Nice hotel for crashing for a night after a late concert. Easy to get to, close to where we are going. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. I love the sign by the elevators that remind you the people are sleeping and they hope you had fun!

The staff are wonderful and full of suggestions for spots to visit. The rooms are clean, mostly modern and the beds were perfect. For the price and proximity to downtown, this place is a huge bargain, and I would 100% stay here again when travelling to Seattle. My only complaint is that 3 pillows for a queen bed for a two person room is not enough when some of the pillows flatten quite easily, I’m very glad I brought my own pillow from home. Thankfully the staff are more than willing to grab you an extra pillow. Despite being next to the Boeing airfield, you can’t hear any planes or the nearby freight train. All in all, give this place a go! The area might seem off-putting but it’s filled with so many gems from restaurants to beer stores. I never felt unsafe in this neighbourhood and I plan on coming back to stay here again.

I stayed two nights while recently in town for business. I found the general feel of the inn to be really warm & welcoming. The front desk staff were friendly & helpful. The room was comfortable & well-maintained. I have actually never had such a great & restful sleep anywhere but home before this stay. The bed was amazing. I also found the inn to be very quiet, I didn't hear people through paper thin walls. I would give a 5, but the continental breakfast options weren't very diverse, I ended up having to go somewhere for breakfast instead. Other than that, great place, free parking, good location, I'd stay again.

The Georgetown Inn is quite nice. The lobby is simple but tasteful, the staff extremely helpful and friendly, and the room comfortable. The room had a small fridge tucked away in an armoire, but no microwave. Also, there was a map of the neighborhood, and other helpful flyers in the room. The parking lot was a little interesting getting around in at first, but you get the hang of it after a bit. The location is south of downtown, so a little out of the way, but worked perfectly for what we were doing there.

This place is so welcoming! The staff is so helpful and facilities are great! It's also a quick 5 minute walk to the great Georgetown city center with lots of events and quirky things to do. Stay here!

Nice place to stay for work. Not close to a lot of attractions, however worked well for the places I needed to travel. There are NO grocery stores in the area which was a negative as I needed a few things. The front desk has coffee/tea all the time, and has a light breakfast, which was nice and unexpected. They also let me Check in VERY early which was great as I was arriving after traveling for 8 hours.

Clean rooms. Updated hotel is going for an artsy vibe. Local tasty restaurants within walking distance. Cute industrial-artsit neighborhood. Hard to park in a bigger rig.

The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. The staff give this place a very home-y feeling. They were very considerate about the construction outside by providing ear plugs. They do provide quick breakfast (bread, fruits, tea, coffee). The rates were also very reasonable, and I will definitely come back.

Nice hotel with neat decor in the lobby & halls. Also had a really great continental breakfast and had tea and coffee out all the time. It was close by to where we needed to be and we even got to visit the big hat and boots nearby!

We loved staying here! Great food close by and the staff had some wonderful recommendations for places to go. We will be back!

Great location, easy access to I-5, the stadiums and downtown. Beautiful boutique type hotel with cool decor and AWESOME staff!

Very very nice for the price! Why pay double and fight traffic in downtown Seattle, when you can stay at this hip recently updated hotel in Georgetown, walking distance from some great eats and drinks? Take a 15 min Lyft to downtown rather than pay for parking. Some truck rumbling on street at night, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper, but very comfy beds and good, quiet AC that kept us nice and warm in February.

My family consisting of me, my husband, my daughter and granddaughter stayed here for a couple of nights. We had a suite which included a full sized fridge, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and living room with a fold out couch, 2 lounge chairs and decent sized TV. The separate bedroom was spacious with a queen size bed and TV. It literally felt like our own apartment. The constant well selected music in the lobby always made me smile and the staff was extremely friendly and a pleasure to talk with. I've been coming to Seattle for the past 10 years and wish I had known about this place a long time ago. Quaint, close to everything. Bottom line, this place ROCKS! I've paid so much more for pretentious, overpriced rooms with way less comfort. This place is a gem. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

Due to the leadership of the GM Rich, this is a very welcoming and clean hotel. I'd recommend it for good, simple, basic, friendly lodging.

Great place to stay. Excellent sraff, ready to answer your questions. Easy to find off the freeway, but not so close it keeps you up. Very nice setup for breakfast.

This is the best kept secret in Seattle! The staff is amazing. That's why we came back. This is our 2nd time staying here. Lots of restaurants & bars within walking distance, too.

Clean updated room, super comfy beds and pillows! You can hear some of the planes going into Boeing field but they provide earplugs in case it bothers you. I kind of liked it! Georgetown is a great burb of Seattle. Lots to do, great food, history, music etc. Flight museum is close by and so amazing! Easy access to downtown, etcetera. I'm a local and was pleasantly surprised by this place. ☺️

Clean. Safe. Near great food and bars in an industrial and vibrant art community. This rehabbed hotel provides relatively inexpensive lodging. No pretense. They even have a sauna and washer and dryer. Mini fridge was a bonus. You're treated to 2 heart shaped chocolates from Fran's. While the rooms are small, they are clean. I had a good night's sleep. Will stay here again.

