When filtering through a hotel search for a “pet-friendly” hotel for an overnight stay, we booked this spot but upon check-in they only allow service animals. Whoever was working the front desk during late night did not offer any sort of help whatsoever nor was she at all apologetic.

Very clean and very quiet. Nice pool and comfortable beds. Hotel staff was very friendly a d helpful. Would be 5 stars except for carpet could be cleaned and spiderwebs in the corners. But overall it was a great stay. I would recommend this hotel.

Room came with separate seating area. Nice sized. Clean. Very accommodating staff. Typical hot breakfast options, except would have enjoyed bacon or sausage instead of the warm, thinly sliced lunch meat ham being offered. Deducted one star for the parking. We would have not had a place to park with our u-haul trailer had it been any busier. It's really only set up for vehicles and not trailers or oversized trucks. Otherwise, I recommend this hotel. Trey and Heath, at front desk, were friendly, helpful and professional.

This was great for our overnight stop. Clean and friendly, quiet for a good night of sleep, and yummy cooked breakfast in the morning. Just what we were looking for. Thanks!

We always prefer new hotels but this one is not only clean but also very cozy — it's located at the foothill of a woody area. Very friendly & supportive staff (Thank you, Tref/Trev! ) We were upgraded to a King size beds suite on the second day, rooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfast is nice, the jam for waffles seemed homemade, delicious indeed! Pool was a big plus if you were traveling with kids. All and all, we loved our experience with Comfort Suites! Strongly recommend!

Our room was the last available and a very nice king suite at a very good rate for the area (blocks from campus). Breakfast was a bit limited but staff was nice. Special kudos to the young gentleman that checked us in, very friendly and helpful, could not have been a better host.

Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. Minor issues — jelly on the curtain, phone in one room didn't work, issue with a faucet in the other. Overall, it was clean, comfortable and quiet. Pool was clean. Nice breakfast kept well stocked.

Good 2.5 star hotel at Eugen. Good hotel while travel portland land either Carter lake.

Slept like a baby only woke up once beds were comfortable pillows are comfortable I would definitely recommend or come back next time I'm in town.

We stayed on a sunday and monday while I had federal jury duty we checked in did are thing I checked my bank acct. Around 1030 at night I had nothing in there 00 they totally deplited my acct. 6 transaction of crazy amounts I only signed for 218 of it they took 860 out then trying to get it back was a night mare thier reaction to me was poor pretty much acted like o well. I had 2 kids with me and had to go back home over 2 hrs away after jury duty with no money because they took it all and they had no emotion that they even cared even got the district manger down he didnt do anything.

The staff was amazing. The rooms were huge. Very well kept hotel. I will be back.

The place is a great place to stay have been mowing here for four years place clean and has an awesome staff that goes out of there way to help us thank you comfort suites.

Having the time of our lives. A very much needed night of R&R. Definitely planning on coming back again. The staff is very friendly, as well as curtious and polite. The whole experience along with the pool and sauna is helping to begin wiping away the last few weeks. If you are coming from out of town, or you just want a night away from the house. This is definitely the place to go.

I've been to Eugene twice, the first time I stayed at the Motel 6 down the road, second time was at the Comfort Suites. This place was way better and so spacious! The only things I noticed was that the couch had popcorn in it and the comforters smelled like bleach, other than that, it was a great experience!

Right next to the freeway. Quiet, clean, and comfortable with breakfast included. Can't ask for much more if you're stopping by Eugene for a night.

Brooke at the front desk was amazing! I had to call the choice hotel line to make a reservation to use my points for a free night. I called my favorite hotel to make sure the specific room was available. Brooke was very friendly and thoughtful. I had actually made the reservation for the WRONG hotel (in Springfield instead of Eugene). She watched the reservations come in. By the time her shift was almost over she did NOT see my reservation so she called the Springfield hotel to confirm that I had made the reservation there and then gave me a call to let me know where I had actually made my reservation. I had enough time to call back the reservation line and change the reservation. She was very pro-active to make sure that I got the room and actual hotel that I wanted. Unfortunately, I was not able to meet Brooke since it was her birthday and took the day off (Good for her! ). But I made sure the front desk was aware of how great she was at helping me get the room and hotel that I wanted. It was a very nice, relaxing stay. Thank you again Brooke!

Clean, fun, centrally located at the edge of nature. This is the best place you could stay at such a reasonable rate.

Rooms are very clean& the smell reflects it. It is located in a peaceful/quiet area. Nice staff& they make a good breakfast.

Front desk staff was both friendly and genuinely happy. Room was spacious and clean. Didn't have a chance to try the pool. Would stay here again if I am in the area.

Almost as good as being at home! I stayed in Eugene in mid May. I was there for a week to see my daughter and her family. I was surprised by the comfort this Inn provided. I wanted to take the bed and linens home with me. The service was exemplary, everyone was nice and had a smile for you. The building well kept, and clean. The breakfast provided every morning had many choices, and was edible. The only complaint I have was the price, which by most standards was normal. I can't believe how much is charged for a stay in a Hotel. It actually cost more than my round trip airfare.

