I stayed here to help a friend relocate to California.
My room had blood on its pillow cases and sheet. It wasn’t a bed bug. It was a large noticeable set of spots. The bathroom had a broken shower head that sprayed water every which way BUT the inside area. I had to immediately fix it or have a water bed. … When I spoke to the staff they apologized gave a set of excuses. Then thanked me for the information. They didn’t bother to make it right. I was forced to stay there 3 days but I’ll never stay here again.

Avoid. Not well staffed nor ready for guests. My partner and I arranged to stay here over holiday weekend, this was one of the few places we could find close to downtown Portland. First red flag was during check in when the person in the lobby told us that she was the only one there and that it had taken her half an hour to reach her supervisor for a response to a question. We were checked in and signed up for a confusing and aggravating choice rewards program and given the key to our room. Stepping over a mysterious oily puddle just outside of the elevator and trying not to notice the pile of towels on the ground next to the ice machine, we reached our room. It seemed like perhaps someone was still staying in the room, there was a musk odor in the air and heavy on the pillows and sheets. If they had just left, at least they had made the bed, though they had not changed the sheets. There was significant damage to the lamps in the room and there was a mysterious oily streak across the headboard. This room was not ready for new guests. We called down to the lobby and the front desk person said that she would be right up to verify our claim that the room was not suitable. 'No offense, ' she said. 'Some people will lie to get a better room'. We waited in the room. Following her inspection, during which we watched her sniff our pillows incredulously, she announced that she 'didn't have time for this' she would upgrade us to the King suite.

Very pleased with this hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly, the housekeepers were also very nice and helpful. They respected our privacy and also were helpful if I had a question or needed an extra towel etc. They were always ready to help in any way they could. We will be back next year. FYI Elevator works just fine.

I stayed a night at the comfort inn at Beaverton on the Tualatin Valley Highway. This inn is in line with expectations for a budget option. There are scuffs on the walls, the is dust in the corners of the halls, some of the fixtures look dated, etc. The rooms themselves appear to have been renovated in the past five years and the rooms were fairly comfortable. This location had an out door pool, fitness center, and breakfast; all fairly standard. Overall, it is a budget option and it fulfills those expectations.

Just so other people know the rooms no longer have doors between the main room and the room with the bed and the bathroom. This basically makes it all one room. We were trying to have a separate area so when we put our son down for bed we would not also basically be having to go to bed and this did not work out with this room. The front desk said that all the suites are this way street completing the remodel about a year ago. The room is overall nice and having a mini-fridge and sink was really helpful. There were no issue with parking or finding the hotel.

Friendly staff, great location, and always clean. It’s my favorite place to stay when visiting Beaverton.

Great staff, nice room with refrigerator and microwave which is so convenient since four seasons grocer is walking distance. Fun pool and nice touches like lemon water and pretzels in the lobby. Held my bag after check out which was key given my ride/ flight was late afternoon. Enjoyed the free breakfast and took advantage of the washer/dryer. Loved that the pool was open till 10. Very adult. I will be back.

I will start out by setting the right expectation; This is a comfort inn not some luxury hotel. From there I think it surpassed my expectations. The check in process was quick and efficient, rooms were clean and orderly when we arrived, and they were helpful when requesting more towels. The breakfast was your standard continental but still good. It met all of my expectations and more due to being placed in the prime location for what I was in town for. Same parking lot as a black bear diner, there is laser tag/mini golf within walking distance and brickyard tavern for some beer. It's not located directly in downtown Portland (rather Beaverton) so if that's what you want I'd look elsewhere but in my humble opinion, it will not disappoint with the right expectations.

Under some contraction right now, so I'm giving a pass on the crummy looking doors. There's a train that goes pretty close by and it gets loud. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was decent.

Newly remodeled rooms but they're still working on the hallways. The staff was really helpful and quickly moved me to another room after the vending machine by my room started beeping at night. About 3 blocks to the Beaverton central max station and a nice food truck court. An unconventional layout makes it a bit awkward to get to the lobby.

Was in town for work and stayed here. It's being remodeled and is looking really nice! The parking garage is very conevconve! And there is car charging stations here as well! Erica at the front desk is amazing! The suite I was in was really nice! Keep up the great work comfort inn!

