Staff very helpful and friendly. In moses lake. Butte montana quality inn was terrible. Felt like a homeless shelter. Thr staff all kids around cook did good. Thus is on Butte mt. Moses lake was great.

Great place to stay awesome rooms. Supper nice people at the front desk. I highly recommend this to everyone one.

This was an awesome place to stay the rooms were nice and clean they looked clean they were clean they smell clean the front desk staff was very very professional helped us with anything and everything that we needed and everything went well had a wonderful night sleep very quiet please large truck spot to park large trucks and plenty of parking.

Horrible hotel. The room we stayed in looks nothing like the photos online. The safe didn’t work, the duvet was stained, there was hair stuck to the ceiling. The chair in the room was stained and worn and the carpet was disgusting; I couldn’t go without shoes. And to make the stay even better, we were in the room right across from the stairs. Extremely noisy. I have stayed at the motel 6 up the street and it’s cleaner than the quality inn. We ended up checking out early because we couldn’t stand the nastiness. I would not recommend and will not be staying in any quality inn, again.

DO NOT STAY! BIO HAZARD! BLOOD BORN DISEASE HAZARD! have never been so disgusted in my life! Linda the Manager has the same response in every review but never does anything. CONDOM under the bed, snot on the comforter, blood stains on the pillow and blanket, the floor was so sticky your shoes get stuck, POOP ON THE TOILET SEAT! THE cleaning ladies DID NOT HAVE COMFORTERS ON THEIR CARTS! We left after 2 hrs of debating. I will get mt money back or see that the place is condemned!

I stayed one night at this Quality \inn, and I would like to say that the staff is wonderful, they couldn't have been nicer or I could not have been treated better, the hotel needs a good renovating, the rooms are pretty good, I found my room clean and all the bedding was clean, nothing wrong with the rooms if you can get past the exterior of the building and the rugs in the hallway, They really need to clean up the outside grounds and they could pass, especially with the nice staff that they have, at night serving homemade soup and a good breakfast in the morning. Thank you ladies for accommodating me. I am very grateful.

This is an old building. They have tried hard to up grade with new furniture but there are still holes in walks behind night stands. Room was way too small for the king size bed. Staff were wonderful. Yummy chocolate cookies upon arrival.

We enjoyed our stay from 8/11 thru 8/13/18. JoAnn at the front desk was wonderful, she saved some cookies for my 7yr old grandson since we wouldn't be back in time. The beds were extremely comfortable as well as the pillows. I do have a couple of suggestions. More outlets (such as lamps with plug ins or power strips) and better ventilation in the bathroom. Wasn't our first time staying, and it won't be our last.

Absolutely the most comfortable bed I've slept in next to my own. JoAnn (front desk) was so friendly! Actually saved a few cookies for my son since he wouldn't be here when they put them out. Only thing I had a problem with was where to charge my phone or really anything I needed to plug in. I've stayed here before and would do it again.

The only reason for 2 stars is because the staff was super friendly. This hotel looks OK on the surface, but they do not pay attention to detailed cleanliness. The beds were comfy and seemed clean, but the air conditioner looked like it had mold on the side as well as mold in the shower. There were chips left in the bottom drawer of the dresser, the shower rod was rusted and the bathroom fan was full of dust. My daughter wanted to make some tea, but the coffee pot in the room was covered in dust. I did not expect this for a $111.00 room. I did not get a picture of the pool, but I have never seen a hotel pool with green/gray water before, you could not see the bottom of the pool. I was told it was because they put salt in the pool because it was over-chlorinated. It just looked nasty and we did not want to swim in it.

One/half star less only because the rooms are just a LITTLE too little if you have even one kid to house with you. So this is really 4.5 stars. Fresh, homemade soup every evening. Pleasant staff who actually listened when I tried to explain about needing at least a FIRST floor two bed room. It didn't have to be a disabled room and the desk clerk took care of us. Clean, comfortable room with fully functioning AC. We will be back.

Room was clean. At 75 it would be 5 star. Many of the updates in our room we're not done well but we're good enough for 4 star. Staff was super nice and pool was good.

We stayed there and found the staff extremely friendly. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Loved the pool. We will definitely stay here again.

