The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area for places to eat and things to do. The rooms are very clean and spacious with plenty of areas to sit, unpack, and eat without feeling cramped. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want a great place right next to some amazing outdoor locations.

Nice clean modern rooms. Service for checking in and out was quick and friendly. Exercise room is small but has all the standard equipment expected. We had no problem using an available machine.

Excellent service for a reasonable price. Good option for those looking for a comfortable hotel to visit Seattle. Staff very friendly and respectful, room very well maintained and clean, nice swimming pool. We love it and we'll plan to come back. :)

So far so good. Its the first night of a three night stay. Had a bit of trouble finding the place, but happy I did. My room is clean and the FD Agents were friendly and helpful. I'd recommend checking it out if you're in the area.

Beautiful place to visit! Very lovely rooms!. When we got there after booking a specific room for 2 months (in advance) they completely gave us a smaller room. So we ended up with a child on the floor after waiting for a cot until 2 am.

Nice new modern construction, friendly staff. Rooms are well appointed, spacious, but can be a bit far from an elevator. Decor reminds me of Aloft. Hotel breakfast is hotel breakfast — no surprises here. Swimming pool is a bit small, no hot tub. Nice outdoor area. Parking costs $8/night. Show your room key and get discounts at nearby pub and also at Top Pot doughnut shop.

They did not have our room ready at check-in time, which made it so we couldn't get dinner before our concert in Seattle. The rooms were fantastic. Beds were so comfy. Parking was in a garage, so that was nice too.

I was impressed! I am. Dingy with rating a place a "5" but this one got to TOP spot from me. I enjoyed it all… front desk staff, room, beds, bathroom, suite space, coffee, breakfast, pool, lounge, parking ramp and hotel location. I got all of this on a right budget. I would DEFINITELY come back.

Really nice Springhill. Friendly staff, queen room was large with fridge/micro/sofa bed/desk. Parking was free and convenient in a covered deck. Breakfast included, pool was small but fun for the kiddo. Would absolutely recommend to others.

We had a great time! Perfect place for a family vacation. They have a pool, which is a vacation must! They offer complimentary breakfast. The room felt super modern compared to you typical hotel room. The staff was super friendly too! You do have to pay $9/ day for parking which is totally lame.

The hotel was nice and clean with a modern feel. Although we had an issue with our TV, the manager (Jennifer David) personally came to our room to investigate and when she could not figure it out, she promptly got someone to come help. Problem was solved within 5 min. Kids were happy to watch TV. The service of the entire staff made our stay a wonderful experience. Thank you!

Will definitely stay with this one if I back to SEA again.

Rooms are nice. They do not have KING beds. Much smaller. I asked 2 different people at the front desk and they said that’s “our” king size bed.

This was such a good hotel! The mirrors are crystal clear, the place has such a classy vibe, I definitely recommend! Also the people at the front desk were super nice! We had a large group, and we were all really respected.

Staff was really helpful. Could not believe we could park a semi and trailer there. Breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit.

Definitely lives up to the Springhill Suites brand. I expected and got a super clean, quiet room. Parking was very tight, and it wasn't apparent how to get to the second floor of the parking structure. In terms of service, the front desk avoided putting us in a room under maintenance, but then changed is to a room with two queens instead of a king, which was a let down. Otherwise, a smooth experience, and we'll probably stay again.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast included fresh fruit, eggs, cheese, yogurt, a waffle maker, and more. No issues with noise. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I'll be happy to stay here again next time I'm in the area!

Garrett was amazing! He made the check-in process quick and painless. I checked in with 3 hyped up cheerleaders in tow and more on the way and he made sure we all got rooms near each other and didn't even mind the girls asking him numerous questions. He made our stay well worth coming back and recommending anyone who might need to stay in the area.

This place is new and upscale. The rooms are huge. The person at the front desk gave us great advice on where to eat. Parking on the first floor is tight so go to the second if you have a SUV or a truck. If you're looking for a view you are in the wrong place. I enjoyed the relaxing view of the tree covered mountains behind the office building. If you like to go hiking or to visit parks this hotel makes a super jumping off point. Lake Sammamish State Park is about 7 minutes away.

Great hotel. Fair price 130 for two queens in large room. Clean and new. Comp. Breakfast w eggs, meats, waffles, yogurt, etc. Will return.

Oversold the hotel and gave my room away. It took 20 minutes just to get to the front desk. They booked me a room 20 minutes away, and said I could come back tomorrow to get my Uber refunded.

Great place to stay just outside of Seattle. Good value for money, especially for families. Be aware, however, that there is a charge for parking ($7 in 2017).

Jennifer was the best. She was fast, friendly and was already expecting my check-in. As a lifetime Platinum Elite member I was impressed. Good location, close to shopping and food. Enjoyed the breakfast in the AM. Thanks.