The front desk staff is efficient and friendly. I used my Choice Privileges Rewards Card and revieved a good rate and an upgrade to a suite. The King Suite was very large and comfortable.

Great rooms great staff and great atmosphere overall. Good breakfast selection very tasty.

Totally Awesome motel. I was so tired upon checking in after visiting my mom in the hospital. I got a hospital discount and the desk clerk gave me an upgraded room away from the noise. Slept great and ready to start the new day.

Same parking lot as Black Bear so great food, but can limit parking. Friendly staff, pretty clean.

Excellent room and everything was in order. All motels should have table lamps with 2 electrical outlets like this room had. When I'm traveling I always need to plug in numerous items to recharge. Bathroom was very neat and clean. The TV was great. I've stayed here several times before and that is why I come back.

The room was efficient and clean. It was roomy, and comfortable. It was quiet, and in the morning they had a nice selection of breakfast foods.

We were on the first floor right above the parking garage. Our room was very very cold. But other than that everything else was great.

Booked the room through Airbnb which was weird and misleading but I got a King suite for like $60 or so less than I would have booking it through the actual website. But I also would have booked a hotel closer to the venue for less with 2 beds instead of one and a tiny, smelly, uncomfortable pull out couch if I'd meant to book a hotel. The king bed was also really uncomfortable. The free breakfast was fine. Overall okay, not great.

If you're going to be traveling for longer than 2 or 3 days, I would actually reccomend you stay here over a Marriott or Hilton. It is much more comfortable with a separate room with a king bed and then a whole living area with a fold-out sofa, desk, two TVs, a little kitchenette with a small table to eat at even. You really can't go wrong with this place. It is reasonably clean, and newly updated. The beds are so so comfortable & I love their pillows. This is my second stay here, and I've had no problems with it whatsoever. The staff is attentive and addresses things quickly. Everything else is… you know, it's a Comfort Inn, so it's not luxury. But I'd prefer it any day. I guess that's where the Comfort comes in.

The room smelled musty, there were ants on the bathroom counter and by the time I finished my shower I was ankle-deep in water from a slow drain. We got a new room the next day, but it also smelled musty. There were ants on the wall in the dining area, which made me question the cleanliness. Even though we told the staff of the issues, we got nothing to compensate us for our troubles. For the price we paid, we expected better. We hadn't been on a vacation in years and this was not a good part of the trip. We are very disappointed and suggest avoiding this place.

I had a family emergency and my boyfriend and I needed to book a room immediately that night. Due to the fact that I have other traviling family having a room here, I decided to get one here as well. We got a spacious one bed room with a shower/bath (tub is a regular size home tub? And a chair, desk/office chair, 2 night stands and the TV on the dresser. The lady at the front desk was really sweet. She seemed busy when we came in but she was smiling and happy to help. Thank you for the one night stay. It was only $93. There is a pool outside but I personally never used it. Thank you again (:

I didn't have any problems with people being too loud. Rooms were nice and staff was super nice. Definitely would stay here again if I'm in the area!

The elevator wasn't in service, we had to use the stars and they don't give us any discount for the inconvenience.

Great front desk service. Rooms were good but one night I saw some ants hiding in the lamp thus minus 1 star. I'd still come back if they have rooms under $110 but if more I might try some place else even though this place is closest to my destination.

Everyone was really nice and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The bed was too hard for my taste but that isn't the hotel's fault. Not much sound proofing, the reason I took 1 star away, and you could hear children running up and down the hallway and people walking back and forth up above us. Too noisy to sleep very well.

Overall great experience. The staff is very friendly, helpful. Made you feel welcome and never like an inconvenience. Front desk took the time at check in to print me a map for a Max stop when I had questions about the best one to use. I was disappointed when I checked in to our Queen 1 bedroom suite to find there was no door separating the living area and bedroom even though one is shown on the virtual tour. I wasn't sure sure if I remembered correctly from when I booked the room to when we checked in that there was one shown, therefore I didn't mention it to the staff. I have since looked again at the virtual tour and it shows one. A suggestion I would like to make it add highchair (s) to the breakfast area. Not having one made breakfast with a 1 1/2 year old interesting. She did not like having to sit on a lap when she's used to having her own place at the table.