As a frequent traveler and user of motels/hotels I am not so happy with this motel. The customer service was very pleasant. The person at the front desk was very polite. The room however… was sub par for Quality Inn. The room had an Oder which was unexplained, the bedspread had cigarette burns on the ends, the shower was not as clean as it should be nor did it drain properly. The tub was above the ankle deep with water by the time the shower was completed. The room was medioker at best, altho the king bed was very comfortable. The hallway carpets were soiled and unclean. The continental breakfast was satisfactory and plentiful. I was impressed with the free soup and cookies during the evening hours. With the proper house keeping and maintenance this motel could be a 4-5 star establishment. I am giving this motel 3 stars because of the front desk staff on shift when we arrived. The front desk person made us feel very welcome and assured that we would be assisted should we need any. I do understand that this is an older building and needs some tlc, but the maintenance should be kept up no matter how old the building is. I will recommend this motel only on the hospitality and politeness of the staff.

The only reason one star was given is because the mattress was comfortable. I’ll start with check in. The girl who works overnight was very nice kudos to her! The rooms are dirty, well filthy. On the headboard you can see hand prints, from previous customers. The towels had yellow spots on it. The bathroom itself did not have an extractor and as a result their was mold all over the wall. I understand that an extractor may not be possible but the cleaning crew should be bleaching it. On day one the toilet clogged, the front desk was called and they sent someone up right away. Housekeeping came in with an unwrapped plunger and no shoes on. Day two it was 1105 and as my room was trying to get ready and check out housekeeping knocked on the door, we let them know we were working on leaving and she began to yell some things. That is unacceptable behavior. At check out the front desk person was informed once again the toilet was clogged and her response was “ I will let them know you clogged it” I repeated to tell her it clogged and she repeated emphasized “ yes you clogged the toilet” she stated this in a rude condescending manner, this is possibly the worst customer service that I have ever encountered at a hotel. I travel a lot through out the country and will never stay at a quality inn, as it has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Weird locations, but good rooms and great prices.

Everything is well up to my standards for the price of the hotel. The rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They have a pancake printer which is pretty cool. I wish they had a girlfriend printer. Oh well, maybe in 2020.

I stay there alot and they have always been great people they always work to acomidate me and its never been bad.

Of all the last 8 — 10 years we have come for a family reunion at this motel, this is the first time we have been disappointed and treated rudely. I personally called 3 weeks previously and asked about doing family karaoke and a chocolate fountain in the common/breakfast room. I was told it would be fine. Not one time did anybody mention a fee or that it might already be rented out. That was the first blow. Then, to find little baby sugar ants crawling all over the walls (entertaining, but not fun). We would have gone to another motel, but they would not refund my daughter and son-in-law's charge because the manager had `conveniently' left for the day. So, were pretty much forced to stay there. We weren't going to split the family in two different motels that were miles apart. We made do. When my husband and I checked out and told them about the ants, the manager again was `conveniently' gone for the day. Then the shower flooding in my cousin's room, just too much of the `not good'. We loved staying there in years past. We won't be going there again. So, just beware. It is no longer a 5 star motel. I only put a one star because it does have toilet paper and towels. Just watch out for ants.

Have stayed here 5 times in the last 8 years, after this last stay, we will never go back. Manager was very rude. We were verbally promised the breakfast room for our family gathering and then arrived to find that it was rented out, without having ever been informed that it was even available for rent. Multiple issues with rooms such as shower flooding the bathroom, fan broken, AC air vent broken, having to unplug the TV or cable box to use the coffee maker, no trash bags in any of the trash cans, etc. The hotel looks like it has been upgraded cosmetically, but there are serious underlying issues.

Its your standard budget motel, but offered free Wi-Fi and a sub-continental breakfast. The desk staff was less than courteous, but my expectations were not too high I assure you. The offered chili one evening that was fantastic. Yes I dared to try it with the fear of making several explosive bathroom trips, but to my surprise and amazement it was highly palletable. This was a last minute stay and it suited my needs. The window would not lock and you could hear every noise that the next rooms bed and bathroom were making throughout the night. When asked how my stay was. I told her the truth… she looked at me like I was the one taking illicit substances. Afterwords she thanked me for staying.

Customer Service was amazing. She's a total sweetheart. Rooms were clean bed was beyond comfortable. Was right off i90 which was super convienent. The hot water was absolutely amazing! Doors are a little loud when being opened and closed but for 79$ I was definitely happy with my stay and will definitely be coming back if need be Dennys was really good also And Walgreens was only 8 minutes away.

The hotel smelt of Marijuana. Its not a big deal breaker since the state is legal. My biggest complaint is that there is no elevator and the room was lacking cleanliness.

Great rate, nearly half of other hotels. Very good breakfast, better than most. The bed was better than 90 percent of most higher priced hotels. Great staff. Very clean.

Nice rooms at an affordable price, breakfast option, very friendly staff. I love that they offer homemade soup and cookies in the lobby for guests in the evening and they are delicious! Thank you to the women who make the extra effort with soup for your guests.

