This spot is our 21st. Stop on our 7 month tour of the west coast. We were here the week of 7.15.2018. Clean clean clean. Unfortunately, the front desk staff are in great need of personalities, "Unbelievable". They all should be sent out to classes on customer relations. We have never encountered such unpleasant behavior like this. We were here for 4 days and there was not one day they smiled, looked at you when they spoke or greeted anyone with a good morning, good afternoon or good evening. They didn't even reply when you said it to them. They were pathetic. The owner of this casino/hotel must not pay any attention or know anything about customer service or common decency. The park is very beautifully maintained as well as the hotel and casino. We would stay here again if they fixed the front desk staff. Otherwise, absolutely not.

We stayed at their very nice RV park. The hotel looked lovely, they have 7 restaurants, a beautiful challenging golf course. We met friends there for a few days, it was perfect. They also have a pool, spa and exercise room and RV guests have access to these amenities as well. We'll definitely go back!

I went there to do some gambling. I had a great time. I won a little bit of $ and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was beautiful and I had a blast and look forward to going back sooner then later. Thank you! And they have really good hot chocolate! :-)

Clean, Big, Average casino. DECENT food, breakfast was $22 w tip for bacon/eggs for 2. Some machines looser than others it seemed. Morning payouts we great… stopped back for dinner… $42, my coke & her drink w tip for 2 fish n chips (but the best ever x2)

My husband works for this hotel and they treat him like complete and total garbage. They recently brought in new management and things have gotten consistently worse. He has constantly been denied pay when he is clocked in as a lead and pay for paid time off. I understand this isn't a review of the quality of the hotel stay and for the last 3 years my husband has devoted all his efforts into providing the most comfortable stay for all guests. But I now recommend that you think twice about giving your money to a business that treats their employees as if they don't matter. Please take your business to a company who truly cares about the people who make your stay memorable and amazing.

Very pet friendly. Extremely helpful and friendly. The seafood fettuccine is awesome sauce. The rooms are very sound proof. I have to admit I was surprised and disappointed at the mediocre cleaning — vacuuming of the room. Also disappointed that my room was located on the back side where deliveries occurred very early in the morning until wee hours sometimes.

Love, love the buffet at Little Creek Casino. One of the best buffets we've had the pleasure of experiencing. Plenty of food choices to try, good quality from the fish to the chicken to the prime rib. I was impressed with how clean and well run the entire operation was run. I can confidently recommend for the person that will eat anything to the most picky of eaters. Priced affordably and hey it's a buffet so stuff your face!

This is a great camp site adjacent to the Casino and golf course. The ablutions are spotless. Usually I stay away from campground showers but these were so inviting! The campsites are allowed to use the hotel pool, jacuzzi, gym and business center. Sunday nights there is cowboy dancing. The campgrounds are well maintained with lovely grass between the rigs. Wi-Fi is very good and cellular signal strength for Verizon and T Mobile are good.

Nice low key, intimate environment. Beautiful rooms to stay in and very comfortable beds. Amber Lane has great customer service and always delivers it with clean humor that brings you back time and time again! Slots aren't loose in this casino but the tables are fun and pretty balanced! The food is great in the buffet! I love the event room and enjoy Oktoberfest every year! There's also great entertainment that's affordable and offers a great evening of enjoyment! The non smoking section is one of the better ones I visit with little residual smoke following through the ventilation system. I'm not allergic nor do I have any other issues, so it may be different for an individual with any such condition. I highly recommend playing some craps and blackjack!

The Hotel is a great place to stop. If you want a place to stay for the Olympus Rally, it's about the best location. The pool is great and the staff is friendly, and service is top notch. The room service is reasonable and can save you a trip through the casino. Half the hotel is renovated and the other side isn't. Still is a good value.

One of the nicest RV parks in the NW. Always clean & well maintained, gives access to the hotel amenities such as indoor pool, fitness room & gaming room for teens. Good internet & regular security patrols. The buffet is good, decent non-smoking casino area. We've stayed at the hotel itself, too. It was clean, quiet & comfortable. Staff are friendly and competent. Convenient gas station & store. Washington's equivalent of Seven Feathers in southern Oregon.

