obviously happy, and it translated to a fantastic hotel experience! From the great service, to the clean room, a well maintained breakfast bar… couldn't ask for more. Everyone was ridiculously nice! So rare these days. I've stayed places that cost three times this much and it wasn't as good of a stay!

Very accommodating the overnight clerk Sean was very nice and polite good morning lady gave me breakfast clean comfortable room.

Clean, spacious lovely decor, but built like it was a Super 8 or really cheap hotel. Wood floor construction and you hear and feel everything through walls and ceiling. Two miserable nights of listening to the racket. Breakfast was weak as well. Sorry never again. Disappointing for a Hilton.

Just staying for one night, but it was like home! Arrived after driving through the night on I5 fog and curvy roads at 11PM and was greeted cheerfully at the check in desk and was asked if he could do anything for us. He got me some very hot water for some hot chocolate and I headed to the room which was clean roomy and welcoming. Something you really needed after some treacherous roads in the dark. We had reserved 2 queen sized beds and that's what we got. My daughter fell asleep as soon as her head hit the soft pillow. I think I was also asleep shortly after her. We woke and went down to the complimentary breakfast and as usual at the Hampton Inn there is a large variety of items to choose from that even the pickiest eater should be able to find something. I made a waffle and had some scrambled eggs and sliced sausage and potatoes. We had orange juice and my wife made her morning coffee. We only stayed one night, but it was great. Using my GPS in the dark I had no trouble finding the hotel.

They have a wonderful staff I was here on business. I had a car break down. The manager was very kind and drove me to get dinner and to the mechanic. I was treated with kid gloves, and in this day and age, I would have to say they rock. I would also like to say the breakfast person Mercedes, was extremely friendly and helpful, and let me get breakfast when they were closing. She rewarmed up what I wanted and made me a plate. The room was large, and comfortable. Nice comfy beds, and a super large bathroom. Thank you Hampton inn.

I always stay here, I receive top notch service, with a smile. This is a solid hotel, always clean, and good breakfast. What more could a person ask for.

Probably the most run down Hampton I've stayed in. This place is in sore need of renovation. Still they offer clean and quiet rooms.

I had a amazing stay. the lobby is so beautiful. The rooms were large and super clean. Large bathroom, I could move a around and lots of space for my makeup. the bedding and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was large, and full of many choices, and 3 hot items, eggs with cheese potato's, and the best sausage. The people at the desk are amazing so positive, and always ready to assist with restaurant recommendations. Only issue, I would have liked bigger towels. I think its a Hampton thing, so not this particular Hamptons fault. The best service In Eugene.

They treat their employees like garbage. I will not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for employment.

Aside from two competent staff members this hotel employees mostly unprofessional and precarious family and friends of the manager who herself is wildly unqualified for ANY hospitality position. I've heard from several people that she was very rude and dismissive to them. I wish this was all I had to deal with but unfortunately it was the least of my complaints. She is the most immoral woman Ive ever encountered in this industry. The hotel itself is recently remodeled to Hampton's standards. Rooms are reasonably sized and quiet. Beds are amazing and Wi-Fi/TV are of good quality. However those features only mean so much when you are scared to leave your credit card information in the hands of the front desk staff and you're concerned about your luggage and personal items being tampered with when you leave your room.

We booked a room through Expedia and when we got there the hotel said there was a problem with the payment and that we would have to call Expedia. After over an hour of waiting and expedia customer support calling the hotel desk, there was still no resolution or offer to fix the situation (even when offering cash or another card to check in). I have never had a problem like this with any hotel in the past and I still don't understand the issue or why the hotel desk refused to help us. Beware, this hotel will not respect your online bookings! Staff is unhelpful and will likely try to milk you for more money rather than respect your existing booking! So glad we left! Upset we wasted over an hour with unhelpful staff.

I just got my credit card statement and found an additional $6.00 charge that didn't appear on my bill. I called to inquire and was told that house keeping found a hand towel that had a yellow mark on it that could not be removed. First, I am a 49 year old male. I don't use hand towels. 2nd, How could they possibly tell which towels came from my room when they pile all the towels into a hamper on their cart? and third, $6.00 for a hand towel? REALLY? Be ware! how many other people have been charged extra and not known.

Really Just Amazing I had a lovely stay here. Just checked in on the night of October 31st, and I was greeted with a cheerful smile, great help with dinner reservations, and a clean comfy room. The room was large, and soo clean, could not have asked for more. My boyfriend John loved the hotel, as well. We were recommended to the KoHo Bistro a few blocks away. Outstanding Dinner, great recommendation from Will. I will return when back in town for the great breakfast, and yummy waffles.

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! ** BEWARE of hidden pricing and unfriendly management staff. I had paid a extremely high price to stay 1 night with my family last weekend. They charged 187.00 for one night and charged my card 17.50 for linens. I had no idea that a room at the HAMPTON INN on W 11th in Eugene could cost over 200.00! When I called to ask for a explanation of the charges I was told that we left the towels dirty and we would have to pay to replace them. A total of 5 towels we were charged for? The desk staff offered to have management call me back. I accepted the offer, expecting a call back from the manager with a explanation. I did not receive a call back from the manager. The front desk called back, not the manager. The manager had the front desk call back and say they would be keeping the money. Not even a "I'm sorry" or "unfortunately" was mentioned.

We were on a visit to tour colleges, and it is likely that our daughter will be goign to school in Eugene. If so, we plan on staying at the Hampton whenever we visit her. We loved the room provided — it was so spacious and quiet, we were very happy with our stay.

The hotel was great. Everything looked new. Nice furnishings. Bed was comfortable. Bathrooms was nice and large. Wi-Fi worked great. We had to leave early to catch a flight and the front desk clerk prepared to go breakfast for us. Everything was top notch.

We'd like to say, the rapport between all your staff and maintenance is excellent. It shows in the care you are given as a guest. Everyone is most professional. Thank you for Brigitte for securing such a wonderful ADA accessible room for us. It was everything and then some. Thank you Tamara, Brigitte and all the front desk personnel and maintenance for making out stay so absolutely wonderful. We loved the continental breakfast, the facility, location and especially the price being retired. Thank you also for the excellent reference on eating places. It was a 2 — sided sheet. What a great idea.

I wanted to book a room for a 9 day stay and they told me that the Friday and Saturday will be $499.00 each night! Apparently Hampton rapes their customers when there is a home football game. I called the Courtyard Marriott and they have the same rate through the weekend regardless if there is a "home" game or not. Shame on you Hampton! I will never stay at a Hampton Inn again if this is the way they treat their customers.

First time staying here. Easy check in, very friendly employees, good breakfast, very clean. Would stay here again. There was no bad smell and the Wi-Fi was fine.