Great hidden gem. I will be back. Very nice and very clean.

On the up side: The staff are extremely nice, very helpful and accommodating. Although it is a nonsmoking facility, the first room they put us in reeked of cigarette smell. They got us another room with no fuss. On the down side: Loud traffic, plugged pluming, bathroom door that won't shut and odors of mold and mildew.

Receptionist was pleasant, rooms were clean and modernised, nice selection on breakfast. Only reason I give it 4 stars is because it was pretty loud (due to the industrial area, but also the hotel walls are thin) and the AC didn't work very well. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

I was questioning the qualify of this hotel. My husband booked it and he leans toward the cheap side. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and surprisingly quiet. We walked around the neighborhood and found quaint shops and amazing tacos! The bed was firm and comfortable. My husband and I both slept well even though he prefers a softer bed. Will definitely go back to Georgetown Inn next time we need to sleep over in Seattle.

Nice place, friendly people! Few amenities, but clean and stylish. Several bars and food spots within walking distance. Reasonable prices, not too touristy. Would definitely recommend to someone who wants to experience the city or a baseball game without paying as much.

I highly recommend this gem for any stay! The owner and staff goes above and beyond. They are all very polite. The plant and art decor is a nice touch. It shows that the room is regularly visited for care. The continental breakfast was wonderful as well. As I grabbed the last fruit, yogurt and granola cup, I noticed the woman at the front desk disappear for a moment and quickly emerge with 2 fresh replacements. It's in a busy area. The rooms are surprisingly quite and I didn't need the earplugs. It's thoughtful they provide them for light sleepers though. Each hotel key has a different picture of a landmark in the area. The Wi-Fi passwords were adorably creative. And I had to fight a deep urge to take one of the pillows in the room they were so comfortable. While simple, no details were left untouched. Being right off the highway, it's convenient for travel. There are also several restaurants, bars and stores within walking distance. I really enjoyed the arcade bar and comic book/record store just around the corner. I am thankful for the souvenir that Richard gave me. Again, just above and beyond in every aspect.

Love this place! Quiet. Great staff! Free laundry. Close to great pubs and restaurants! Organic breakfast free.

Rooms have all new furniture and have been repainted but the building is very old. Great place for an affordable, clean Stay without the extra amenities of a nicer hotel.

Staff was great actually went above and Beyond even right next to to major Streets I-5 and Boeing airport Rooms were really Quite! Staff was on the Ball with opening the handicapped Doors when they saw us Pushing in people I'm our party in Wheel chairs and carts of Luggage! Would definitely Stay here again!

My partner and I stayed for two nights this past week (March 9th-11th). It was a lovely stay. The staff was friendly, the room was cozy, bed was comfy and the shower was nice and warm. The location was quiet yet close to the slights/downtown. Breakfast was basically coffee, tea and fruits for us. But us being vegan, that's all we need. Speaking of which, I did not expecting the shampoo, conditioner and the soap to be cruelty free/vegan. Big plus on my end. Only small annoyance I had was the room key with a big metal key chain attached to it. But that's not going to stop me from coming here again. I have never done a review before, but this place… I felt the need to do so. Recommending this place to all. Keep up the good work. 10/10.

I enjoyed my time at this hotel. There was covered parking, and chocolates on the notepad they give you, on the room desk! The staff was welcoming and hip, and I was sure to get up early for the continental breakfast — which had a little of everything. Admittedly there was a bit of noise throughout the night, cars outside with loud music, and noise in the hallways I guess, but I was dead tired so I didn't let it bother me. My bed was super comfortable, more so than previous hotel beds I've slept in. I chose this hotel because it was within walking distance from the Event center I was attending that evening (which worked out very conveniently — I kept my car at the hotel lot for the night. ) They offer a free laundry room, there's a vending machine, and there is always coffee and tea available in the lobby! I think I also saw a small gym area, when I briefly got lost in a hallway. I wish I wasn't so tired, I definitely would've taken advantage of what they had to offer; maybe next time.

My parents stayed here over the weekend and I had a chance to check out the hotel when visiting them. From the outside it doesn't look like much but when inside it's pleasantly clean and welcoming. The host at the front desk was friendly and helpful, I would recommend to anyone looking for a budget hotel in the Seattle area.

Never been treated so rudely. Discrimination at its worst. After being recommend the gas station for dinner I was done. Thanks for making me feel so uncomfortable. Shame on you, your owner, and your team.

Cool inn in sodo, we were going to seatac the next morning and it was a quick drive. The bed was comfortable and everything worked as expected. The organic coffee, tea, and in-room soap and shampoo were a nice touch. Would definately stay here again.

Nice, welcoming place. Clean and spacious, nothing extraordinary, just a plane Jane hotel, in one of the oldest parts of Seattle. Great location, great affordable price, I'll be coming back!