Love this place. Wonderful environment and the dining choices are fantastic! My first time in I was going to the buffet for breakfast and on a whim decided to drop $5 on slots and made $150 in about 20 minutes. Wasn't as lucky on my second trip but enjoyed myself none the less. Highly recommend this location for casino or dinning!

Awesome place to come and enjoy everything from, the RV camping area to slots, cards, or one of their big name concerts. Eighteen wheelers are welcome. Best Buffet on Thursday morning $5.99 with your Little Creek Card… Even have a CANNABIS shop across from it. One of the very Best in the area.

Little Creek is a decent place to go if you want to have some fun. I only stayed there once as an overnight guest, my experience wasn't that great. My girlfriend decided to take me there for my birthday and she had a comp for a standard room but decided to spend an extra $100 how to upgrade the room to a suite. As soon as we stepped off the elevator we could tell it wasn't going to be what we thought. It looked as if it used to be just another old hotel that someone tried to spruce up. The carpeting was old the room look nothing like a suite. We were tempted I'm getting a refund on the hundred dollars but she didn't want to hassle with the hotel and just decided to take the Lost. It was difficult trying to get ahold of the hotel staff, we ended up having to call The Players Club for the casino in order to get someone. We will probably not be staying there a second time. As for the casino, the casino is great. That is the best part of Little Creek. The casino and bar staff are awesome. They were very polite and honestly pretty fun people to have conversation with. The casino is the only reason why I still go from time to time.

Overall pretty good experience. Lunch buffet was very good. Gambling was excellent! First time playing Texas hold em heads up version/style. First dealer who I quizzed incessantly was very helpful and knowledable, the pit boss even joined in and helped educate me. They did such a good job that I walked away with 500.00 in winnings. Could not have asked for a better gaming experience, and it was all because of the staff. Loved the fact that they have the VERY BEST non smoking area I have ever experienced in a casino!

We got a king room with a spa tub. I accidentally booked a smoking room and they did not hesitate to switch us to non smoking. We also got an upgrade to a recently remodeled room, which was AMAZING. Marble counter tops, beautiful tiles, and the Jacuzzi tub was out of this world. It lit up! And not only did it light up, but you could choose which color you wanted. Red, yellow, blue, green, orange, purple! It was so cool to sit in a tub with all the bubbles swishing around in rainbow colors. My boyfriend and I are really hard workers, so we needed a nice relaxing get away because we finally got a day off together. He won $300 on a slot and did pretty good at Blackjack. The dealers were really friendly. We ate at the seafood bar, which was amazing as always. The oysters were beautiful and fresh. The clams were good, a little on the large side, but still good. Highly recommend a premium king room with a Jacuzzi tub. It is worth the money. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud. They are so awesome. I need to upgrade my bed at home so I can sleep that good every night! I love Little Creek. It's my favorite place to get away to and I always get sad when it's time to go.

Did not enjoy my stay here. Staff was friendly though. Casino had lots of old machines. I know slots are all luck but it seemed near impossible to even get a bonus. We stayed in the standard room tower. Rooms were a bit dated but clean. Was not happy that I had to take a lukewarm shower. No hot water. Also, safe did not work. Foyer and pool we're very nice and clean. I wanted to like it more than I did. Ate at the Island Grille for breakfast and it was good. Again, the staff was very friendly so that helped.

This is the best casino if you are coming to Shelton. It is kid friendly their rooms are amazing, they have a work out room, pool, hot tub, arcade, and spa but if you are gambling just like any casino be careful not to get sucked into it you don't normally win. They have great food and it's just a really beautiful casino very welcoming. Good luck and have fun.

The staff is so accommodating, they definitely take the best care of any situation. The food at the seafood bar is my favorite. The rooms are good and have always found them to be clean. No microwaves in the new rooms, can't warm up coffee or leftovers.

