Discriminatory staff that are dishonest and distasteful. Absolutely appalling service and will never go back. Had a "feeling" to not rent a room. Pos dump anyhow.

Very clean and spacious rooms. 500% better than the rodeway I stayed in last month in order to stay close to the airport.

The room was big and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The best part was the size and style of the shower. We did a one night stay after a long drive and the shower was just wonderful. The hot breakfast was delicious was plenty of options. Staff was kind and helpful.

All staff are friendly and kind, especially Eva! Thank you for making this part of my travel nightmare much more pleasant! Breakfast was waiting for the tired travellers who just spent 12 hours on a plane.

Just got here breakfast I don't know about the rooms are big bed is comfortable. Right off the highway the gentleman that check me in was nice. It is right off the highway but you don't hear the road noise. There is no elevator but that's perfectly fine.

Excellent experience. Restful sleep on a comfortable bed. Nice spread of breakfast items with the rare maple doughnut. Good rate and nice rooms.

We stayed at the Pasco WA. Sleep In. We were there for three days. Very clean rooms very clean and tasty free contintal breakfast we were hoping to get a multi night discount but they did have that abailible. But it was worth the price.

Room was good minus phone didn't work. Nbd. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was near rear stairs and it wasn't loud which was great. Breakfast was exactly as expected. Pretty decent spread for continental breakfast. Reason for one star missing is the pool and hot tub did smell like it had not been shocked or cleaned in some time but the staff gave us $20 off for the inconveniences.

Comfortable beds, good breakfast, helpful staff, great housekeeping. No bathtub. Pool was a little cold, but my kids loved it. Located close to bus stop, and right off interstate exit. Would stay here again.

You get what you pay for with this hotel. Reasonably priced with descent quality. Breakfast was okay but again, it's not the Hilton. Anything that wasn't working was fixed immediately as soon as we brought it to the staff's attention. If you are on a budget but, still want descent quality, I strongly recommend this hotel!

Clean room + comfortable bed; nevertheless, we had to change our 'smoke-free' room to another because it smelled smoky. On a final note, front desk employees were attentive, helpful, and prompt.

This is a great hotel. The breakfast in the morning is fantastic as there is a little bit of everything. It's pretty close to most things. The room was great. It had a mini fridge, microwave, closet and huge walk in bathroom. I'd definitely come back here to stay.

Room and public areas were very clean and in good upkeep. Bed was comfortable. Didn't care for the Continental breakfast but it's pretty standard for hotel breakfast. Wi-Fi speeds were acceptable, though a bit slow during prime Netflix hours. Coffee was available in the lobby all day along with infused water and iced tea in the afternoons. Be aware they're aren't many restaurants in the area, expect a 10 minute drive for most dining options. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in town.

Location is good, right next to the highway. Not in walking distance of any stores or restaraunts but in close driving distance to plenty of both. Hotel staff has been super friendly and colors are calming and pleasant (greens, browns, creams, whites). Hotel comes with complimentary breakfast and rooms are nice and spacious.

We always stay here on our way through and it is very clean the staff is nice and the food in the morning is great we never had a problem with them very happy will continue to stay there.

This place is really amazing and I absolutely loved it. They let my dog stay in our room and the lady at the counter is super friendly I really love her! She made the place feel ALOT more welcoming. The food wasn't as bad as I bought it would be and I enjoyed it. The pool is cool and so is the hot tub! I recommend staying here!

Was a great stay. Staff was polite provided plenty of help when needed. Breakfast provided was delicious. Will most likely stay again when traveling.

So far so good. Night 2 of 3 and we've slept pretty good. That's why we're here is to sleep.

They pulled the same pet damage scam on me that Kimberly Bryant experienced. They claimed my 8 pound dog left feces everywhere (not true) and a horrible odor. My word against theirs. I was very pleased until I saw my bank statement and saw they charged me over $100 without any notification of a problem. They have a shady scam thing going on here with pets. I travel with my dog everywhere and have never ever had an experience like this one. My dog went outdoors several time every day and took care of her business there. I pick up her leavings outdoors so others don't have to experience them; why would I allow or leave feces inside the room? She is a respectful girl and this fee was a sham based on lies. I won't stay at this motel either, and I visit Pasco at least monthly. Other than their nastiness and sneakiness with my little dog, I liked the place. If you do take a pet there, by all means take a picture of your room at check out. I was horrified and appalled and I think they have a racket going on.

It was a nice stay. The room was really pretty, up to date, and modern. Good variety for breakfast. But breakfast closed at 9 am. The pool also had bad hours. Sometimes us adults want to swim after the kids go to sleep. But overall, I would stay again.

Not bad for a night. Comfy rooms and a good night's sleep. I do wish the breakfast was more varied, but it was still good.

My hotel stay has been enjoyable. The breakfast in the morning is very good and has a lot of healthy options. When I walked in the door to check in for the first time I was greated by Victoria who honestly gave me the best greeting I have ever recived from a hotel front desk. Anytime I need something she is on it, with a smile. I stay in many different hotels, for work, throughout the northwest and as far as hospitality, this has been one of the best.

I arrived after a 4 hour drive to this wondeful hotel not only is it new and refreshing the staff are overly helpful very pleasent atmosphere welcomed by victoria working the front desk and helped me with every question with ease and comfort the rooms are beautiful and spacious and the king sized bed completly takes you in love love love this hotel and the staff.

The staff is so friendly. By far the best hotel I've ever been to. The rooms are very nice, and the price you pay for them is definitely a great deal. The hotel is located near a freeway, but the walls are insulated and you can barely hear the traffic. The only thing I was a little disappointed about was there are no bathtubs in the rooms, at least the one I was in. The hot tub made up for it, however, and it was nice to sit and relax in and then go for a dip in the swimming pool. They have ice water and coffee available 24/7 in the lobby, and I feel that is a great amenity. The breakfast was up to par for what you would expect for a hotel breakfast. Overall the hotel was very clean. Everything about this hotel made my vacation to Pasco very relaxing, and stress free! I would definitely stay at this hotel again, and would recommend this hotel for anyone who isn't sure what hotel to stay at when coming to the Tri-Cities!

I have stayed here many times and continue to come back week after week because this hotel is very clean, friendly and reasonably priced. The best part is checking in after a long day to be greeted by the most friendly front desk clerk I have ever seen-VICTORIA. She is very helpful and just her friendly voice and smile make traveling bearable. :-) Thanks Victoria! Keep up the smiles.

I've been staying at this Sleep Inn 50% of the time for about 18 months now. The rooms are clean, the location is great, and the staff is very accommodating. In particular, Victoria is usually on shift when I check in. She's very personable and always tries to brighten my day. Also, she makes the best cookies. Just thought you all should know.
