Very clean and nice people. Very good and safe place on this budget. Hot and cold water for shower. Free Wi-Fi, water bottles, snacks, and more. 10-20 min away from the best trails in Washington. Also, the downtown has very good restaurants and is very clean.

This is a great hidden jewel! Budget friendly. Family owned … is an older place but very clean and quite. The shower is nice… after you figure out how to get hot water. We plan to stay here the next time we are in the area!

Unexpectedly GREAT! Very clean room, super nice staff, and even free snacks are provided. I would stay here again and again, especially at the amazing nightly rates.

First impression might be bad, but actually it is a fantastic place for a night stopover, or even more. The elderly Asian couple owning it are wonderful. They upgrade if possible, certainly if you pay cash … Rooms are good and clean, well decorated, not the typical motel chain stuff. Large King bed, good sleeping quality. Very good shower. You get also a complimentary banana and bag of nuts per person. Instant coffee is also posh quality. Unbeatable Price quality, I'll be back.

The couple that run this are sweet and kind, but intolerant of discourteous people. If you are the kind of person who carries on late into the night loudly with little regard for neighbors, you might not have a good time here. For those who are respectful of others, this place is great, the owners work very hard constantly to keep things clean and nice, brought us fresh flowers and fruit and coffee.

A hidden gem! I had some trouble finding the place, and when I did I wondered what I was getting myself into. But then I opened the door to my room and was amazed. It was a cozy room that looked like a guest room for family members in your own home. A soft bed with a big thick comforter. Plenty of extra blankets, pillows & towels. Clean, bright and cheerful, with fresh flowers and a basket overflowing with fresh fruit and snacks. The owners are very nice and take pride in their rooms. I stayed 4 days and didn't want to leave!

Worst place ive ever stayed in. I booked online and brought my family on a 3 hour trip and as soon as I walked in the woman said shed punch me in the nose for no reason. The room was ok, clean but the shower doesnt work it only puts out cold water. Paid for a room I couldnt even wash my kids in, and when I asked for help the woman wouldnt even come in to fix it or give us a room with a working shower. I went out to have a cigarette in my car @130 in the morning since its a non smoking room and the owner came out and banged on my window telling me to shut off my engine, that it was waking everbody up. I will never pay good money to stay in this place ever again. Hands down the worst hotel available.

Don’t judge from outdated outside look. Very clean w fresh smell w cozy interior. Love the clean wood floor tremendously more than those stinky rundown carpets. A cute electronic fireplace puts out quite of heat w cozy ambiance. Beds r comfortable w firm mattress & clean fluffy comforter. Owners r friendly & caring. Will come to this area just to stay at this place.

Can't recommend this place enough. The owner are very friendly and make you feel welcome. It's obvious that they take pride in their business and do a lot if not everything themselves. The rooms are cozy and clean. Pricing is very fair, even last minute. It's possible to sit outside. You will hear others leaving but other than that it's quiet. The location is pretty good too for those passing through.

This place is a hidden gem. From the outside it looks like a hole in the wall motel but the rooms are beautiful, cozy, and cute. The owners are the nicest married couple and very helpful.

My room was decorated as if it was a guest room in someone's home. The people running it treated me like I was part of their family. They made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable. I will be staying here again.

Got to be the most friendly and helpful inn keepers I have ever met! Just happy, helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean, cute decorating. Room is small, very small. Have everything you need.

We took a short family trip to Sequim over the weekend. We stayed at the Great House Motel. I will definitely be staying here again. Our room was amazingly clean, and well taken care of. I believe there are only 16 rooms on this property. The room had 2 queen beds. The beds were nice, and the pillows were firm (possibly memory foam) which is nice for someone like me who is a back and side sleeper. The room also had a microwave, mini fridge, free Wi-Fi, a tea kettle, complimentary snacks, tea, instant coffee and bottled water. The rooms are non smoking, but each room had a sitting area outside with an ashtray. The couple that ran the place were so kind and attentive. This motel is pet friendly. It is close to the main part of downtown. I noticed a bar and grill across the street, however we chose to eat at Osaka Japanese Restaurant that is located in the same parking lot.

Easy check in. Clean, quiet, well appointed room. Very comfy. Now my 1st choice for Sequim lodging.

Perfect for us. We go all day and needed minimal hang out space at night. Very clean, great linen and firm mattress. The owners really have given this motel a personal touch and are more then accommodating. Would definetly stay here again.

Great house motel was an excellent choice for our trip through town. It was comparatively affordable, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and the room was comfortable and clean. I would recommend this is a choice for anyone passing through needing a nice and quiet place to stay.

Don't judge a book by its cover. Outside looks terrible and gave me the impression that it would be very bad. However, this was not at all the case. The staff was very friendly, the room very spacious and there were free complimentary drinks and snacks. Even though we only stayed one night, we really liked this motel.

A small room but very well kept for an older place. The owners are very nice and gave me two baskets of goodies during my stay. It's right at the beginning of the downtown area so handy for the shopper in the family. Would stay again.

The motel itself is, well, another motel — although rooms are exceptionally well maintained, clean and comfy.

What a wonderful place! Please, don't let the outward appearance of this motel scare you! the rooms at clean, cute and cozy. We have been on a United States loop for a few weeks and this is some of the best hospitality we have experienced so far! The place is family run and the hosts are so friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here to anyone! AND ITS CHEAP!

Great place to stay, the managers are so nice. Right next to a great sushi place.

The motel looks run down on the outside, but the rooms are quite nice. I love that there is no carpet, making germs less of an issue. The owners were very friendly. However, there is no air conditioning in the rooms and they were hot and muggy. There is no ice machine, either. This is a must for any lodging. You had to wait for the owners to be in the office and then you got an ice tray of ice at a time. Water pressure was an issue and the sink barely had hot water. I did like the lighting feature on the sink!

Very good experience! Owners were very friendly and accommodating. Very helpful with the laundry room and communication wasn't a problem. Would recommend this place for anyone who is on a tight budget and the location is great, close to QFC and other nearby businesses. Great TV service and Wi-Fi. Is close to main road so traffic noise is normal. Thanks again!

The appearance of the rooms aren't bad they have a small cozy feel to them. However the heater in the room I stayed in didn't work, the water pressure in the shower was awful, and there we no Pam flit with Wi-Fi code local attractions or phone book. I also felt as if the owners were a little rude as well as nosey maybe due to the fact that I'm in my late 20 I'm not sure but they could have been alot more cheerful and could have maybe smiled at least once. Being a local here I would have to say its a tie between here and the sundowner being the worst in sequim.
