Great hotel, great location and cool bartender Matt!

We were placed here after losing our house in a fire and I can't begin to tell you how awesome everyone here has been!
I usually have a lot of problems because I'm deaf but they have bent over backwards to make me feel comfortable and at ease.

It was very nice the pool was awesome.

Amazing customer service, they all smile and are very helpful. Check in was perfect, pool time excellent, breakfast set up was yummy with a good variety, kitchenette had most of your basics to prepare a meal along with grilling utensils or a slow cooker. All around they take care of their staff (by the happiness they have at work) and customers. The facilities are clean clean.

We got the presidential suite, (2 bed 2 bath and a couch bed in the living room). The hotel is close to the mall which has a lot of food options/stores. There was thermostat/AC in the room and lots of outlets to charge devices and you can hook up your Switch to the TV easily if you have it. The cleaners also restocked inventory of paper towels. There is indoor parking that you can access with your hotel key card and you might be able to get a spot close to the elevator. There is a a breakfast at this place that comes with your stay with pretty good food for free. Overall, very satisfied.

Clean hotel, great front desk service. Rooms can be a bit tight depending on which side of the hotel you are located. Coffee and cocoa in the lobby. There is a grill you can use out front or you can cook in your room on the stovetop. We were told that you can borrow salad bowls (I called ahead) but when I got there someone had “already rented the salad bowls” so we ended up serving salad out of ziplock bags. I would have brought my own if I’d know they only had a couple or needed to be rented. That was bizarre. Mattress in room (I think 306? ) was terrible, big impression on my side so I woke up in the middle of the night with terrible heartburn from sleeping at a negative angle; that has never happened before so I was totally unprepared. Would stay again and just be prepared to sleep upside down.

Nice, quiet location close to groceries and restaurants. Shares a pool and exercise room with Springhill. Decent free breakfast.

Friendly and helpful staff. They all felt like friends to us. They knew that a bunch of us had to shove off before 6AM and made breakfast bags to go for us. That was so thoughtful.
The facility was clean and the bed was great for sleeping.
We didn’t use the full fridge or cooktop as it was only a short one night stay, but it’s nice to know they’re available for longer stays.
Overall, staying here enhanced our experience in Washington.

Spacious rooms with good amenities. The complimentary breakfast was pretty standard. Overall, nothing jumped out as exemplary but I would recommend a stay. Another bonus is it's within 5-10 minutes of the airport.

The front desk personnel were very cooperative and friendly. I enjoyed my stay there they, dated any questions that I had for them. Will book again when I’m in the area!

Staff are pleasant and almost always helpful. You can use the pool & exercise room that are shared w Springhill Suites, and Springhill has a good restaurant and bar, and you can have hot breakfast buffet at either place, but Springhill has a little more.

I have always had a good stay at Town Place suites. The beds are new and comfortable, the rooms are clean and the facilities are great. I've always enjoyed the pool and the gym and the morning buffet breakfast is awesome. It is so great that they have a proper breakfast with bacon and eggs. I'll be back again for sure.

The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable and the facilities are always clean. They also have good breakfast, we will surely stay here again!

Their front desk service is great. But the maid service sucks. They dont clean your room at all. They may leave clean towels every now and then. They dont change the sheets. I had to wash my own sheets and towels. They dont valcum, sweep nor wipe off anything. I had to literally stay in the room and watch them to make sure they did their job. They are lazy!

Super clean, great breakfast, affordable, laundry facilities are awesome, great location, excellent pool and hot tub, and everything you need in a room.

Great rooms, parking and excellent service. My only major complaints is that the room I stayed in didn't feature any windows that could be opened, which made the rooms somewhat uncomfortably hot during the night, and that the free breakfast wasn't the best, but passable for free food.

We were very happy with our accommodations here overall. Great breakfast, too.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Horrible place to stay especially for the amount they charge here. Our stay was horrible fof thanksgiving weekend, Lindsey at the front desk was very rude, the rooms were very dirty and pets are allowed here which stunk up the whole place! Will never stay here again! Our shower wouldnt drain and we werent even given toilet paper in our room! The only good thing about this hotel is the breakfast!

Well designed suites, very European-style. Comfortable and clean. The staff are super nice, even the lady vacuuming in the hall! Breakfast included, which is a great perk. It had a wide variety of options, birth hot & cold.