Very much enjoyed the hotel. Very modern and affordable! Staff was relatively friendly and the rooms were very clean. However, don't buy into the "market" business they have in the front. Most expensive ice cream of my life!

New property and well maintained. The room layout is very nice. They use West Elm furniture made for Marriott which has a nice contemporary feel, without feeling cold. The Breakfast area big and there was enough food for everyone. Nice firepit outside for the evening. The area is clean and safe. Great option for staying just outside of Seattle proper. Easy drive into the city.

I had an excellent stay and always came back to a clean room. The staff were polite and helpful. By far the best part was the modern styled room and smart TV.

There visiting family. The room was super nice, very modern yet simple. Minor issues with the bathroom light but easy fix. We did not stay overnight but our short visit was comfortable.

Amazing hotel! super nice and fairly cheap. Only thing was being charged to park in their own parking garage, on top of paying for a room! not used to that. But they were able to get us in last minute!

The staff is great and the rooms are brand new. The only thing I wish the provided in the room is lotion most hotels give you lotion, body wash and lotion. Not a big deal at all I love staying here when in Issaquah.

Requested 2 double beds, got a king, was told breakfast until 9:30 went down at 840 oatmeal was empty told it would not be replenished because only one cook, eggs had only a couple of scoops left and only 3 sausages left. Got cereal and fresh fruit, meaning strawberry's and cantaloupe. Thought eggs and sausage would be replenished by time finished with fresh fruit. Went back after complaining the first time that food was empty and was told they only have one person serving, so the oatmeal would not be replaced. Now everything was empty and it was 8:55 no eggs, no sausage, no oatmeal, few crumbs of bread but 5 bagels. Was told at this time breakfast ends at 9am. Now I am upset that my family has no hot food after being told upon check-in breakfast ends at 9:30. They basically told me I could make waffles and some bagels and cream cheese, said whatever and went to make some waffles, and you guess it the dispenser was empty. Room was nice, small TV and no bathtub.

Very nice staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable, good for work or vacationing. The breakfast is better than most. Convenient location. Good for business travelers and families (a pool! ). I think ypu habe to pay for the parking garage, though, so check before you go.

Room was clean and very nice — loved it. Breakfast was just OK, there seemed to be only one person replenishing things. The room had an outlet on only one side of the bed as far as I could tell. These are all very minor things though. I'd recommend this hotel and most likely stay here again.

Location was good. Plenty of parking at a reasonable price. Decent breakfast. Very friendly staff. The best part though was the room decor, loved it.

This hotel was very new and modern, overall impeccably clean. Breakfast was a bit lacking however, not enough food and service was slow. They neglected to service our room one day as well. But overall I enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great place to stay. The parking sucks. If you drive a larger SUV or truck, you will probably need to park somewhere else. Parking is angled parking in a small tight parking garage. They need to at least mark their stalls for compact cars. All the compact cars had taken all of the larger spaces.

Highest recommendation! What a bargain for a delight of a hotel! Bathroom is awesome. King bed is awesome. Front desk peeps arw awesome! Loved it!

Modern, clean, and new hotel. However, it's almost typical PNW to a fault. For example, probably in a bid to be green, the mini "fridge" in the room is not a fridge despite its appearance. It only chills for 2 hours at a time, and this feature must be manually enabled each time. However the fridge doesn't insulate well, so it needs to be activated continuosly, which is not realistic. I've had multiple perishable items spoil in this useless box after the first day of use. Staff are friendly. Bathroom design is also a little weird — it's like the builders accidentally swapped the placement of the toilet and the shower.

The place was GREAT! Everything was new and fresh. Great bedding and great bed. Love the bathrooms and the love the furniture. The only thing that needs a little work was the check in staff, but to their defense, it was only their 2nd day. Will be going back for sure. Too top it all off, WHAT A GRREAT PRICE!

This is new hotel that just opened a couple weeks ago. We just checked in and I an already impressed with the staff and the rooms. My husband and I just got back home from India which means we spent the last 21 hours on two different planes (the second one was 15 hours. ) We are tired and extremely moody and my clumsy self dropped a venti cold brew sweet cream coffee in the elevator. Yep, yep I did. So needless to say I got off the elevator super upset but was met with a two staff members who calmed me down and we're super sweet even though I just made a boat load of work for them. Aside from beautiful rooms, this kind of customer service means a lot to us seeing we spend a lot of time in hotels.

This was the best and nicest Springhill suites that I've ever stayed at! Hotel is either new or newly renovated and it showed in the high quality furnishings and hardware in the clean rooms and lobby. Included breakfast was par for the course and while I didn't get to check out pool or fitness it looked pretty reasonable as well. For the price, this is a great stay!
