Hope they had a competent manager with basic decency of dealing with customers and diligence in handling customer bookings. Such a shame that such a great property is so poorly managed, ruining customers experience.
➜ Love this place, beautiful scenery, the huts are really comfortable, all the services available, very friendly staff, I recommend it to spend a very good time alone or with your family!

Do not stay here! They debuted my credit card without authorization. I have an email trail to prove it. They are honest. In particular, elizabeth. I had a charge that was disputed about damage to the fire place. She did not even bother to give me a courtesy of a call and put through changes on my card despite me telling them that they are not authorized. I am reporting them to the authorities.
