Great part of the city to be in if you want to be close to the market as well as the stadium. Both are pretty much within 10min walking distance. There is a 7/11 about a block away to grab drinks and waters for the mini fridge. I don't like the fact the Wi-Fi is not password protected but it's pretty fast compared to most other hotels.
A very nice hotel. Staff was accommodating to special requests. Hotel is close enough to Pike's place and there are plenty of restaurants within two blocks.

I've been here for over a year and I just think this place is great. I have an amazing view of the bay and I'm right across from the Pioneer Square tunnel station. My one-bedroom unit has a washer and dryer and dishwasher and everyone that I've met here so far is very friendly and respectful. There are lots of good bars and cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood, and despite what a lot of people think, the area actually feels pretty safe at night. The police are almost always around. Yes the streets do smell like urine a lot of the time and people will constantly ask you for money but that doesn't mean the place is unsafe. You can sometimes hear people yelling on the street late at night but up on the 7th floor it's never a major disturbance. Places like Belltown and Capitol Hill would be much noisier. I'm really grateful to have such a nice downtown apartment at a good price.