Super friendly staff, fast easy check-in. Our double queen room was clean and smelled fresh and inviting. The pool and hot tub were both clean and our kids had a blast. And the breakfast provided ticked all the boxes for a good continental breakfast. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was our first time at Comfort Suites. We were very impressed and pleased with the experience. The room was clean and comfortable. Brook greeted us with a very pleasant smile. Stayed here on a road trip as a family of 5. This was a splendid place to stay. The indoor pool is a marvelous extra and the hot complimentary breakfast really hit the spot. It was a simple breakfast but eggs and sausage beat the basket of bagels that pass for a breakfast elsewhere. (Bagels and cereal are still available, my kids had the fruit loops). But I must say the express check out was the best feature. This was a stop over and we had another big day of driving ahead of us. Not having to stop at the front desk on the way out was more enjoyable than I ever thought it could be. Would recommend to a friend.

Super friendly and informative check in person every employee had a smile and a hello for us the hotel was impeccably clean, check out was easy, and so was using the business center I thought the breakfast had a lot of options also overall if this is how all the Comfort Suites are that's where I'm going to stay whenever I have to book a hotel.

Very nice rooms and desk clerks were extremely helpful and friendly, will most definitely return, wish you had dog rooms — also really like the later times for the pool/jacuzzi, only problem was movies didn't work in my room, but clerk said he would come fix even though it was late, but I turned him down, there was plenty to watch on regular TV.

Stayed here for business. We had a first floor suite, LOVED IT! Night staff was super helpful! Highly recommend it to anyone. Pool & hot tub was awesome! Pool is open till midnight! Love that!

The rooms don't maintain a temperature very well, it is often too hot or too cold when the AC is on. The bed is comfortable but down blanket is way to warm and I find myself sweating in the night. Staff seems friendly, I can't say much about the room service or housekeeping as I used neither. Toilet seat paint is worn down to the wood by the seat cover. Location is good, though not walking distance from much. Not far of a drive though.

Everything was pretty good, the AC definitely did its job. Pool was nice and cold and there was plenty of space in the room. Shower was nice although I question the idea of having the towels and towel rack inside the shower. Breakfast was decent and was overall a pretty good stay.

One of the best 3-star hotels I've ever stayed at! We stayed in a 2 king bed suite with our kids for cheap. We were blown away by how big the room was and by the awesome layout. There's a living room/"kitchen" (microwave, fridge, and sink) with a slightly separated "bedroom" and then a completely separate room for a "master" bedroom. VERY clean and VERY updated. Great pool and hot tub (open till midnight! ). Front desk went above and beyond. Only minor complaint is that the only thing immediately near was a Denny's and gas station.

The desk was courteous and the rooms we stayed in were nice. The hot tube down stairs was weak and needs to be adjusted. The breakfast was exactly what you would expect and we came back to a clean room.

Was in Eugene for High School track competition. Other events in town meant hotel prices were high and this only option. Have stayed here previously. Rooms and facilities are well kept and pleasant. Staff is accomodating and helpful. Pool is nice. Fairly close to U of O campus and Eugene proper. Not very walkable; hotel is across highway from main city. Noise isn't bad though and the drive to downtown is quick.

Pool is open until midnight. Easy access to all rooms and amenities.

Comfortable rooms and beds, mediocre continental breakfast, and rats in the air vents. You can hear them squeaking and scurrying through the the vents at night.

No complaints, the hot tub was a nice perk!

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Definitely well worth the price. A great value and nice place to stay. I rated it three stars because the breakfast was not very good. Hash browns were undercooked smashed tater tots and the sausage was horrible although the eggs were good for buffet style scrambled and the blueberry waffles were exellent.

King Jacuzzi suite was very nice, check in hostess was very nice, was given an express checkout; the price listed on the receipt was $137 when I check my bank account it reflected an additional $15 or a total of $152, I inquired at checkout and they said the system automatically adds this and it will come off the charge? The young lady whom I was expressing my conserns was starting to argue with me and was rude! It has been almost 2weeks the extra charge has finally came off my card. They should clarify there is an added charge at check in, let them know it may take a couple weeks to clear. Un decided if I will stay here again? Great Hotel, 1 rude staff?

Went for an event that was cancelled the staff was very nice though.

I attended an event hosted at the hotel and found the public accommodations clean and pleasant.

Didn't know they had a poor or I would have brought my suit.

The suite was to die for. The tub room has a flat screen TV and fireplace. And the towels were so soft. Lots of pillows to choose from, soft or firm.
Nice and clean. The free hot breakfast was the best I've had all week.
We will definitely be back.

I recently had a trip home to Eugene to visit some girlfriends, we stayed here, and the staff took excellent care of us! The cookies at check in are such a nice touch, and they even called us a "personal cabbie" who was prompt, informative, and fun! The suite had plenty of room for all 4 of us, and the setting is like being in a little "woodland paradise", but just minutes from the heart of downtown. Thanks for the great customer service — now I have a great place to stay when I visit.

Check-in process was very slow. Had reservation for 2 beds, room only had 1 bed. Parking lot was over-flowing. No seats available at breakfast. No newspapers were available. Bananas are not available. Computers were always busy. Over-anxious maid pushed us to check-out. Would not stay here again; too many other choices in Eugene.