Always have a fun time. Some of the machines pay pretty good. You just have to find your favorite. 4 different places to eat. All good. They keep the smoking section away from non smoking. Very nice.

Hotel was fine, the front desk lady was very good, they even upgraded us. On the down side it was 2 guys traveling and they upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite with 1 bed and a pullout couch which had no sheets, we called and went down for a drink and a late dinner, when we came back still no bedding, we called again. At 2:17 am they showed up and banged on the door and called the room completely unacceptable. And I forgot they are allowed to smoke in casinos. The staff, besides housekeeping was very good.

I love the weekend buffet at Little Creek! They have excellent appetizers, entrees, and desserts. Some of my favorites include the tempura vegetables, king crab, fresh whipped cream and fruit, and creme brulee. The staff are friendly and helpful as well.

We eat at the Seafood Bar. Our food was great. The man waiting on us was very nice. We wandered the building a bit. The artwork is absolutely incredible. Every aspect of the place was beautiful, well done and had a rich Northwest feel to it.

We've come here a few times, like the poker tournaments and have good luck on the machines. Restaurants need some modernizing, but the food isn't bad. The seafood bar was delicious. The cigar lounge upstairs is great, you can get food sent up, there's great bar tenders, and it has a great atmosphere. There was a mistake made with our room reservations last time, and it ended up costing us an extra $200, which definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. That said, we found out later it wasn't their fault, but expedias. I still feel they should have honored the price, but they needed a manager to approve it, and apparently there wasn't one around that day. (It was a long weekend so prices were higher)

The rooms are great peacefulness. The spa is awesome prestige. The gaming floor is exciting so much fun. The lounge is happening always fun. I don't care much for the many securitys that think they are so important and needed there. They players club seems like some funny people always having fun. Cashiers are great they actually count out money by hand and they are pretty quick too.

Very nice casino but your chances of winning anything aren’t great. Hotel prices are alright. It would be nice if they offered some sort of program where when you gamble for a couple hours you get a free meal. I know a couple casinos that do that. All in all, had a great time hear.

It was our first time there and we loved everything about the place. The conference room was nicely decorated and the food was good. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We went into the casino and didn't understand the machines. One of the staff personally came out and assisted us through the process. There was plenty of parking, the place was easy to navigate to, and they even have full hookups for RVs!

My friend works here. While they worked it started snowing outside, by the end of shift it had snowed a couple inches. They actually had to walk all the way home last night. Everyone there knows this and didn't even offer anything. My son works in a hotel in Seattle and while he was at work last night in the snow they gave him a room for the night instead of sending him home in it. Like my son said the only thing it costs then is the housekeeping in the morning and they get to show how they take care of their employees I'm just saying… look at the difference in these 2 hotels. Figures. The bigger ones with all the money are usually the stingy greedy selfish ones.

I like to go to the casino and play slots. Sometimes I win, sometimes I lose. What matters most is that I have a good time. The drinks are reasonably priced, all staff I’ve encountered have provided good service. I don’t like the smell of cigarettes (you can still smell it in the nonsmoking area) but that’s not a deal breaker for me.

I stayed in a luxury suite and it was very nice and clean. I also played in a poker tournament which had great structue. Later there was a band playing in one of the casino bars. It was great to be able to listen to music and play table games at the same time. Drink and food prices are fair. I will definitely do this again.

I was there for breakfast with a large group of my extended family. I lived almost everything about the experience. I think the most disappointing thing was that the muffin for the Egg's Benedict they has in the Breakfast Buffet had a bottom so hard I had to eat it like toast because I could not cut it with my fork or knife. I loved the service, they were attentive to my large group and kept the coffee full. I could hear everyone I was sitting with (a problem we have had meeting at other venues). They had a pretty expansive spread of both healthy and decadent breakfast options. I am very pleased with what they had to offer us.

The Little Creek Casino is beautiful this time of year with all Christmas decor. We enjoyed an updated room on their 2nd floor for a one night complimentary stay. The beds were comfy, and the shower was a massive piece of luxury. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. My husband and I would love to go back, maybe without our children. However, the hotel is child and pet friendly.