Reasonable, clean, in a quiet area. Well designed for pets, ample parking, and full fridge, dishwasher, microwave and two-plate stovetop. Bar/restaurant open to 11pm on Saturday (10 on weeknights), which is pretty unusual for a small town hotel.

After calling ahead to ask about check I time and being told 3pm. It was awesome to arrive at 430 and the have to wait for a room. Nothing like lobby sitting after a day of traveling. Due to the delay I was upgraded to a one room suite and I changing my review.

Lovely Marriott property! Face it, you stay with a brand you know because you know how they'll treat you and you know what to expect. This place doesn't disappoint. The staff is attentive and efficient. The facility is clean and well-maintained and relatively quiet. You're right by a Starbucks and a Costco, not to mention the largest mall between Vancouver and Seattle. Plus, it's part of the Marriott family.

As always, we love the Marriott Hotels and this one was great too. Very comfortable and clean. Great staff too. The checkin n checkout with the Marriott was really cool n easy. Will definitely recommend this place especially for families. I have 2 pieces of feedback though.
1. There was only 1 bath towel in the room even though it was clear from the reservation that it will be occupied by 3. I had to make a couple of follow ups to get extra towels. I expect these things to be taken care of by Marriott without reminders.
2. It will be great if they had smart TVs in guest rooms so guests can watch popular streaming like Netflix, Amazon etc using their own subscriptions. It's a great choice to have. Marriott is my favorite brand and I will continue to stay with them. Cheers!

Great place to stay, very quiet and well kept. Good drinks and bar area.

I have to first say we usually stay at trendier and more upscale locations… but Bellingham is somewhat limited in our type of preferred hotels… and we were overall impressed with this place. Just to be clear we stayed at the Towneplace suite and not the ones next door. The rooms were super clean. We got the 2 bedroom suite, with 3 beds and everyone was comfortable. At check-in unfortunately our rooms were not ready, and it was 5pm. Front desk was super apologetic and let us all take something from the snack bar to hold us over for 10 minutes while they finished up. That is the only reason I did not give 5 stars. Had that not been an issue, this would have exceeded our expectations as honestly we came in with lower expectations as implied at the beginning. Only other recommendation would be at the next interior paint job, don't go with yellow again for some of the walls… maybe that is just my preference :)

A very clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay in Bellingham. Megan at the front desk was very friendly and efficient, offering us. Water and directions to her favorite restaurants to try. The studio room was well stocked with all the kitchen and bath products you need, along with a digital safe. We look forward to staying with you again.

The location was great, only a few minutes from a large mall. The rooms were amazing, one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Very modern decoration, clean and all around a good hotel. The swimming pool is nice also, perfect temperature and great layout.

Rooms and clean and cozy. The building and facilities seem well cared for or new. Breakfast was above average, but still a hotel breakfast, so don't expect gourmet options. :)

Was not welcoming for EV drivers. Had I parked in a regular parking stall to patronize their dining facilities, they would have been plesant. I went in for a beverage and started charging and they stated that charging is for overnight guests only. They started to become fairly unwelcoming despite having another available charging spot. Worst part is that they still made a profit off of my beverage and they defended their policy over ten cents of electricity. Oxford Suites down the street has their EV charging available for all customers and is a better facility to pick up a quick charge.

Very clean, seems brand new. Views are great from the top floors. Staff is very attentive and eager to please. Love that there is an attached restaurant/bar.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We've just been loving our stay here. Great amenities: swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room, free coffee tea hot chocolate that's available 24/7, laundry facilities a lounge and a restaurant. You would love it here. Just all around Bellingham friendliness.

Stayed 4 nites and room was only cleaned once. Noise from road.

My sister flew in from AK and stayed at towneplace. She had a terrible experience at first. The lady at the front desk was not accompanied with a manager at all so she fumbled around like an idiot trying to figure out how to check her into her room. The next day they pulled this crap on her saying that she needed a signature on the card paying for the room to stay there. That would have been nice to know YESTERDAY. Oh and she didnt get room service to clean up the beds and everything until she asked the maids coming around ON HER THIRD DAY. Real attentive guys. A mess of a conversation with a few guys later and the GM, which is the manager for BOTH towneplace AND springhill, came in and sorted the whole thing out. They were really nice to her after that. Oh and the bartender for the place is awesome. Really nice. TL;DR could use an extra manager around to sort out the inexperienced staff members, the bar tender is awesome, nice place otherwise. Oh and the art in the building is pretty boring. Just a side note.
