I like the idea and the location is great. However, the execution is a bit weak. We were dropped off at one building to get our keys and then had to drag our luggage a block to our unit in another building. The unit was clean but dated, very 50ish. The bedroom TV did not work (not a big deal to us) but there was no drawer space in the bedroom and only 7 hangers in the 3 closets. The pool and hot tubs were in the first building, a block away!

The place was amazing, great condition, and had an absolutely stunning view which I didn’t realize until we got into the unit. Some others have commented on the check in process being a little extra effort, I disagree, I thought it was super automated and hassle-free. Stay Alfred is very professional and allows for a very predictable check in process. 

The location could not have been better. The views were great. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. New and shiny, lots of windows. Had a luxury feel. We really enjoyed our stay.

The perfect location to explore the heart of Seattle. We were able to walk to most places like the pike place market, coffee shops, piers, restaurants, breweries, landmarks, etc. The place itself is modern, comfortable with awesome views (we had a unit that was right at the corner of the building on the 10th floor facing the art museum). Lots of amenities that we took advantage of like using the stove, fridge, washer and dryer. We felt right at home! Accessing the building was pretty easy. We had no car so we didn’t deal with parking. One thing I would suggest is to travel light if you expect to arrive before check in. You can’t check in and drop off your luggage before hand. However, a representative did suggest to use local union station to store our luggage. It was $10 a piece. We did that the last day after check out. Overall, it worked out for us. Other than that we had an amazing time! Thank you Stay Alfred! Oh btw, I agree with the best hair shampoo and conditioner and lotion. They were good quality. :)

Really great location. I called beforehand to see if they new any good parking places, and they gave me a good list, with contact information, for close by parking places, really helped when coming into town. The apartment itself was nice, fully stocked. Be sure to bring some extra toilet paper, since there isn't room service.

Excellent place to stay! My family and I (wife and two young kids) enjoyed the stay. Place was very clean with many amenities and well stocked. Quiet halls and decent views created a perfect environment for our family. We will definitely stay there again.

We arrived late (landed about 11:30), so were a little vexed with the key pick-up situation; however, it was only a minor speed bump, having to get the key in the building next door, as we were just pretty tired. Other than that, all was good. The apartment was clean, modern, and functional. There was a coffee maker, stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer unit, etc. We didn’t use much, but it was nice to be able to do a load of laundry or two (so to not accumulate excessive amounts of dirty laundry on an extended trip). The apartment was at a nice location, within a walk to the public market, multiple coffee houses, restaurants, bars/ distillery, and a museum just up the steps (very pretty with the dogwoods or cherry blossoms or whatever). What one can’t reach by way of walking, one can take a quick bus ride or Uber to the destination, such as the Space Needle, parks, or a variety of other museums (the beautiful glass museum was an amazing accidental find for us). From Seattle we took the ferry to Victoria, which was really cool, and though I can’t remember the name, it was located just down the road about a 1/2 mile from the apartment. Great trip all around and couldn’t have been more pleased with price, location, apartment condition, and communication with owner. We said it when we left, we’d definitely stay here again. Thank you!

3-star accommodations in a 5-star location. Worst parking situation I have seen, and there was used shampoo in the shower when we got there and a half bottle of vodka in the freezer. Our particular room had a weird layout, so the second bathroom felt like it was an afterthought, and the views out all the windows were into the offices about 30 feet away from us.

This group also uses airbnb and creates about 5 listings for each property. They flood the search results and they also display the incorrect price amounts. This is very deceptive and is a dirty tactic. Their service is horrible and overprices and also very inaccurate. Stay away from this.

What a dishonest company. Should be called Stay Away not Stay Alfred I would like to start by stating I have used VRBO many times in the past with great success. In fact, this is the first time I have been disappointed. My wife, mother, and I all decided to visit Nashville for a week. After reviewing the different VRBO’s, we decided on 11 North as our dream vacation stay. The property was promoted as 5 star accommodations centrally located in the center of Nashville. The ad included several pictures of the property and the unit. While the price was very high $350 to $430 per night during our stay, it appeared to be well worth it. Maybe I should have recognized this was a scam when the reply email came from a company and not an owner. None the less, we went to Nashville. After a long day of travel, our GPS indicated we had arrived at our destination. We looked around and found ourselves in an industrial area surrounded by huge storage yards, barbed wire, chain linked fences, old rusted out cars, and abandoned properties. To make matters worse, the property is on a busy street on one side and a highly active railroad on the other. There were large dump trucks and semi-trucks that run all day and all night. The trains seem to come every 30 minutes and never ended. As for the center of town, what a lie. It was at least a 1 mile walk up steep hills and through an extremely unsafe industrial area. When we arrived at the unit, we found our apartment.

Location, Location, Location! For the first-time Seattle visitors, the location was perfect! Pike's market place (10 minutes — — the unit had a full kitchen so we bought fresh seafood from the market place and cooked it at home! ), Westlake Monorail station (3, 4 minutes), Seattle center (15 minutes), Westin (where my husband had a week-long conference — right across the street! ), Whole Foods (found Whidbey Islands ice cream there and they were one of the best ice cream I had), Starbucks (right around the building, wait,, was it the same building? ) If it didn't rain, we would've walked everywhere (well I guess it'd be a little tough with our fussy 17 month-old who only sits in a stroller if he's about to fall asleep). The amenities were great, we loved the common area (we played peekaboo with our son there when it was raining), the pool/jacuzzi (we used it twice while we stayed there for 4 nights). I am so glad we found this place, compared to all the hotels we were looking at. We'd come back here again!

We stayed at Markside Flats. The apartment was very clean, well maintained, up to date and well stocked and the location was EXCELLENT. It is only about 1 1/2 blocks from Pike Place Market, down the stairs and across the street from the waterfront, and 1 1/2 blocks from the Light Rail to the airport (walk up Union Street to 2nd Ave. Cross the street, turn right and the entrance is about 1/2 block). The hop-on hop-off trolley stop is also nearby, although most things are within easy walking distance. The monorail is about 5 blocks away. The view from the large rooftop patio is wonderful as there is a parking lot across the street so nothing blocks the view of the waterfront. You have a card that allows access to the building and the roof from the street and a key for the apartment, so if is very secure. If you are walking, continue on 1st Avenue up the hill to Union Street where you can use your card to access the rooftop and then the elevator into the building, much easier than trying to get to the Union Street entrance off Western. If I ever return to Seattle I would definitely stay here again.

Booking with Alfred's was easy, and customer service was prompt via email. I liked the secure building and 24-hour check-in. View from Harbor Steps was great, and two-bedroom condo was HUGE. Great to have our own kitchen (well-equipped), plus the option of using onsite grills… which we did since the Pike Market was only two blocks away. Harbor Steps is convenient to everything, including public transit which is a snap… fun monorail to the Science Center Park, quick light rail to the airport, short walk to ferries and Pike Market. A well-stocked convenience store is right down stairs, and they have all the essentials and great hours.