Pretty good value, in fact excellent for the price I thought. The hot breakfast was great. Small outdoor pool which in the warm months was sufficient to enjoy with children. Great selection of channels for the cable TV. The exercise room was there but limited and the treadmill was sticky which could have resulted in an injury. The ice machine was out of order. As far as looks go it doesn't compare to some of the more luxurious places but overall I thought it was a better value especially considering all the amenities. It's along the train line though so you'll need to make sure your windows are shut at night or it'll wake you up unless you sleep like a rock. I felt like Joe Pesci in my cousin Vinny. In fairness though, I think I recall having had the same problem with the train and the noise when I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott across town. For the price it was very good.

We had a problem with our first room on our second day, when we called front desk they dealt with immediately and moved us. The rooms are clean, and the bathrooms were nicer than we expected. The water is definitely hot and good water pressure. Can be noisy if a train is going by. That is not a thing that bothered us. Within fifteen to twenty minutes to Portland by car. Overall we would stay here again. Also air conditioning was great considering how hot it was during our stay.

Clean, affordable, didn't mind me park8ng my truck and trailer in their lot during my stay. Even let me drop the trailer and leave it so I could run to the store. Would definitely recomend.

There is a typical breakfast choice. But, the pool was dirty and when we came back after the day was over, we got "new" coffee cups. The coffee cups were very dirty. Hope the cleaning service get better soon.

We were in desperate need of finding a last minute place to stay after a bad experience at our last hotel. It was pretty late and a lot of the hotels we stopped at were closed. We finally stopped at the Comfort Inn hoping we could get a room. The receptionist at the front desk, Jessica I believe, was extremely helpful and made it very easy for us to get a room. She was very sweet and made us feel very welcomed. It was very reassuring to feel like we were in good hands especially after our last experience. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! Amazing service.

Good bedding but good luck finding sleep. First room — TV didn't work. Second room — AC kept shutting off. Then would stay off for 20-30 minutes before turning on. I had the temperature set for 60 degrees and it was definitely not 60 in the room or even near the AC. Early morning as people started using the bathrooms, you could hear the water through the pipes. With an malfunctional AC there was nothing to drown out the noise. Result: 4 hours of sleep.

We stay here fairly often as a central meeting location for a sister visit with our mother. We love the staff and the location. It is in the process of being updated and the changes are very nice. It's great to see them taking steps to maintain cleanliness and freshness.

Best rooms and awesome employees. I stay here all the time. They even have real eggs for breakfast. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The newly renovated rooms are nice. Had to switch rooms due to some cleaning oversight. Very good breakfast options.

My parents were staying here during the weekend of my graduation. The rooms were clean and the continental breakfast was a nice addition.

Nice suite. About the only thing wrong was the batteries in the TV remote were dead.

OK so after a long hotel search we (me mom dad) found this hotel in Beaverton. It was nice inside. The beds were soft and the pillows were soft and some hard lol. I liked the window it was easily openable and the view was good. The bathroom was good too. The people on the other side of the wall were noisy. Oh, and I found some ants, one in the bed, in the cup, and on the curtain. Pool was closed. Nice area. The black bear diner was good. And the room setup was professional. Overall 5 stars.

Clean rooms and the breakfast was good. Only complaint I have is the Wi-Fi is abit slow.

If I could write a review that was less than one star, I would. This is by far the nastiest hotel I have ever seen. I walked In and was immediately afraid to touch the door. I stepped into the room and it was awash of dank, rank and nasty. I walked over to the bed to pull back the blankets and bugs were there staring at me like I had disturbed their restful sleep. Completely and absolutely foul. I would prefer to sleep in the rental car over this place.

My stay at comfort Inn was unfortunately not very comfortable. The hall ways had leaks throughout every floor and smelled of moled and dampness and when informing the supervisor kureen about this she told me "it is what it is", "you don't have to stay here". After all this, upon checkout they had the audacity to charge my credit card 350.00 for preexisting damage on a 10 year old cabinet… If you like your card being charged unexpectedly without your consent, leaky hallways, and very unprofessional management, this hotel delivers.

Stayed a LOT longer than we intended. Staff was always professional and friendly. Breakfast room was always well stocked and clean. Housekeepers don't skimp or cut corners. Comfortable beds.