The most romantic — unromantic resort. Literally, the only thing that ruined this experience was the lack of privacy between the bathroom and bedroom. I don't know about you, but I don't particularly enjoy sharing bathroom experiences with my fiance through an open wall to the toilet. Everything else was absolutely stunning. Wonderful decor. Coffee, robes, all the essentials for a nice stay. Firm but comfortable bed, large tv. Just put a wall or curtain in the bathroom for privacy please!

3 star hotel quality. Smaller gaming area than expected. Lobby and restaurants high quality compared to suite. Suite was outdated and overlooked the parking lot. Lots of guests looked like they were doing/selling drugs out of the hotel. Service quality poor due to staff not focused on the guests rather more on socializing. Food in deli was mediocre and menu very odd and limited.

Love this place normally. Great food, clean rooms, good service, but I am very disappointed with the new updated rooms. There is literally no wall or door to the toilet or bathroom at all. Absolutely no privacy possible. I talked to house keeping and also the front desk and was just told “ya we get a lot of complaints about that”. I would have much rather downgraded to the older/cheaper rooms in order to be able to have the option to close a door in the restroom.

The tower that I stayed in was not the greatest. Old carpeting with stains and was supposed to be a "suite" that would have costed just over $200. It looked like someone tried to spruce up on old dilapidated Motel 6. I walked over to the other tower and it looked much more updated. The room was actually supposed to be a complimentary standard room but I paid $99 to upgrade to a "suite". Now I am unsure whether that was a good or bad idea, however I do enjoy the casino (only reason for the 3rd star rating). You would think that when a casino wants to comp a customer for their continued patronage, they would want to show their appreciation by setting them up in a nicer room because honestly that room is the only reason that is keeping me from going back.

We had dinner at the seafood grille. We got there at 6:00 On a Saturday night and had to wait about a half hour for a seat to open up. It was worth the wait. Had the shrimp stir fry with the sweet Thai peanut sauce spiced at 3.5. It was perfect. I was disappointed with the crab stuffed mushroom caps. We got 4 small to medium sized mushroom caps for $12.00. Ecen though the serving size was small the flavor was excellent.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Little Creek Casino. It was our first time. We showed up and found that there was a live band playing in the bar so we went and listen to the band and they were wonderful. We played around in the poker room upstairs we cannot find it at first so somebody was kind enough to help us find it. And I was learning to play a lot of the games and the staff and the other customers were very friendly and helpful in answering questions and teaching me how to play these games.

Beautiful hotel and lobby, hotel rooms are modern, clean and appropriately priced. Food in all of their restaurants has always been quite good, and the staff have been pleasant. I do not care for the method in which their slots promo "free play" money has to be redeemed… by requiring the player to first insert their own money at least equivalent to the amount they wish to bet, at which time that amount is slowly deducted off of their free play balance, one spin at a time. This is annoying, waiting several seconds for the machine to update, deduct the bet amount before it finally allows you to spin again, especially to players who are convinced that stopping the button, and the rate of speed in which the slot button is pressed actually may cause larger payouts, (I'm not a firm believer of this, though, I feel wins are preprogrammed) Free play should be exactly that, free credits given to the player without any hidden strings attached. Other than the free play issue, which is minor, I do enjoy escaping here on occasion.

Having a blast staying at the Little Creek Casino Resort! They have a live poker room in a secluded area away from the noise and lights of the gaming floor. They have $1 craps before 5pm. The best seafood around is at their seafood island bar, and they provide large portions of crab in their entrees!

Dinner at the island grille was delicious, and eye appealing, yet my food was cold. Great service otherwise. We had a group of us and our waitress was attentive and courteous. I'm not a fan of so much cigarette smoke while I eat… but many others didn't seem affected by it.

Very nice resort, maybe a little paint touch up needed here and there but room was clean and no funny smells. Casino was nice, a little smokey but no worse than normal for a casino. Did not go to the pool so cannot comment. Really great seafood bar in the hall between hotel and casino. Would stay here again for sure. Also has RV parking area.