I enjoyed a night here with my mom and grandma and we were all blown away by the excellent customer service and the cleanliness. There was a pot of vegetable soup at the front desk that night when we arrived and we were starved and we could not have been more grateful. Thank you again for the awesome stay!

It's a budget motel and you get what you pay for. The room was okay and the beds comfortable, the room is showing it's age. The staff were friendly and efficient.

I had been working all day. The lady at front desk check me in real fast. She even given me a room with a view of my truck and trailer. Trucker friendly. Room to park in front. Coffee good and I liked it.

This is one of the BEST places I have stayed! I read some negative reviews… and was concerned before we got here. NONE OF THE NEGATIVE things I read were TRUE! We got in very late at night with our 4 kids after driving long hours PCS'ing clear across the country to our new duty station, and they had everything ready for our family and took good care of us! Let me start by saying… the staff is AMAZING! They treated us life family! They care about each guest and their needs! The housekeepers are hard working and do a fabulous job! The rooms are very clean and comfortable! Breakfast is GREAT! And THE COFFEE… LOVE IT! Each evening there is homemade soup and cookies in the lobby… might b my favorite part :) The area is safe! We had a hauling trailer full of our belongings and our truck bed full as well… stayed 4 nights and no one messed with anything! I am actually sad to leave tomorrow, I just love all the beautiful ladies that work here! I will definitely stay here again!

Don't let the pictures fool you. First thing I noticed is it smells very old and musty in the halls and the room. They've put new furniture in and repainted but the carpet is dirty-wouldn't even walk on them without shoes, the tile on the bathroom floor is cracked, the shower is all of two feet wide if you're lucky, the shower curtain is on a curved rod, and the shower curtain doesn't even come close to touching the ledge so the entire bathroom floods when you take a shower. And I mean floods, like water everywhere, had to use all of the towels and washcloths to soak up all the water and get more towels from the front desk. Mentioned that to the front desk person and they said yeah we noticed that. (? ) We killed several ants including on the bed (NOT bed bugs they were ants), TV didn't work. We reserved three nights and stayed for one to avoid being charged and canceled the rest of our reservation and moved to the holiday inn. When leaving the door to the laundry room for the maids was open and the sink area was FILTHY. So disgusting! I wish I could include the postures I took to this review.

Room was dirty, the toilet had issues. Room smelled weird it looks nicer in online pictures actual hotel is kinda rundown and overpriced. The sand and sage is way nicer and cleaner and it cost about half the price.

Good service and a reasonable price. Appreciate the truck parking out front and the fax service. I'll use them again.

Have used all their different lodging facilities with my travelling and they are one of the best for the price. Don't have to worry about pests or poor utilities. Would and have recommended them to all I know!

Good quite little place… staff are wonderfull.

We stayed at this hotel for a week while in town. I was a bit hesitant about a Super 8, however, it was right across the street from where we were visiting. After being here I would definitely come back to stay again. Yes this hotel is older, however, they are in the process of updating the entire hotel. New beds, new linens, fridge with microwave in the room, flat screen TV, breakfast, and a heated pool. There is also a coffee shop just out the front door for when you need that early morning fix! The folks, which included the owner, remembered us every day. They also took the time to be polite and chat with my children when they stopped by to tell them about their day. Overall this place was awesome and the people working here really made it worth while. See y'all again next year. Thank you!

This hotel is great! The room was comfortable and clean, the staff pleasant and very helpful, and the breakfast offered many choices including hot fresh waffles. I didn't try the indoor pool, but people were swimming and it looked fine. There is plenty of free parking and free Internet. A grocery store is within walking distance, and restaurants aren't too far away.

Meh! There is friendly and then there is borderline creepy, "You have a great night dahlin'. " No elevator, so if you aren't happy about climbing stairs you won't be happy here. Room far from clean. Won't be back.

I would like to start by saying that the staff was very friendly and very helpful. The pool was great. Location was fine. Other than that — I would not stay here again. The hotel is in need of updating. Our room — yikes. The quilt (coverlette) was stained, our sheets had some stains down at the feet. We woke at one point to find ants crawling on our blanket. The carpet was hard in spots under bare feet — mistake number one. Breakfast was really a let down — very basic — no meat products of any kind. Juice and coffee were not good. I'm really not one to post negative experiences but this one had to be shared to spare anyone else the same experience.

After a long day on the road, I wanted a motel room and this fit the bill nicely. Room was ok, kind of sparse but the internet was very fast. Lots of truck parking and a special rate for truckers, I would stay here again.
