Nice place. Good food and drinks.

I would never stay here again. Very old and outdated. The room we stayed in was clean but the clock didn’t work, TV channels were not working, beds were hard as a rock and there was a noise in the wall that sounded like a really loud drip. Called the front desk to see about moving 4 times but no one ever answered. It reminds me of a motel 6 before they did an upgrade. If there was a star rating it would be a 1 star!

Great hotel and very affordable for the quality of accommodations. Very friendly staff and they helped out with an early check-in (definitely call first to see if it's available if you're thinking of trying to check in early, though). They allow pets for a very reasonable fee. The room was huge and had extended-stay type accommodations. Highly recommend this place and will stay with them again when I return!

Pros: Friendly, personable, helpful staff. Decent rooms, comfortable beds. Continental breakfast was ok. Cons: Pool had been closed for months which wasn't mentioned when I made the reservations. An indoor pool was why I chose this hotel. It did open during our stay, but all the new paint in the bottom of the pool bubbled up and started to come off the bottom. Hotel restaurant was not good — probably the worst hotel food I have ever had.

The hotel room was nice and clean. VERY pet friendly, they had little doggie treat bags at checkin. The food and drinks were also good.

Spacious rooms, friendly staff. Restaurant has standard fare, seemed a little pricy but food was good. Beers on tap are great.

Keys don’t work… Every time you go to the room so if you like visiting the front desk 10 to 15 times a day it’s a pleasant experience… otherwise for the rest of us who would just rather get about our day I would advise staying somewhere else. Direct quote “yeah this happens often, I should ask my manager about it. ” Ya think?

Great location. Good clean room. I stayed overnight in 2 bed room on 3rd floor.

The hotel staff were friendly and some of the most accommodating I've ever encountered! They really go that extra few miles to make your stay fantastic.

Simple rooms with adequate service. The complimentary breakfast was low on food at 8:30am. The beds were a little stiff. The hotel is across the street from a cemetery, but you can see the WSU campus.

Great front desk. Rooms acceptable, beds really firm and pillows sub par, bathrooms have bare necessities, TV a tiny 27 inch, breakfast sub par.

The night crew was friendly the morning crew was irritated and short tempered. Ran out of bacon at 7:30 am at the breakfast. And I would really suggest cleaning the rooms a little better for the price you are charging. Not sure if some of the cleaning ladies makeup just got on the towels or if they were just re used.

The restaurant is very good and a good price for the food. The food can take a little bit of time but it is worth it. I haven't stayed in the rooms so I can't speek to the quality of the hotel side, but walking through the lobby it looks nice and the staff are very friendly.

Rooms are clean and the food in the restaurant is average. Service is nice and willing to help.

We always love staying here when in Pullman. Close to down town and always with great prices and rooms.

Great service stayed here a couple weeks while working down there price was good rooms where clean and nice.

Bed was not comfortable and the pillows are very low quality. Service in the restaurant was very poor. We chose this hotel because it had a restaurant and we waited for 10 minutes and no one even came to say hello so finally, we went back up to our room and ordered pizza. I do not recommend this hotel.

Great staff and good drinks! Smoke more of your food with those awesome smokers!

Decent food that was a bit over-priced. Small selection of ice cold brewskis on tap, but found a few winners to crack open with the boys. Broadcasting legend Bob Robertson gave my kids a bag of chips, so it's got that going for it.

I have not stayed overnight, but have had lunch and dinners there many times. The servers are very nice, but the food is more off than on. The menu keeps changing and the items we all go for have been removed, or they changed because of events. The quality and expertise is not there, which is too bad because it's a wonderful dining room and bar.

Prettier view than anyplace else in Pullman. Nice family run place, a little dated but the price was right. The 12 oz ribeye for dinner sand garlic mashed potatoes was just delicious!

It was quick and easy checking in. The room was VERY clean. It IS a pet friendly place to stay. The buffet breakfast was very good. Customer service was great. Nice people. Quiet too. I slept like I havent in a long long time. A+)

Nice place to stay in Pullman. Restaurant/bar staff we kind and the food and drinks were good. Beds were a little firmer than expected.

I started staying here in June of 2016 for Weaks at a time on business as I am a contractor. The owners are vary sweet. The managers awesome the rooms are spacious and always clean. Although I was missing a phone once lol. The bars nice the food is great The only thing breakfast lacks is a waffle maker haha. The coffee is so darn good! And don't let me get started with the most kind, generous, talkative and just awesome front desk receptionist. Since the 1st day I stayed every one who works there has been nothing but kind! I've met some really great people staying there and made some great friends over the course of months. All in all if I had to stay in another hotel in Pullman the hilltop would be the only place I'd go! Even though I'm now renting an apartment I have dubbed this hotel my second home. Ps. I'll probably be back lol.

Nice view from room, very good breakfast. Enjoyed the hot tub, relaxing after a wedding.

Clean, beds were horrible, staff very friendly. You could hear others in theor rooms like they were in the room with you. Will not stay again.

Great rooms, has a pool, good view, continental breakfast is great. Pool is good enough to swim in, but nothing extravagant.

The rooms were nice and spacious. The free breakfast met my expectations. If I'm in the area again, I would consider staying here a second time.

Ok restaurant. Unflavored steak. Smh. Ok hotel Good customer service. Lil bit over priced though. 188 for a single bed. It does have a hot tub. But the water came out nasty lookin so im not using that… Also just tried to give there restaurant another chance. I would not reccommend it. No fresh ingredients at all.

Great rooms at a great rate. Dinner in the restaurant was great too. Stayed here while working weekly on a project for 6 weeks. Never a complaint.

Excellent place to stay and nice people! Food is also good, especially the lavish breakfast. I lost my passport while leaving, which they later found out and shipped it to my next destination at their own expense. Thanks a ton!

Went to dinner during Restaurant Week here in Pullman. Quick and friendly service, great cocktails, very good food! My only criticism is that my steak was slightly overcooked (received medium rare instead of rare), but it was a minor detail. Would definitely visit for dinner again!

Although this place isn't the most awful I've visited I feel these beds are wayy to hard as I feel every spring. It's equivalent to sleeping on the floor unfortunately. The pool and spa is pretty icky looking too! But like I said, certainly not the worst place I've ever stayed but also not the best.

Nice, but pricey. You can't expect to charge game day prices when it's not game day. Ask for a discount off-season. Great BBQ when available!

The greatest sin — the bed was hard. The others: for a local place the breakfast was dull, biscuits cold, there was a wad of gum on the bottom of the morning pool, there were no blankets in the room — only thin comforters. The fellow who stirred the eggs also had a filthy chef shirt on that was half tucked in and dealt with a dustpan after dealing with the food. I checked out the next day for another hotel that was infinitely better for $11 more.

We had a very positive experience, from booking the hotel, to staying for 3 days/ 2 nights. The rooms were updated, the TV was a large flat screen, the room was large and clean, the mattresses were very comfortable. We also took advantage of the indoor pool & hot tub. They were clean, and very few other people were using them, so usually had them to ourselves. I went to the hospitality desk on several occasions, and was treated very respectfully each time. The weather was rainy & blustery, so we ended up spending more time at the hotel than expected. This was my first time to visit the Pullman area, and my experience at the Hilltop Inn helped make it great.
